Needed a battery for my Kubota, called and Scott spoke to me on the phone. Best price with 18 month warranty plus was on the counter ready for me when I arrived. Thanks Scott.

Excellent products, fast speed at getting non-stocked parts, huge in store parts warehouse, the best customer service around, super friendly! Prices are a little higher than competitors products, but they're ability to have what you need in stock more than makes up for it!

Working on a not so normal but far from rare vehicle. They had what I needed in stock (other places do not carry it at all), prices were comparable to online retailers and the guy behind the counter was pretty cool too.

So this NAPA is one of the best I've visited. My Swedish vehicle uses a very specific coolant. It wasn't in stock when I stopped in but the counter person called another store, sent someone to get it and bring it to me in less than an hour! That's service above and beyond what anyone would do.

Though they didn't have the air filter i was looking for (it was an odd ball olf filter) they could have had it the next day, the guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly and gave me the Napa part number and a list of Napa stores in the area that did have the filter....great prices, friendly helpful service....thats what it's all about...

NAPA parts are no doubt one of the best you can buy but most of the employees are nitwits! I will drive to Belle Vernon before I go back to the Mon City store!
