Hands down, fantastic customer service and quality. My husband was able to get the exact car he was searching for at a wonderful deal. If you re looking for a used vehicle, ask for Richard Kearney- super friendly, loves his job, and cares about his customers to make sure they leave happy and satisfied. The Team Toyota parts department people are exceptional and impressive! The knowledge, accuracy and customer service are excellent. I bought a Tacoma frame and a bunch of supporting components for it. It was a big project that hinged upon getting the correct parts at every step of the way. Both Tim and Kelsey impressed me over and over with each interaction. I would highly recommend them both and go back.

From the moment I contacted them, regardless of me knowing the owner, they were absolutely great. No pressure sales, very accommodating, answered questions in a very timely manner, were able to get the deal done in just a few hours. Not to mention the service afterwards, they really go above and beyond. They listen to what you need, and actually guide you on the proper option. They are NOT sharks here looking for mark up prices or commissions. Words can t describe how truly thankful I am of the team there.I personally want to say thank you Rich K, he has earned any future service for suv, truck, or car going forward. Love my new Rav4!!!

I love team Toyota and usually have a very satisfactory service experience there. Unfortunately this was not the case on Friday, April 5 I took my 2022 Corolla hybrid in for a very routine service that included only a tire rotation and multi point inspection. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours to have that very simple service performed. in my mind that is much much much too long for the type of service that was being performed on the car. I would expect that type of service to take one and a half hours at the maximum. If they had told me that it was going to take that long I would ve asked to be dropped off somewhere or asked for a loaner car.

Rob, Nick, and the whole team at team Toyota glen mills made the car buying experience so easy! We previously went to another dealership (not Toyota) and had an awful experience but team Toyota saved the day and ensured we got the car our family needed for a price we could afford!

Austin(our salesperson) was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions about the vehicles we were looking at. He listened to what we were looking for in an SUV. He made the process of buying a new car very easy. I would recommend him to my family and friends. The TEAM Toyota dealership overall is professional and not a high pressure sales environment. If you are looking to buy a Toyota I would go to them. I m very happy with my new SUV.

Cannot say enough good things about Michael Ramirez our salesman. He was extremely helpful throughout our shopping and buying experience. Both in person and due to our distance from the dealership he went out of his way to work with us on the purchase through calls and texts. After visiting several other dealerships while looking at a specific Toyota model we wanted to purchase, our interaction with Michael made us ultimately decide to buy at Team Toyota. Also wanted to highlight a positive experience with Scott, John, and Kelsey in the service department.

CJ took great care of us. Everyone was really polite and the vibe is not too salesy. Complementary coffee and tea, nice customer service notes.Just note that they are serious about no haggle pricing, in my case they wouldn t negotiate. However I d done my research to know the list price was reasonable.

It took some time and trust, but the folks at Team Toyota came through! Rob Urban was an excellent Sales Professional that I'd highly recommend asking for. No pressure and he spent a lot of time teaching us about all the new features. I got to give a shout out to the Finance guy (I forget his name), very easy process and lastly Shannon the Sales Manager. If it wasn't for her accepting my order request, we wouldn't be here! The family loves the new minivan! Thanks again!!

Just bought a niche non-Toyota used car through Michael Ramirez. He assisted me with videos of areas of the car I wanted to visually inspect before driving 2 hours each way to the dealership. Very responsive via text messages. Once there, he let me do my thing while I looked the car over for about a 1/2 hour. We settled on an out-the-door price in short order and felt like I bought a good car at a good deal. If I am in the market for a Toyota in the future, I'd call Michael.

Wonderful experience all the way through. CJ Hunt made the process as easy & quick as possible including talking to my son & making him feel involved during downtime of waiting for paperwork. He is very knowledgeable, patient & personable. We have been to many places car browsing & we couldn t wait to get back up to CJ! Corey was also very kind & thorough. Their website is easy to navigate too which is a plus. I couldn t recommend CJ & the Team Toyota enough, truly.

Buyer beware. Bought a used Toyota from here. While I could hand pick a few people who earned my respect, many others fell way short. I whole heartedly regret buying from this place. I won t go into details to show them more respect than they deserve. I have now a nice monthly payment and out of pocket cost beyond any insurance could cover . Months of emails and headaches and no resolution but scamming me to pay all this money. Hate to be like this but I guess there is no customer support once you sign under that line. So be very careful even when it looks good deal ( I did and I m a mechanic). Your pocket and mind stress will thank you later trust me .

Had my new Grand Highlander in for a warranty repair. Collision shop and service area were great to deal with. Fixed my vehicle and then cleaned my car inside and out. Looks fantastic. These guys are pros.

After finding my highly desired Prius V at Team Glen Mills I was able to arrange a test drive with Rich Kearney.Since this is my fourth Toyota and second Prius, all from TEAM dealerships, I felt eager to obtain.I really need fuel efficiency. It's no longer possible for me to have the 6 or 8 cylinder trucks. My eyes have been on V models and this one is sweet. Rich from TEAM used car sales provided excellent, knowledgeable assistance, and very quickly. It really couldn't have been easier. It's not as though there aren't other Toyota dealerships closer to me. TEAM Glen Mills is fifty miles from home.My previous experiences with TEAM dealerships included a bit of a solid customer service from president Paul Muller when I requested a post purchase vehicle exchange during 2017. So there really is such a thing as loyalty.Again I want to thank Rich for the help and ease with this purchase.

I bought a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid in Sep 2023, and my salesperson, Austen Reid, was nice and very responsive. Today, Jan 5, got the oil & oil filter changed at about 1030 miles; in my opinion this is a best practice for new engines. The service team, and my advisor, Vince Stanley, make the experience delightful.If one is on the fence whether to buy from Team Toyota of Glen Mill, buy from them for two reasons: no increase in price over sticker and for service after the sale.

Based on some of the other reviews and the answers from Team Toyota first let me say that the name appearing on my Google account is not my real name, after all it's the internet. This is not done to deceive, but to protect myself online if I say something people don't like. With that being said, here is my issue. The car was fine, the salesman was fine and the facility was bright, spacious and clean. My issue is after spending over an hour with the salesman, test driving the car and providing all my personal information I was told that I can now proceed to finance and I could then drive home my new car that a third party would be looking into my background to make sure I am who I say I am. Now you may say that I am deceptive over my google screen name but I clearly stated the reason for this. With ID theft running rampant in this country today, I understand the reason for the background check. My main issue with this is that the salesman waited to the last possible moment to disclose this to me right before I signed off and drove away. Would this have stopped me from the purchase?, probably not. I don't think it was the salesman's "style" if you will to not disclose this until the end, I am guessing that he was told to disclose this at the end rather than the beginning for fear of scaring away potential customers. Perhaps I am mistaken about this but if Team Toyota is reading this, which they very well may be, a better policy would be to tell people up front about a background check so if this bothers them they can consider this at the beginning of the process, not the end when your ready to commit. As a retired professional marketing person with a degree in this field I have a firm grasp of what motivates people and what doesn't. Although it was still my choice to go through with this and my choice alone I truly believe Team Toyota would better serve their customers by being transparent about this in the beginning. This "check" will reveal I am indeed who I said I was but as I previously said, it was not necessarily the policy, I get it, but the problem was the timing.As to the owners response, the salesman clearly said "background check". Perhaps he should have stated his position more clearly or re-phrased his statement. Also, he clearly stated that this "check" would be done by a third party, not Toyota. With that being said, as far as I'm concerned I am done commenting on this situation, I know what I heard. Have a nice day.

This month we worked with Austen Reid at Team Toyota to purchase our first new car! He was so helpful and responsive from beginning to end, and we are grateful for his expertise and all he taught us along the way. We felt relieved to be working with someone so trustworthy, honest, and patient. We started working with Austen on a custom built vehicle, but he ended up being able to find one from another dealer that was (mostly) what we were looking for, which ended up being a win for both of us. This dealership is HUGE and very beautiful; our car buying day was mostly easy/relaxed. Wish they had offered us something to drink since we were there for 3 hours, but all in all it was very smooth experience. Thank you so much!

Leased a car from them in early December (2023). When signing the paperwork both the salesman & the finance manager stated "if you have any questions, please call us". About three weeks later I had a question for both of these parties. I actually spoke to the salesman and he clearly understood my question and said he would get me an answer. It's now almost two months later and still no reply. I also had an important question for the finance manager and he never picked up the three times I called. No problem since I realized he's a busy guy and of course expected a return call. Once again, here we are, almost two months have passed and no return call from him either. This question(finance mngr) was extremely important since my first payment was due in a week at the time and had not received a statement from Toyota Finance. I did not have an account number yet so I didn't think Toyota Finance could help without my account number. I have an A Plus credit rating and didn't want that to be endangered. I had no choice but to call Toyota Finance out of desperation since the finance mngr. never called back. Toyota Finance were very pleasant and empathetic to my situation and resolved the issue for me. IN MY OPINION, once TTGM cashed my check they forgot about me. I cannot think of any other reason why these two people ignored my calls. I assume the "owner" will reply to this as he (she) has replied to other negative reviews here. Perhaps I am missing something and there is a good explanation as to why my calls weren't returned of which I would be very interested in, I have an open mind. P.S. my Google screen name is not my real name in case they try to say I never did business with them, I did.

We had a very nice experience buying our Grand Highlander here. Our salesman Nic Esposito was great. He was kind of the anti-car salesman, not pushy, not trying to sell us on anything, just answered our questions and let us do our thing. They are lucky to have him on their team!
