Needed to get my car inspected. Had it to another shop and they were trying to have me fix things that didn't need fixing. Called Steve's and had an appointment 2 days later. Took 1 hour and my car was done and all those things that the other place said I needed was not true. Thanks Steve for taking care of my car!!

Had a bent heat sheild, i originaly called the dealer to get it fix but they wanted to charge me 59 bucks to just look at it, not even fix it so i can only guess what that would of cost. Found out D&R was a short walk from my house and brought it there. Fixed it the same day and only cost me 50 bucks. Very happy with the service and they have earned a repeat customer.

Always pleased with not only the work done but the super nice people working there. Costs have always been reasonable and I feel confident that the work is done right the first time. Each time I have dropped my car off I felt like they listened to my concerns and addressed the issues. Well worth my drive to have my car care there!

Honest shop that won't rip you off, they always do a great job diagnosing the issue and explaining options and they are priced extremely well.

This was our first time at D & R automotive, but will not be our last! They not only have the friendliest staff, but they are super quick, efficient and the pricing is great! This garage is absolutely a hidden gem! I live within 5 miles and normally don t travel on the road. They are located on, E. Wyomissing Ave., but I am happy I drove by and saw their location and thought I would give them a try. Very pleased with the service here! We are absolutely return customers.

Had some work done, seemed a bit pricey but the issue was fixed. Had to take it back 2 or 3 more times and was charged for a part that was not approved and didn't fix the problem. I ended up taking my vehicle to a different mechanic and found out the problem was the coil pack. I will not not be going back to this mechanic.

I just needed a relearn procedure on a sensor, but I spoke to this shop and they were able to take care of me on the same day at a reasonable cost. Very satisfied withy experience at D&R and will be using them again in the future if I need anything

I don't like to give bad reviews, but they only got 1 star because I had to. They had my vehicle for 10 months! Every time I called, or stopped to check on it, gave me some excuse and said 2 weeks. Even offered to give them money for parts, but they refused. Finally stopped and put my foot down and told them I wanted it the next day. Went to pick it up, and price went from $800 I was originally quoted to $2100. I guess that was the rental fee for the parking space it was occupying! And I couldn't have it unless I paid half the bill. If they would have called earlier in the day I could have gone to the bank to switch it over. I should have been given 10 months to pay for it, since they had it for 10, but the kicker is, labor on the work slip was noted as 13 hours. Took 10 months to do 13 hours worth of work! Never again will they see one of my vehicles!!

Worst place ever to take your vehicle to! Our car was kept for 2 weeks and wanted to charge $500 for a diagnostics, check relays and whatever else to get our car started, then no warranty and NO PAPER WORK as to what was done, was estimated $400 then jumped price to $500 ridiculous and outrageous pricing, was told they would work with my husband since had to get a loan from bank to pay for the work and was also on a budget, they said no problem and they would work with him, lies and they took way to long to do the work and really still not sure what was done because no paperwork was given when left with car and then to over price, husband called daily and no answers, husband told them several issues with car and not resolved, will never come here again for any type of work. Terrible service, way to pricey, do not recommend.

Called regarding an inspection and staff was very helpful and polite. They got me in the same day. Service was fast and all staff were very friendly!! Will absolutely be returning and recommending to anyone else in need of a garage!!!!

Went there to get front end alignment. They were able to get me in the same day and the mechanics there know what there doing. They really "straightened me out" ! Thanks there D&R...... Good Guys
