Kevin Cromley, needs training on how to treat customers. Very rude unprofessional, he had my truck in he s shop, and he told me you can t call me, if you call me again I ll n t work you truck and you will stay couple days, beside that he charge me $3000 for one axle 2 used tires with rims and hub and drum, after that, he told us he don t take card he wanna get cash cam check and he don t know how to use, we give two express code $1500 each and he cash and he told us the express code invalid and the money in his account, I don t know what I can call this man!

Good people all around gave me 200 off my tow bill when company I leased on with was giving them the runaround they could of done same to me but they treated me with dignity & respect appreciate ya until next time

Looked them up through the Truck Down app. They had us in and out in 30 minutes for an ABS LIGHT that was not working. Very friendly and reasonable rates. Would highly recommend.

IF I COULD, I'D GIVE A -50 . SHIPPER I WAS PICKING UP FOR PUNCTURED HOLES IN MY TRAILER WITH THE FORKLIFT. I CAME HERE TO HAVE TRAILER HOLES REPAIRED. NEEDED AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE THE WORK APPROVED, KEVIN WAS RUDE, BELLIGERENT AND EXTREMELY OBNOXIOUS. I TRULY BELIEVE THERE IS RACISM THAT EXISTS HERE.

They answered the first time I called and offered to get to my driver quickly (30 - 45 minutes.) If another company I had called hadn't called the driver to let him know they would be there in 10 minutes, I would have had Cromley do the work. The gentleman on the phone was professional and personable. Definitely keeping their phone number.

This is an awesome company. We called for roadside assistance for a blown trailer tire.He arrived in around 30 minutes and went right work. Within the next hour he had us back on the road.He was very professional and reasonably priced.This should be the model for proper roadside assistance.

Our Cascadia Freightliner derated and we were forced to google a mobile mechanic near Milton, PA. We spoke with Kevin from Cromley Truck & Trailer repair over the phone about the issue. Kevin sent out a mobile mechanic and said the radiator needed to be replaced. Cromley towed the truck to the shop approximately 30 minutes away and replaced the radiator the next day. My driver went to pick the truck up and the bill was $3600. I called Kevin and asked if he could reduce some of the excessive accessorial charges, but he refused to reduce any of the charges. Never in my life have I heard of a $3600 radiator job. Robbing trucking company's blind who experience unfortunate breakdowns near their shop.

They responded quickly and did intelligent, resourceful work with an unusual job getting my scissor lift onto a uhaul. However, the dispatcher told me the job would be $200 (which was already high for a 30 minute task, but the operator of Cromley's wrecker then charged me $300.Be warey of bait-and-switch.

I drive for TMC and had my ICC bumper broke off by a shipper nearby. From the time I called and the time I was back on the road was less than 2 hours. Great guys and quick even in their busy times.

I had a airline break on the converter gear on a st of doubles. My company found Cromley and they were to my location in a very reasonable time. The technician was very professional and fixed my issue quickly.

Awful shop and unprofessional!!! I was kick out of the shop for asking for an additional job. The owner was rude and kicked me out. All I wanted was a brake adjustment on trailer tandems and grease on trailer.

Spoke to the gentleman on the phone explained my situation told me 1/2 hour he was there within 20 minutes.his name was Keith very fast and professional will recommend.thank you Keith..hey Keith 5 stars is what you deserve and everyone who is receiving our calls..truck life..approximately 9:00 am. 194 westbound.

it tells you 24 hour service& tow but when you call them they don't know charges times and just hangs up. Terrible service
