When in to get a quote on 2 tires due to an issue I was having with my front tires. They went out to my car to verify the tire size, checked their stock and had exactly what I needed and the cost didn't break the bank. They were able to get my tires put on my car and out the door in about an hour. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would high recommend this location to anyone needing tires for their vehicle.

These guys were great, I came in for tires, they ended up letting me know I needed brakes and got them done the same day. These guys are super fast and affordable. Will definitely recommend!!

My suv had been making loud noises and Xavier 1 and Xavier 2 took great care of it! They communicated the entire time, worked very professionally and were positive through the entire visit. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them kindly and quickly. Thank you for such great service and for an amazing price!

Had a rental car and had a leak in my tire Ryan and Wyatt were so awesome they explained everything and helped us through the process and made my situation very easy and they were so pleasant and helpful. Thank you guys so much you are the best!!! Definitely five stars and above!

Avoid at all costs.My girlfriend goes in for a tire repair and is quoted $35. They look at everything and tell her that her car, which was inspected a month prior, needed $1600 in work and that the tire was hard to patch so it would instead be $75 for that.I arrived and all the "damage" to the vehicle was surface rust and the young "mechanic" shaking her car on the lift saying it should not move as much as it is. Again, the car was inspected less than a month prior.I say we just needed the tire patched and the bill suddenly changes to $25

I recently needed new tires, tie rods, and rotors and couldn t get this done in a timely manner at my usual Jeep dealer. I dropped in at my local NTB store at the Beaver Valley Mall (on a holiday weekend no less) and they were able to do the job for me right away. Everyone who works there is very polite and helpful. Special kudos to Ryan, who was very kind and who took me into the garage several times to show me exactly what was wrong. I will be returning to this very excellent business!

In 2023, my car died while I was DoorDashing. NTB happened to be in the same parking lot as where I was stuck. I had to come back in the morning; one of their employees walked with me from NTB across the mall parking lot and assessed the vehicle where it was stuck. Then he and others helped me push it from the mall to the NTB's immediate lot. They fixed up my car within a few hours. New starter, fixed the alignment, replaced the tires, new wiper blades. All on a Sunday without an appointment. Six months later I'm due for inspection. They REMEMBERED me and were super helpful. I bring my business HERE because they take excellent care of me and my vehicle. Absolutely recommend them.

Ryan and Mason were an absolute pleasure today! I came into NTB with an issue relating to my vehicle, and they took me immediately. They helped me out as a walk in with no appointment!!! Also Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable, and insightful in which I really appreciated. I will be returning to NTB for all my future needs. Thank you again, NTB!

I went here because I noticed there was a bulge in my tire on the side. It was clearly unsafe. I ordered tires but in the mean time I had one of my old tires in my trunk for them to put on. They wouldn't because it was a "liability" since I had all wheel drive. They would rather let me drive away on am unsafe tire then just put the tire on for me. And the counter guy was arrogant and smug. I will never use them and I'll make sure everyone I know never goes to ntb.

Just moved back from Fort Lauderdale n Mavis Brake n Tire in Bradenton..They did my SRT Challenger Brakes Rotors n Pads..Had pins n Pads in wrong..I drove 1200 miles to Pittsburgh n wheel was shaking..Noah THE MANAGER NNMason the Mechanic fixed it..New pads n Clips..My SRT Challenger is all custom n mint so im Very Happy n ill be back n tell my Buds..

I have no problem with the prices, but I have to say the guy working the front desk leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. He seemed visibly flustered because I came in an hour before they closed. I explained to him it wasn t my choice and my tire literally just started leaking air as I drove past, but he was clearly upset. I even offered to go somewhere else and told him I didn t mean to upset him. It was weird. I was actually stunned by the way he talked to people and it wasn t just me. I listened to him speak to other customers in the same short, seemingly frustrated manner.

Had a flat tire and managed to drive it to the store. Guys called my fleet company and got me in and out in under an hour. Great work !! Friendly staff

Came in for a tire repair but unfortunately it could not be fixed. They gave me all the options for replacement and ended up purchasing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Very friendly & helpful staff! They fixed my problem right away even though I didn't have an appointment. The manager, Dianna was so busy but still took the time to help me. The guy working on my car even showed what he was going to do before he did it. Excellent service & I will be recommending their store to my friends & family

Service was good and got a good price on my tires but didn't have paperwork for the $50 rebate on my Cooper tires. Waiting room with TV was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Probably won't go back again.

In short not very impressed, and took a long time.Offical response from NTB" Let me clarify that the lug nuts/studs are not stripped or cross-threaded, they are swollen due to moisture. This is a known issue with Ford vehicles."Goodyear Service confirmed that the lug nuts/studs are in fact stripped due to the service center negligence. I did have to pay for the replacement lugs, as well as the cost to remove stripped lugs.Will start with the positive, the alignment seems fine and the tire was pulled off and installed (minus lug damage) fine.I brought a car in after a tire blow out on a pothole around 9am and confirmed with the salesman it would get looked at right away. Just to confirm that it would get looked at scheduled a service for 11am online. At 2pm called and they had not started looking at the car. From my onboard data system looks like they started looking at the tire around 4pm. Did not hear from them by around 6:30p so I had to call to get the status , the warrenty could have complicated this but still seems long for a flat tire diagnostic.They did not have the tire I needed, but was not a huge deal as I sourced one from Goodyear in Cranberry. The tire was delivered in person to them by 9am the next day. The car was finished around noon that day. I scheduled a rotation but was not performed due to expanded lug nuts. I know the chrome capped nuts are not friendly. When picking up the car I asked if they just stopped trying to pull the lugs before stripping them and they assured me they did. I will let the picture speak if this was accurate or not. Asked them to look at them and resolve the issue but never heard back. Figure at this point I will cut my losses and take it elsewhere or finish the job myself.Hope this helps someone out there.

Sitting here 1 hour and 56 minutes after dropping my truck off for an 11am appointment and my truck has not moved. Talked to guy at desk (older guy with a hunched over limp) and told me they are having "an issue in the garage"... I asked how long and he just shrugged his shoulders I asked again and he SNAPPED BACK at me "WHEN WE GET TO IT SIR". Still waiting..... what a difference from my last experience here.... btw... 2 hours now and still waiting.

The guy at the front desk needs to be reminded that he is in the customer service business. The way he talks to people is uncalled for. I don't know his name but he is short and overweigh. I just came in for an oil change, I learned my lesson. Not going back.

Great service to replace car battery that had a lot of corrosion. No appointment, took the car right away, fair cost, made sure I had the rebate info before leaving ...and, above and beyond by replacing the terminal connectors. As I waited, NTB was very busy...watched great customer service to every person who came in - pleasant to everyone, answered every question, gave quotes, and more. Was very nice even even to the guy who was trying to get something for free. Thanks Louis and Joe.
