Took my appointment on short notice. The job was done quickly when there. The staff was friendly and the price was fair. Easily a go to garage for any auto needs in the Mon Valley area.

I have taken my car to them several times because they do my warranty work. At first they were ok. After a couple of visits, not so much. The shop manager does not listen to women. I have several complaints. They inspected my vehicle but did not give me proper stickers. Inspection is good for a year but mine expired before that year was up. I asked them to replace my alternator. They replaced the battery which was perfectly fine instead and that night when I had to go to work my car died and I had to call someone to come help me. A few days later, they replaced the alternator but did not give me my money or my battery back. Which i feel they should have done one or the other because they were asked to replace the alternator not the battery. By the way, that so called new battery has lost it's charge several times and I have had to either jump or charge it. It is undersized. My car is a premium model and calls for a stronger battery than its plain model. Thankfully my car is paid for now and that warranty is up. I can take it somewhere else. And I am going to have to because the work they did on the right front is not acceptable. There's still something going on and they have replaced that part TWICE. Same side within a year. That shouldn't happen. So I don't care if my car breaks down right in front of their shop, it's not going to them. I'll push it off the road and walk home before I ask them to touch any of my vehicles ever again.

This is by far the best place in the Monongahela Valley, if not in the entire state of Pennsylvania. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. They are professional experienced mechanics, the work performed is of the highest quality, and the prices are very reasonable. I trust them 100% with all my life. They always go above and beyond. You won t find a better shop anywhere else that will take care of you the way that Franks will. Absolutely the best place around.

Franks Service Garage is the best place in the Valley!!! I love both my trucks, and still have them because of Larry, Ron, George, and Phil helping!! They have serviced all my trucks with expertise, and there isn't a better crew to help you. They work hard, and they work with you on what you need done. I have never had an issue with the 7 vehicles I have had worked on. My Dad, my Mom, and my Nana trust them, and uses them for any work on their vehicles.

Very knowledgeable mechanics along with being fair in they're pricing. They won't do necessary/unnecessary work unless you're notified first. Thumbs up!

Took my car in because it shut off while I was driving. I was called a week later saying you just ran out of gas it was fixed. I paid the $40. My vehicle was broken on the road by midnight the very same day. Call the next morning and Rick just try to talk over me. Without a customer you have no business and their customer service leaves something to be said. New problems also a rose when I pick my vehicle up. Different lights on, driver side door handle broken won t open. It was finicky before and I think somebody lost her patience and broke it instead of calling me and asking me what the trick was. Now the only thing I hear from the garage is Deny, deny, denyNow he s claiming he can tow it. Continuously trying to make excuses. They are a bunch of snake oil salesman. Skip over this place. They are thieves

Came in for tire change and alignment was told by the look of the tires it needed more. Nothing more was done but they did the alignment... was back within 24hours because my car was all over the place. Guess who needed a lower control arm? This woman here... I am smart enough to know that it's not possible to keep something straight if it constantly wiggles! Thanks but no thanks, your rude attitude and poor attitude during customer communication gets you negative starts from me. I spent enough time helping my man run his garage to sincerely say... SHAME ON YOU!!!

No pun intended...Their grouchy attitudes are what drove me away!!! If you don't want to deal with people, you're in the wrong business! I took my car to Frank's when I was having issues with my brakes! I picked my car up, & it STILL wasn't right, in fact, it was worse!! Sorry, but I'm driving my son around too, so I have to do what's best for him...& the second time I was there, and the brakes were worse, the older man asked me 'well, what do you think needs done?'I was outta there!!!

The fact the this man dose not care if he gives a car back to a costumer and the have to bring it back to him every 3 weeks is sick. He thinks women don t know enough about cars and preys on that in 2019 is sad. My sister has had to bring her car to this man Since December 2018 about 5-7 time. Out of all the the times she was in a reck so I can I can see once or twice having to bring the car back. Seriously every 3 weeks she is taking that car back and I know that car wasn t a problem car because I had it for 3 years before giving it to my sister and it was well managed. It doesn t matter how many miles are on a car if you take care of it it takes car of you I do NOT recommend this shop at all especially if your a women who doesn t know to much about cars because my father thought us basic knowledge of cars and this man still tried to get money out of us. If you don t know how to fix cars you should but seriously it s 2019 women deserve better

I've had my cars fixed here many times before, over the past few years. Franks has always fixed my car right the first time, I never had to take it back for improper or incomplete repairs. The prices are extremely fair, lower than other garages I've priced, sometimes much lower than I expected.The people working there are always helpful and friendly. I am a satisfied, unbiased customer, not affiliated/related to anyone who works there or owns the place. In a world where many car repair shops are dishonest and/or incompetent, Franks Service Garage is top notch, always get the job done right at a fair price!If you're looking for a good repair shop, this is the place! This place doesn't deserve one star. when I asked for price Mechanic Got rude then I said I have my own part thats when he hung up on me. I was going to ask How much to do the job and you buy the part and I'll take these ones back. Nope couldn't get a word in just click. Lost a customer I would have paid whatever I was that desperate to get back on the road . Lost me as a customer. Called another place had no problems.Should of known better my Neighbor said not to call. Although I try to give everyone a chance and this guy Blew it..

We had our jeep liberty heater core replaced. It was completed in a day and a half and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I needed an alternator and battery installed. They said it would cost $83, intended up being $95. Then I pick my car up and it's making noises it didnt before. And my terminals were loose, and it now chugs when it drives. Will not be going backService: BatteryService: Battery

There was twice I went in there an asked for my car to be looked over and told what was going on but not to fix anything until I knew I could afford. Both times I was ignored and had to pay because they fixed it without asking. They gave me attitude and made me feel stupid for asking questions. Do not go to the pmacp especially if you're young because they will treat you less than.
