Thank you especially to service technician, Chris, for buttoning our new boat up so thoroughly, especially when given short notice! Chris stayed hours late to make sure we got what we paid for and could take our boat home today as planned (about 2 hours away for us, not a short journey). He even spent a long time walking us through everything, bow to stern. The office folks also pitched in to make sure we could take our boat home. Thank you, Robbins Marine- this boat will give us many wonderful summers on the water with our growing family!

Friendly service, my go to dealership, they gave me the best prices on a new jet motor for my boat. Installed it free. Great job.

So I bought there most expensive boat recently and had issues with the ignition while I was 2 hours away on vacation. There technicians walked me through it even though I lost a day on the water. So within a few weeks a cheap boat cover they gave me ripped, not something I would expect paying $40,000 on a boat but anyways I called them to replace this and a few other things. I called 7-8 times within 3 weeks to order these parts and just kept being forwarded to different people saying they ll leave a message and then that person saying they never received a message. I personally have never left a negative review ever and am a business owner myself so I take customer service seriously regardless what price I sell something. After reading another review it looks like it s happened to other customers. I hope the owner takes a good look at his employees and discusses the importance of customer service. Not one time did I ask for anything for free but since I wasn t spending another $40k I wasn t as important. I ll probably be taking my boat to trade in next year somewhere else and they lost a customer for life!!!

Chris quickly diagnosed the fuel flow problem on my 75hp Mercury. Too many cable ties installed at factory caused the inability of the rigid fuel line to flex when turning the boatThanks, Chris

We purchased a Lund with a Mercury Optimax from Robbins back in 2007 and had it winterized and serviced there for a few years until their mechanic passed away. Robbins didn't hire a new boat mechanic for a long, long time, so we ended up having our service done at Hall's in Muncy (very on top of things and great customer service). So - when we upgraded to a larger Mercury motor, we made that purchase from Hall's.Fast forward to this year ---our 2007 Lund purchased from Robbins began having problems with the floor---the plywood under the vinyl was obviously deteriorating. We called the Lund factory and they advised us to contact the dealer from which we purchased the boat to start the process of a warranty claim. Well we called Robbins and they were totally: 1. Clueless, or 2. Unwilling to take care of us (remember we purchased this boat from Robbins). We decided to call Martin's Marina in Cape Vincent, NY where we had small repairs done while we were in the Thousand Islands on vacation. They immediately contacted the Lund Company and obtained approval a job for us to have the entire boat floor replaced under the lifetime warranty (at no cost). They also informed us that Lund had been having problems with the plywood they used to build their boats during the period of time we purchased ours. Robbins acted like they never heard of this problem. End of story ---Robbins is very poor on customer service and they've lost a sale since we just purchased a second Lund ---this time from Martin's Marine.I'd advise everyone to shy away from doing business with Robbins. After buying a higher caliber boat such as Lund carries, you would think that good customer service would be paramount. Not so with this dealer. There are much better Lund dealers out there.

Tyler Bringenberg here ..Terrible terrible experience. Bought a used boat for cash back in 2020. Called numerous times to get the title issue solved. Long story .. the used boat I purchased was still registered in the previous owners name. Hence title was never even switched to my name. Found this out by getting a citation on the water last summer for a boat that wasn t registered to me. I ve now hired an attorney and they will be receiving notices after about 10 attempts to make this right.

This dealership offers exceptional service and sales. They have by far the best deals on boats on the east coast and I would go as far as to say the entire United States after doing extensive research into pricing new boats. Their selection of boats is second to none and you would be surprised how many boats they have in stock. The sales team is excellent! Be sure to ask for John when you call/visit he will get you the best deal around and follow through long after the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market. The service team is VERY knowledgeable and willing to help anyone with any issue at the drop of a dime. Do yourself a favor and go check out Robbins Marine.... You will not be disappointed!!!!!

We took our boat to 2 other marinas before bringing it to Robbins. Neither of the 2 could figure out the problem. The previous 2 didn't even seem to care that our boat still had the same issue when we called them back after service. Both previous places I felt creeped out and like my businesss was not important. Place #2 I even started to look at high dollar boats and not 1 single person came over and asked me if I had questions or needed help. When I went to Robbins it felt like I've known these guys for 10 years. There super cool and personable. After simply talking with my BF about life and whatever,, The head mechanic, Chris showed my BF a boat that fits his personality and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He literally said, "I'm not a salesman but this is your boat." He couldn't have be more right. We will never go anywhere else. I can't recommend these guys enough. Not only did they fix our issue, they recommended a boat we actually want but then went above and beyond to feel like family and not just another pesky customer. Good people, good service!! Would of hit 10 stars if it was an option. You guys are awesome!! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time!!!!

I would never purchase anything here ever again! Customer service is horrible! I drove almost 3 hrs here to purchase a brand new Mercury 115 4stroke. After I got home I realized they had not given me the control box and cables that were supposed to be included, so I called and let them know and they told me they would ship them out, almost 2 weeks later still dident have them. Called again and no one knew what was going on with the order. I was assured they were shipped again, another week goes by and still nothing. So after days of trying to get ahold of the person I was dealing with cause no one else knew what was going on, I finnaly talk to someone who says they have the box and they are gonna ship it. After a month of this they tell me on a Friday they are NEXT DAY shipping it to me and to expect it Saturday. Never showed up. absolutely terrible service and I hope I get to use the boat this summer!

They are only worried about making the sale, once that is done look out!! If there are any issues with the boat have fun trying to get anything fixed. So many lies and telling you what you want to hear. They have no intention of making anything right, there is always an excuse. They had my boat for 4 weeks to fix three issues and only one was fixed. I can't stress enough do not buy from Robbins marine unless you like being lied to. This has been the worst buying experience that I have ever dealt with in my life.

My wife and I ordered a new pontoon in December 2020! Do to the shortage of everything the boat got delayed! My sales rep John kept me up to date on status of boat!! Once the boat arrived (which was earlier then expected) . John called me and actually upwrapped the boat him self for me to see it, do to my impatients and a long wait! Thanks john!! They got my boat in and rigged up and ready to go and I had it out on the water by the weekend! The team at Robbins went over the boat and explained everything to me!! Could not be happier with the boat and the service after the sale!!

They would have gotten a Zero, but that wasn't an option. My husband talked to John on the phone about a new 2018 Triton. We drove up on Saturday with our trade 3 1/2 hours away. The numbers John gave Joe on the phone were not the numbers when we got there. The price had some how gone up. We decided we still wanted the boat. The boat was in the show room. We made arrangement to pick the boat up on Wednesday. Tuesday they sent me the final numbers, once again the price of the boat went up. My husband drove up Wednesday to pick up the boat. When he got there the boat was out in the shop. He noticed a mark in the gel coat and asked for the boat to be taken outside. Once it was outside you could see where the gel coat was all messed up in more than one place. The mechanic went in and told the owner there was an issue. He sent the poor guy out to tell us they would discount the boat $1000.00. We decided not to buy the boat, but when we went back inside the salesman was hiding and won't come see us. They knew the brand new boat was messed up, let us drive 2 day for a total of 14 hours for this boat. They knew it was messed up and were hoping we wouldn't notice it till we were off their lot. The owner won't even come talk to us. DO NOT BUY A BOAT FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Sorry for the bad review. I don t want this to be a rant. I just want this to be informative. The service is very lacking. Once you take possession of your equipment they are happy with their part. I have been ignored and talked to arrogantly by Jason. When I asked politely to talk with one of the owners about a problem with my trailer I was told that none of them would pick up. I live 3 hours from them and would have liked the courtesy of a calm conversation to see what possible solution we could work out. This apparently is not part of their business plan. Again food for thought if your planning to do business with Robbins Marine in Pa. Thanks Dave

This is the first negative review I've ever written and I debated doing so for months. First and foremost none of the staff have ever been rude or disrespectful, however, their pleasant demeanor doesn't equal "good customer service". Where they fail is follow up and resolving the issue. We purchased our 18' Bennington June of 2020 and there have been no issues with the boat. All the issues have been with the registration and title to the boat and trailer. I am a very patient person and I understand completely about the delays due to COVID, however, we are now a year later and it still hasn't been fully resolved. First, I am a NJ resident with a home in PA as well. I was told erroneously by Robbins that both the boat AND trailer could be registered in PA. Mistake #1 was that they tried to register the trailer in PA. Mistake #2 was that I told them I cannot receive mail at my PA home and all paperwork should be sent to NJ address. Mistake #3 was that even if I could receive paperwork in PA, they had the address wrong. Mistake #4 was that the certificate of origin for the trailer was never sent to Penn DOT. How do I know all of this? Well after making calls back and forth with Robbins for the better part of six months of not having 1) my boat's title 2) my boat's registration 3) my trailer title, or 4) my trailer registration I was basically told to call the Fish and Boat Commission and Penn DOT myself to rectify things. So now I spent countless hours on the phone with both, attempting to correct problems Robbins made and did not fix and have to pay extra fees to both. I finally worked out the boat title and registration directly with Fish and Boat after paying for duplicates of both. Penn DOT was endless hours of being on hold, only to find out that Robbins never even sent the trailer certificate of origin into Penn DOT. All I want at this point is my certificate of origin so I can take it to NJ DMV and title and register my trailer and get this mess behind me. The really frustrating thing is either they forget or the brush off me off and promises of calling me back later never materialize. I'm still waiting for my callback which was promised on 4/30. Bennington you get an A+ for the boat and Robbins you get a D for customer service.

This place is a Total Joke. Go elsewhere! Gave a deposit in good faith and decided the boat wasn t for me a few days later and now 3 weeks later still no refund on deposit. Not to mention the price of the boat was much higher at Robbins then another place. Stay clear.

I saw a 16' boat on boat trader and reviewed the photos, so I called and talked to Bob about the boat, he told me the boat was in good shape and he knew the person that traded it in, so I purchased it and had it delivered to Florida, when the boat arrived the carrier told me he took the seat out of the boat because the floor was rotten!! I removed the floor and every piece of wood in the boat was rotten !! I ask Robbins Marine to reimburse me $250 for replacement of the plywood, after many phone calls they informed me they were sending me $100!! I went on their word and acted in good faith that the boat was in good shape!! I am very disappointed with them!!

I have tried to get them to call me back on a new boat that is over 2 years old. The first price was the same as what I could buy a current year model from another dealer. Tried to get them to call me back several times to discuss, they do not return phone calls.

Bought a new Lund boat there in February of 2019. We negotiated a deal , went to pick up boat and some of the items weren't on the boat Salesman said on back oder. It was in writing on our sale agreement so we thought we were ok, not to be the case. It is now the end of may 2019 still didn't get our items . We keep getting the run around, the owner won't talk to us. Do not buy from this dealer .

I have been trying to get a salesman to call me for 3 weeks now. I understand that they are busy after reopening due to the virus but I called today and gave them my number for a third time and was told that a salesman would call me back and no one has. I m sure they are probably a decent dealership and seem to have reasonable prices but I can t get anyone to return my calls.

I stopped in at Robbins Marine looking for a good used bowrider at a fair price. Rick took the time to show me all of the various units they had in stock. They had a good selection and I ended up buying a 19' Rinker! I would definitely do business with them again and I will be taking my boat to their dealership for service when and if it needs it. I took my new pathfinder back there too be fixed. The live well pump wouldn't pump water up the line . They had it for 3 weeks before they looked at it. Picked it up 5 weeks later . They said it was wired up wrong and it was fixed. Took it home and tried it on the water. It didn't work. I called lowe boats and they told me what the problem was and I fixed it myself. Had too change the position of pump and shorten the hose. Boat was a real mess inside also.

Got a 2021 Ranger RT 188 from this dealership. John and Kyle in the service garage custom installed two fish finders and a trolling motor that were not part of the factory installed package. These guys will work with you so you get the boat and the accessories you want.

Highly recommend these guys. I have bought two boats from them and both times have been top notch. Willing to go out of there way for opinions on upgrades as well.

The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't let me give zero stars. The place is a joke. They will do nothing to try to work with you when buying a new boat. I highly suggest going elsewhere and shopping around. Do not buy anything from these idiots.

I would like to thank Robbins Marina for following up with Lund. Lund sent me the wrong parts for a swim ladder and Robbins Marina called Lund to correct the mistake.
