I highly recommend this shop to anyone that has car audio or tinting needs. I took my sons car that we just purchased there to get the tiny on his back window replaced. He quoted me a great price and we made the appointment. I dropped the car off and found out that the job was not anywhere near as simple as what was anticipated. Multiple days and a whole lot of man hours were put into that car, and I was kept aware every step of the way. Regardless of the time they spent on it, they honored the original price, and the new tint looks amazing. Thanks for a job well done.

Had a stereo installed told them what I wanted.. dropped off stereo installed without the SiriusXM I wanted and back up cam not working.. told them and they said bring it back and they would fix it.. I did and back cam fixed but still SiriusXM.. told them took it back and got fixed but not to the specifications I asked, and now front speakers do not work either.. I usually don't write reviews but not very good quality of work at all..

I couldn't be more happy and pleased. From the first phone call to the completion of the job everyone that works there was very friendly, explained everything in detail and was very accommodating.. I had a app controlled car starter put in my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. The price was definitely comparable to other businesses but the service was above any business I have ever seen. The people at steel Town Sounds did an excellent job in communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them for any job. To sum it up they are all very friendly, professional and very trustworthy

Great service, great price, and very nice technicians. I m super thrilled with my new Kenwood radio, and with the people who installed it. The day I got it, the radio malfunctioned, so I called shortly after they opened, they picked up, and got me in that afternoon and fixed the problem, which was a factory malfunction. Again, beyond pleased! I ll be a returning customer. Thank you guys!

Remote start, speaker amp and new head unit installed quickly and priced right. Justan worked with me in picking out the best combo for my truck and he was spot on. Sound quality is unreal and incredibly loud and crisp. Couldn't ask for a better shop.

Stopped in to see if they could help me pair up a replacement remote to my car that I purchased online. Justin and Eddie pulled my car in and within 15 mins it was working. These guys were wonderful and professional. A big shout out to them...please patronize this business.

These guys are the best! They did what another shop told me couldn t be done. I have a huge van and needed a video system two days before I left for vacation. Although an overhead system wasn t installable they did head rests for all 3 rows and linked them all and made the audio play through the vans sound system, this is exactly what I wanted and needed for my family when we take trips. I m very thankful!I would recommend these guys for aftermarket a/v work!Heidi

This is a long overdue review...... I was having problems with a 10 year old remote starter and stopped in to Steel Town Sounds to see if it could be fixed or if it needed to be replaced. I was fully expecting to hear that a new one was required, but surprisingly Justin told me that replacing the key fob alone could likely take care of the problem; $45 instead of $300+, so I went ahead and ordered one. The deal was, however, that if it didn't work, the $45 would be taken off of the price of a new starter.It took quite some time to be shipped (I blame the Postal Service, having experienced similar delays myself), but it finally arrived. Justin programmed the fob to match my unit and..... it didn't work.Again, I expected to hear that the whole unit need to be replaced, but Justin asked me to bring the car back the next day and assigned one of his technicians to find the source of the problem, which he did.It has been about 4 months now and I have had no further problems with the starter, so I wanted to give a shout out to Justin and his team. He could have told me that there was nothing further that he could do and I wouldn't have known the difference; instead he gained at least one future customer and hopefully more if this review has been seen.

I had my cars windows tinted. It came out great. The installer is a perfectionist, which is what I prefer, but just be prepared to drop off your car for the entire day. It will be worth it and they use a high quality film, unlike other shops.

A returning customer this time i Had a full interior exterior detailing done on my Dodge Challenger, when i picked it up it looked better then when i drove it brand new off the lot! Great quality work and fair pricing! I am never disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic 6 Star Review. I bought my 2020 Subaru WRX brand new and I went to a place in Monroeville called Solar Tint with absolutely horrible experience and tint job. I reached out to Steel Town Sounds and showed them my work and they were more than happy to strip the car down and re-tint the right way. Justin and Amanda are down to earth people with a family owned business that knows how to treat customers as well as taking their time and making sure that their work is done right the first time. Their goal is to make sure that their quality exceeds your expectations. I have to say their quality work has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to do business with them with radio installations modifications to my car and spread the word of their great business. So if you're looking to get anything done on your vehicle I would say this is the number one place to go in the tri-state area.Side note: I have been getting my cars tinted since I've been 18 from compact cars to SUVs to trucks and more and have all the places I've been I will have to say they did the best job out of everyone with reasonable pricing and quality product as well.Last side note: if you have a Subaru WRX you know that the side panel glasses are impossible and most tinters become lazy and just try to stretch the tint, Steel Town Sounds take the glass panels out and tint them fully which is way more than I would ever ask for, that is quality and one of the things that exceed my expectations.

Steel Town Sounds does excellent work and is very professional. The owner first worked on my cars many years ago and he has been the only one to do any aftermarket electronics work since. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window tint, car audio, alarms, and remote starters.

Don't waste your time. Owner requests texts but doesn't respond. Kept me waiting over 10 days only to find out through my insurance he never called and never made a claim - didn't bother to tell me either. Totally unprofessional and missed out on a $600-$800 job.

This guy is awesome super nice very knowledgeable and he carries top of the line stuff also Rockford Fosgate JL and Focal...I had him do the front door speakers of my truck with the Focal RCX-690 he did it in an hour and couldn't be more pleased best 300 dollars I've ever spent it literally looks factory but the sound is nothing compared to stock...I've had multiple stereo upgrades before but nothing has ever sounded or looked better then this..I will be going back soon to get the rest of my system done subs etc very soon. Couldn't be happier
