I ordered a new cap on 10/10 and received it on 10/20. Marlin is very very knowledgeable and will answer any questions.most definitely will go back and buy more from him again great customer service

I had back window for my cap for my truck ordered from a local dealer for over 3 months and still no back window. So I contacted Marlin at the LEER Factory Outlet on Friday and they installed it on Tuesday. The service was outstanding. I had an appointment at 3 p.m. and I arrived 10 minutes before 3. I went inside to talk to the sales personnel which was Marlin. And those guys were working on my cap before I even got back out to my truck. I was really surprised how fast and efficient these guys really are. They have one hell of a good team. I highly recommend these guys.

I had the opportunity to work with each of the salesmen here through out the purchase of my Leer cap. I actually came here instead of going to a couple of closer dealers because of the reviews, and they didn't disappoint. They got my cap in quickly and had me in the next day to install it. The installation was quick and painless. When I had a minor issue with the cap, they had me in the following day (possibly would have that day but I was unavailable). They made everything perfect in very short time and even helped me BIG TIME buying some accessories while I was there. I couldn't have been treated better or be happier with my experience with Leer Factory Outlet.Customer Service: 10/10Communication: 10/10Quality: 10/10Overall Experience: 10/10Would hands down recommend to anyone in the market for pickup accessories.

Purchased cap struts for an older leer cap last december......they basically quit working.......i called and told them the situation and they said come in and they replaced them free of charger with a heavier duty model. I was out of there quickly. Also, i bought a new cap there last year for my other truck....great service then as well.

I drove 236 miles one way for warranty service. It was well worth it. Rob and Mark know what they are doing and seem genuinely interested in making sure that you are happy with your Leer product. Quality work, attention to detail and fast.The ride isn't convenient for me but I will still go there for any caps, tonneaus and so forth. They also had a decent selection of WeatherTech products. I highly recommend them.

I see why Leer is number one. Marlin in the sales department is very professional. I ordered a cap this past Friday for my new Toyota pick up truck. The salesman answered my many questions, I'm looking forward to getting it installed.

I purchased a new cap for my truck June 2020, I picked it up and had it installed at one of Leers dealers, and this new cap leaked around both windows, and the roof racks I paid extra for leaked also. It took me a month and a half writing to Leer factory before someone contacted the dealer I purchased it from to make arrangements to send it back to be repaired. That was April this year and not only have I not got my cap returned, it seems no one can find it. This being my third new cap purchase from LEER, and the first two went well, but after this experience this will be the last thing I ever purchase from them!

It's a little misleading to find at first, it's the building behind the Leer building on Industrial Blvd. Great service and the staff is very knowledgeable. Their custom work is very professional and they'll pretty much do anything you need done. They have some very cool creations and customizations for your truck and whatever recreation, service or industry you are in

I didn't even buy a cap from them as I live several states away but Mark has been very helpful to me with installation problems I am having with Ziebart. He even shared pictures with me of how the installation should be done.
