We got into a car accident on the i80 and had to call a tow truck. Luckily, we found H&W to come, truly friendly and honest staff. They were so quick in fixing our tires and trimmed our bumper so that we could be back on the road again! Would highly recommend for hospitality, efficiency, and great work.

Very polite, on the point, and if you miss your appointment time they will try to fit you in yet on the day you were supposed to be there, unless they are really busy. "Good guys. Keep up the good work guys.

The shop mounted balanced new tires for great price. Suppose to align but noticed a issue that after it was fixed would have to realgn. So good service honest and saved me money. I recommend to others.

H and W has been nothing but generous and helpful to all of their customers. Every time I speak with someone who uses them they have nothing but GREAT things to say about the service, pricing and general appearance of the garage. They deserve a 5 star rating and I suggest everyone try them at least once and I promise you'll never go anywhere else again. Without a doubt the garage in the surrounding area! Keep up the great work gentlemen!

I've been bringing my truck to these guys for about a year now and they've given me top notch service and they get the job done quickly and efficiently from a simple inspection to replacing my transmission filter and flushing my transmission, I'd recommend them to anyone

Do not do business with these ppl! A NATE FROM H&W called my number just now and when I asked who or what he was calling about he just hung up on me! What a rude experience and god knows I m thankful I ll never deal with these ppl! Don t waste ur time bc if someone who calls you can be rude for a mistake they made imagine what they ll do to ur car!

After taking my vehicle there for service including inspection they informed me I needed a new Catalytic Converter, which they assured me would fix the issues with my vehicle. So I authorized almost $1,000 worth of work on the car only to get it back and find out it was still stalling, and locking up. So I take it back for them to tell me that they did not read the paperwork I left with it and now I need a new Engine because they didn't look for the issues that were detailed on the paperwork! So I just spent now $5,000 ($1,000 to these idiots) and another $4,000 on a new car when if they had done their job initially I wouldn't have spent the extra grand on a vehicle that was not worth fixing! Never again! If you feel that you need to take your car here I would speak slowly and loudly when talking to them, and make sure you have a copy of anything you right down....

They try to get you in and get the job done and get you out. No, slacking off.I've only had minor stuff done but I know friends that had more done to their car and everyone likes them.Highly recommend !

Got a state inspection price was good. Could'nt make it there in time to pick it up due to work schedule. I asked i could put my check for payment in the key dropoff lockbox and if they would put the receipt in the car and lock my key in the car and they said sure can do that for you. I got there to pick up my car low and behold i had no key or receipt PERIOD. Needless to say they can't find my key but when i asked them multiple times about checking there security cameras for the lot that my car was parked in after the inspection was done to see which tech had parked it and they would'nt give me an answer. Just found out yesterday from my old mechanic since i'm not even gonna bother with that outfit in milton that i needed new rotors and brake pads. Go figure the note i taped to the dash next to the radio with clear and detailed information that as well as my car needing an inspection that i was getting noise in the front dnd when stopping which sounded familiar to a very similar sound a friends car was making that needed the same parts replaced on her car. Well the outfit in milton either did a half a*s job and only checked what they wanted or nothing at all or checked everything except for one of the most vitaly importang areas of a car THE BRAKES. Not really sure which route they chose, but needless to say i wont ever be going back to them for any car service EVER AGAIN.

Tow truck driver Nate went above and beyond for me. He was very kind, patient, professional with his duties. He helped me out of a rut (literally). I thank God for the help your service provided for me. Also thank you Nate for being there!. This towing service will be recommended to others I know who are in need, and of course any future needs I may have!. Of course I will give 5stars and more...the liberty storage situation

I have used this place for the past 12 or 13 years the service has always always been very good the people that run the place and Own It are good friendly people and they care about their customers they try to help you out as much as they possibly can I would recommend it to most anybody that has feelings about their Automobiles and like I say the service has been wonderful through the years I wish the many many more years of success in Milton

H&w is located on front st. Milton pa.it used to be brownies gulf station.corner of apple and front. I get my car serviced there ..they do all state police cars.

You guys really need to do something about your phone line!! There is not a day I call this shop and the lines are always busy! And it stays like that for hours!! Forcing ppl to go else where!
