Took my car in for an oil change and had a great experience. Owner is very nice and honest. I will be going back for all future car service needs. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

I have been taking my vehicles to John s 625 since I moved to the area 5-6 years ago. Having poor experiences at national chain garages and the convenient location of John s 625 is what drew me there initially, but the value, expertise, and service is what kept me going back since. Their prices are competitive and transparent. I have never been surprise billed for anything and when I price check with other shops in the area they are usually very close or better in price. They offer loaner cars. They are great at communicating progress of the work. They have a texting system that they use to communicate in addition to calling for detailed vehicle report website links, which is surprising for shop this size. All in all, good people to work with.

I was down visiting family for the holidays and had some car issues. I found this shop on Google as the closest to me. Not only did they do an amazing job and get me in but they are also incredibly friendly as knowledgeable. They got the parts needed to fix my issue which turned out to be something a simple minded fellow like myself wouldn't of been able to fix myself.I definitely suggest everyone checking them out and trusting them with your families vehicle! Top class service and fair pricing!Services: Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

Hands down, the most honest owner anyone could ask for. Well I went to Mavis in Reading to have my 2014 Nissan Altima inspected. I was told my car would not pass inspection because I needed to replace front control arms $1695.00. WHAT??? I explained this to Tony at John s 625, there was no need to replace the control arms I was charged the typical inspection rates. QUITE A FINANCIAL DIFFERENCE, DONTCHA THINK!! Thanks Johns for you honesty and professionalism.

Finding a good mechanic is like finding the Holy Grail. Our cars are so important! John's 625 is honest, and their prices are fair. They are efficient with their time, although they have gotten so busy that their schedule gets quite filled up. (Another sign of a good garage) I highly recommend.

As a 1st time customer the service & staff were really nice and efficient. I used a coupon & wasn't encouraged to buy any add ons. I appreciate honesty and good customer service, which is what I got.

I have been taking my cars to John's for over 15 years! I have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Everyone there is professional and kind, from their knowledgeable mechanics, to the front desk staff. If your looking for a mechanic, John's is one of the best!

Been here a few times. They gave me a "courtesy vehicle" but then charged me for it without telling me it would be charged. I specifically asked for a rear view windshield wiper and after I paid and went outside i noticed it had not been replaced. Bad customer service. I will be not be returning.

I have been using this location for years with great success. Very happy with their customer service. They even offer rental cars if you need a loaner. Would recommend them to everyone!!!

My car hasn't been been or smelled this clean since I bought it 5 years ago! A stray cat got in it one night and "claimed" it. They got the stench out, and made my car shine inside & out. I may have to make a full car detail a regular thing ;-)
