Experienced several issues there on most recent basic periodic maintenance. They gave me a hard time about using coupons they sent me in the mail. Then they gave me inspection stickers that had me losing out on 2 months (new stickers expired in 10 mos insteadof 12). They had me come back to correct several days later - couldn't see me sooner. When I did come in for the correction it was supposed to be in and out. Took them over an hour. No attempts to make it right. Going to try another location in the future.

I had all four new tyres installed, new brakes installed and air filter got replaced . Everytime I go there they invent new problem in order to fix the old one.Once you are done installation from them and that new accessory is still giving you problem, forget about the scheduling the appointment to get it inspected. They give you hard time to schedule even though you are under warranty. If you are scheduling to pay them money they wouldn t leave any stone unturned to get you in. Very money minded center. Customers matter less than money.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Unfortunately I would avoid the new body shop they have opened. It's a shame I had taken me and my family's cars here going back more than a decade and used their body shop about 5 times and always had great experience.The new personnel that work there I will no longer do business with, as they come up with wild, inaccurate theories on how your damage was caused and continue to act as if they know better than the owner of the car. They treated what should have been a warranty issue (car only 2 yrs old and parking sensor recessed into the bumper) and said it was caused by a minor scrape the car had more than 8 months before (scraped bottom of bumper on road pulling out of gas station), absolutely ridiculous. It seemed like they're more in bed with the insurance companies whereas used to be fair to the customer. They used to be willing to work with the customer and hold their account as true, unfortunately they've lost that significant aspect of their customer service. You've been warned.Shout out to Joe Krupiak he always did a tremendous job, wish you were still running the body shop over there.

I had my Camry serviced here often. Later I switched to Odyssey (bought it here as used).They are doing a great job, nice staffs. They will always explain what need to be done next what was done in this service. Their curtesy shuttle is most helpful.
