Highly recommend these guys. No games No gimmicks just straight forward transparency. I took my SXS here for repair and after talking with Justin and Dave I traded it in on a new unit. They gave me a more than fair trade in value and I purchased a upgraded machine at a great price. From start to finish the whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to deal with and honest. I drive 4 hrs and will continue to do so to get the best service for my new SXS.Thank You Justin, Dave and Hailey.

After watching a couple of Kreps University YouTube videos, I still had questions that my dealer in TN could not answer. In today s world of $$$ = service, I want to express my genuine appreciation to Kreps Service station for taking time to resolve my concern and answer questions. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Keep those informative HiSun YouTube videos coming. I d drive to PA for service if it were closer - 900 miles is a bit far. Again, thank you as I appreciate you all so very much.

I had an awesome experience here.Everyone is very friendly, personable, patient, and knowledgable.I also feel like I got a good deal for both purchases.This was my first scooter purchase, so I'm a bit of a noob. But they answered all my questions and patiently walked me through everything without being condescending.They also helped me out with something that they really didn't need to help me with - very accommodating, and I appreciate it.As for the product itself, I got a RX-150, and this thing flies. I love it.

Recently purchased a HISUN 750 crew, not from Krepps but locally in VA. One phone call to Justin at Krepps and I learned so many things that my dealer didn't even take the time to mention. Thank you Justin, you have my business. Your videos are great too.

Great experience working with the folks at Kreps Service Station. He took my deposit via phone and held my buggy until I had time to come and pick it up from western NC. Very knowledgeable about the Hisun brand gave me a full tutorial and test drive on site. We highly recommend them for purchases and service work.

I purchased a HiSun Sector 750 a few months ago. At 13.5 hours an issue with a sensor occurred. I called and explained the situation to Justin. He got right on the problem and my machine was fixed within a week of when I dropped it off at their shop. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Even though I did not purchase my Hisun 400 from Kreps he never hesitates to answer my questions!! Justin is the kind of guy you really want to do business with!! He is very knowledgeable of and believes in the products he sells.For a man to take 30 minutes out of his day to talk on the phone about Hisun even though I was buying locally really say a lot about his character!

I cannot say enough about this company!!! Great Service, very knowledgeable, and available for Service at anytime. Kreps has made great videos with decriptions about their accessories. These videos help me decide on a plow for my hisun sector 550. I decided to install myself, got into an issue with the mount and reached out to Kreps on a Sunday afternoon for advise. Within an hr they had reached out and help me with a decription on how to modify the frame. Had it up and running in no time. Thanks for the reassurance of the installation. Your expertise is very valuable.

Called up with a complete off the wall random question that no one local to me could answer. After wasting hours of trying to shade tree mechanic troubleshoot the problem I called them up on a whim and they took the time to not only answer my question but even dumb it down and explain what was the issue and how to fix it. Highly recommend and will definitley be doing business with them in the future. Five stars is not enough of a rating for Kreps Service Station LLC. Y'all are amazing!!

Justin is the real deal when it comes to customer service. While most of the world has forgotten what customer service means, Justin has reminded me what it was like when a company cared about customers. I originally purchased a Massimo Knight 700 from another dealer. Unfortunately, the service there is practically non existent. My clutch went out, and while talking to a friend that bought a UTV from Kreps s, told me that he really liked the attention to detail that they gave him during and after the sale.I called them and Justin was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, why it happened, and wat I would need to fix it myself. He told me that he appreciates that I wanted to save some money by doing the work myself, but if I ran into any problems, put all of the parts in a box and bring it to him to finish the job. (Who does that anymore!)From now on, I will only deal with Kreps s and Justin for all of my UTV needs.Thanks Justin,Dave Russell

So our story started with us having a problem with our Benneche tboss 550 2018 that we bought in Outside of Memphis March 2019. This problem started shortly after we got it. My husband took it back to the repair shop closer to us in MS and they adjusted the cable twice. Once again short lived. Now let's fast forward to today after talking to several utv shops and several dealerships, as well as the Benneche supply store. Justin Kreps was the only one with the answer to our problem. He also gave us the order part information and sending us the part at cost. So Extremely Happy with the service. Mind you it was after hours as well.

I purchased a hisun hs 400. From Kreps service station about a month ago. I could not be more pleased with the unit it was everything Jason said it would be. You cannot beat the price and Jason is very very knowledgeable will be buying from them again and recommending them.

They inspect the vehicles that they sell and they don t inspect them right! The brakes on the car my mother bought started squeaking within a week of purchasing the vehicle! When I called to complain, they tried to tell me that it must have been a caliper pin that went bad, but, when my mechanic checked, the brake system hadn t failed at all and both back brake pads needed swapped out. The tires have dry rot too! They re putting people in danger to save themselves a buck.As far as smaller complaints go, the check engine light turned on within the first few days of owning it, so they probably turned it off manually for test drives. The cruise stopped working. My mother was tricked into thinking that the ac worked, but it doesn t work at all. They told my mom that they knew the guy who owned the car and that it was taken care of right, but it has a million problems that showed up within a week. My poor mom was too trusting and they took advantage of that!

We were on vacation in the area and all of a sudden our front driver tire started to make a terrible screeching sound. We had no idea where to go or what to do and after calling 3 different places that couldn't get us in, we called here and he made a spot for us right away!! He took the time to get us in asap and looked at our truck and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes! It ended up being a stuck rock! Lol. But he was honest and told us that was it was! He was so very friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you so very much! Would definitely recommend!

I bought a NEW Zero Turn last yr. I call to tell them it did NOT drive right. They said I had to get use to it. Thank goodness I had old faithful. My cub cadet from Tractor supply, its 5 years old. It is the BEST OF THE BEST. I had Krebs service the one I bought from them last yr. Before I used it this yr. And now it only goes forward about 35 mins, will NOT climb ANY Incline. I called Krebs 6 times, left 4 msgs, they do NOT or will Not call back. So here i am will a $4000.00 machine i can NOT use. My next call is cub cadet manufacturers I recommend u do NOT buy at Krebs. TACTOR SUPPLY is the one

They re prices for used beat up vehicles are CRAZY! They will NOT budge even $100 off the asking price even though the guy says OBO! But they re pretty good at doing lawnmower blades and they re prices for those aren t to bad!
