Bad communication, lacking on their response and they don t pickup the phone, straight to voicemail, and still don t call back, every time I take a vehicle there, always something wrong, missing stuff in my vehicle, scuffs. If you come here, inspect your car inside and out, take pics, keep a dash cam on, wouldn t go here, you get what you pay for.

Chris and the guys there have gone out of their way to do work on my truck. Always answers questions and going beyond what I have expected. I took my car here to get a fresh tune after some performance upgrades, Chris was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. These guys take pride in their work/craftsmanship. Will continue to do work with them in the future!

I will probably never have an experience with a shop like I did with this one. The staff was friendly talkative and helpful. The owner Chris dedicated his time to me while I was there, he did my dyno pulls explained the process and outcomes to me and even shared his lunch with me. Hard to find this level of customer service. I would recommend 110%. Price was great as well.Thank you all again!

These guys were awesome with me. They were flexible and even text me rather than call because their hours and my work schedule lined up so I couldn't be on the phone. They charged me what they quoted me and worked with me on a last second misunderstanding. Definitely would recommend them!

Chris does excellent work, but most importantly, he is trustworthy. I would encourage anyone in ELanco to go to Maple Grove Automotive. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else, even after moving 20 min away. Honest and quality work, that s all anyone wants in an Auto Mechanic and that is Chris.

I chose Maple Grove Automotive after an exhausting search for a shop knowledgeable in LS motors and had a Dyno. I couldn t be happier with my choice!! I own a 15 Camaro 2SSRS that is heavily modified. I originally thought I needed a new oil pump, unfortunately I needed a lot more than that. Without droning on and on I ll make it short and sweet. They are hands-down without a doubt the best shop for ANY need and ESPECIALLY performance need. Any and all questions were answered honestly. They didn t try to up-sell me on parts or get me to buy any parts that were unnecessary. Chris is a busy man. Sometimes pinning him down is a bit hard, but once you do, he gives you all the time you need to feel comfortable about what s going on with your car. The rest of the staff is very personable as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend them to ANYONE for ANY automotive need!!!Service: Engine repair

After tipping them $130 for a job, 3 days later, had an appointment for 8am, Chris informed me that his employee was late, never called me till 5pm and rescheduled me for an additional week, never apologized for the situation, they definitely need work on answering phones and scheduling.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Don't make promises you can't keep or want to. Twice I was promised a time slot and a phone call, both times no call. Might be the best mechanics on the planet but customer service is zero.
