They went out of their way to make sure all repairs were completed..one part had the wrong gasket, they did a 3 hour round trip to get one, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, I ranked them 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of 2 thingsI had to keep my rental car an additional day because repairs were not completed..And the price...I know it's not their fault that parts are so expensive, and I know they have to charge for labor, but for an average person, who makes just enough $ to creep by, this was tough...if auto mechanics and garages had payment options, like monthly payment, it would be so much easier to get work done .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG G TIRE(just offer some kind of monthly payment plan, so people like me can actually afford to get work done .)

Great place. Knowledgeable and personable staff. Got me in same day. Thorough but not looking to overcharge you like some other auto service places. No complaints. Highly recommend.

What can I say... Big G has by far earned my business! Guys there are very cool and the tech even came out and discussed everything with me. Now that's professional. Unlike some places where even the counter person won't talk to you. Very good team for guys! Should be 10 star's!!!

And here we are again, relying on Brandon, Robert and the Big G team to get us moving AGAIN!! 2 cars, 2 visits in 2 weeks. Exceptional service again :-) Keep it going guys, you all deserve a Best of the Best in the valley for customer service and care!!Anytime my check engine light comes on we automatically take it to Big G knowing they will be able to at lest assess the issue within a day or two (without an appointment) although we try our best to make an appointment, we know life doesn't always allow that to happen. This car has given me several issues throughout the last few years and each time I get the call from Big G they are always prepared to give me a full description from their diagnostics report of what the code read AND what they found out through their research to ensure it's not the "you need a new transmission" as opposed to "we found this minor fix to be a root cause through our investigation and can get you on your way for way less than replacing a transmission would be". I completely trust Big G with our cars and had it not been for them taking the extra time to research and care about MY bottom line I could have been in a much worse situation today. Not to mention, they are extremely considerate via phone or in person and never talk down to me as a female as I have encountered in the past at different locations. Thanks again for ALL you do to keep us moving!

I had cause to have my truck checked over, just to make sure that there were no unexpected surprises.Robert and the crew went over everything and put my mind at rest. As they always do!Great folks to deal with!

Scheduled an alignment after doing some work on my vehicle. My regular, trusted mechanic was closed due to the holiday. I received a call that my alignment could not be done correctly without them installing a camber kit and that it would be an additional $112. Was advised that the vehicle wouldn t be safe to drive. After questioning them further I asked them to only do the alignment. When I picked up my vehicle i reviewed the paper provided about my alignment. Paper work showed that what I was told on the phone wasn t true. Questioned them again the following day but was given the run around. Took my vehicle to my mechanic and was told the alignment done by big g was wrong and that I did not need a camber kit. He was able to get it aligned with no issues. So, in the end I had to pay for two alignments. I am very frustrated but I am grateful I have some knowledge and didn t fall for their scam.Buyer Beware!

The service at Big G is always exceptional! Both Bryan and Robert know their customers by name and we vintage gals especially have our car care In excellent hands! Yesterday Robert was especially kind to remove something from my windshield that was causing the blades to leave streaks certainly above and beyond and much appreciated!Beth Backus

Horrible scummy business. We have a reader and my husband and I both told them, at two separate times, what the code was for. They then called us a few hours later saying they think Its the battery - it appears to be leaking & that may cause the error code. We thought "oh theyre mechanics they know what they're doing" & agreed to a battery change & their fee. Note: while they called us and after we agreed their online portal uploaded finally stating "battery tested ok". They then called us back saying nothing changed, we didn't know u had a mobility issue; incorrect u did we told u twice. Basically they did not care that it was 2 against one. They then said we have to run diagnostic tests that will be $150 & we both said no u dont, we both told u what the problem is. Bottom line we allowed them to fix it in the end but we will not be back and will not be telling a soul to go here.

Worked with Robert as usual and got the same great service as usual. I worked in the auto service industry for years as a director for luxury line dealerships and never was a fan of 3rd party shops. But these guys are top notch. When I m in town I won t go to anyone else unless it s a mandatory dealer repair.

My last appointment was great they took great care of me. Due to my work they even delivered my car to me. That is what a good company is all about. Had my oil changed, inspection and tires rotated and aligned. Great people work there.

Every Time I have a problem with my Honda I always go to Big G. Robert & Brandon are excellent to communicate with. They listen to your problems with your car. The Mechanics know what needs done. If you ever need your car looked at take it to Big G you will not be sorry.

Let me start by saying I ve been a Marsh Tire guy my whole life. I initially made a phone inquiry to the Monongahela store asking about four new all terrain tires. I spoke with Rob who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to order the tires I wanted and get me in for an appointment the next business day. On arrival I dealt with Brandon. I found Brandon to have a great personality and was also very helpful. I ended up not only buying the tires, but Big G was also able to align my truck, change the oil AND expedite ten new lug nuts that had failed. Tires are never cheap. Ever. Especially if you want quality. After some online research it turns out I was able to get my tires from Big G for less than every competitor I looked up. I m thrilled with the timely service and the quality of that service. Looks like I ll be coming to Big G in Monongahela moving forward.

Do not go here they will rip you off. the counter person Robert, is very condescending. I got better prices at Flynn Tire and was treated with respect. I honestly do not know how Big G stays in business with such a rude person working the front desk.

Let me send a big thanks to Go G Tire Pros and Brandon for getting the job done!Extremely helpful, professional, competitive pricing and last minute miracle workers!I tried 7 different shops trying to get BFG's on a 16in wheel, not one shop could deliver in less than a week... Except Big G's!

They took care of my car great. I didn't realize it was so bad until I drove away with repairs. I can steer straight, brake without hopping down hills & see with thru my windshield with new wipers, breathe with a new cabin filter, and several other repairs. Inspection and emissions done. It's like driving a newer car. Staff who know what they are doing, Ty.

Just a routine preventative check of my braking system, rotate my tires, & front alignment. As in the past, my visit went very smoothly. Robert handled my entire visit with professionalism & efficiency. My visit went without any issues. I will continue to use Big G for all my vehicle repairs!

Robert and Brandon were fantastic!! They helped us in a pinch with our travel trailer tires and the truck under less dire circumstances. There prices were fair meaning even I'm a pinch we felt like we got a great deal. We highly recommend Big G and the team for tires or anything needed as they are more than tires!!Edit: love the new tires on my SUV also. Great prices, excellent service, and customer service!

Great Business with Great People. Totally satisfied with their work, especially when they used a torque wrench on my lugnuts. They showed me how to disable my air ride system when jacking up my Jeep Grand Cherokee so that the jack doesn't come dislodged, and how to reactivate it when finished through my computer via the radio, which I was totally obvious to this. Pricing is very competitive, but they go the extra mile with their hospitality, and offer extras at minimal costs compared to other places, such as Walmart or Sam's, as well as other tire shops in the Washington, & Allegheny County Areas. 5 STARS for quality services and products!
