Every time I shop there the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. A big thanks to Luke for changing my headlight bulbs for me when I was having difficulty with them.

Stopped in Memorial Day Weekend right before closing time. Dean found my problem and helped me out and got me right back on the road in no time! Helped me while helping someone else out at the same time and him being the only person on staff!! Thank You Dean for your help and Great Work!! Wish I could give him more Stars! Hope your manager recognizes your hard work!!

Had a defective wiper blade recently purchased. Service employee Luke promptly assessed the issue, returned defective blade and applied a new wiper blade without further issue. Great experience.

Went in for wiper blades, the staff was helpful in finding the right size and installed them in about 30 seconds. Very nice polite even opened the door going outside for me. Wasn't busy so I got in and out very quickly. Definitely would go back there.

Auto parts businesses must be having problems keeping stock. Usually this store has what I need. They had one of each thing but not two on many things. Must be the China imports issue. I did get one thing I needed but needed two

Made a purchase earlier in the day. Purchased 24 lug nuts for my travel trailer. Had to return later in the day because the lugs did not fit. The employee s was all huffy throwing tape around and looking at the box I returned like it was my fault that they did not fit. I was shocked that he acted in such a rude manner. Went to Auto Zone in Aliquippa and not only got the right lugs but exceptional service.

Great service,I needed new wiper blades. Even with a mistake in the computer they figured out the right size and installed them they work great.Will definitely shop there again.

Check engine light came on so I stopped in and got the code read, bought the part borrowed a socket and ratchet changed the spark plug. All well run's great.

They hire people that know nothing about ANY VEHICLE! Even the Manager needs more training. He was too lazy to walk out to my car and look at the battery terminal connection to make a match for my other car. Autozone from now on.

The employees were very unhelpful, the new system of using your phone to find windshield wipers is awful, and even though they say they will install wipers for you, they certainly aren't going to ask you if you want it done.
