We bought our 2nd car from David Dodge last night and the experience was just as good as the first time. Mike McVeigh made the process extremely simple and was very knowledgeable about their products. The finance office was great too. The whole process took less than 2 hours from the time we walked in the door, test drove two vehicles and drove off the lot. I highly recommend Mike and David Dodge.

I couldn t be more impressed with a dealership. We researched over 30 dealers for certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. I m talking from Scranton, out to Harrisburg and into Jersey. Their prices were the best.The experience we had in purchasing the vehicle we did was perfect. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and made us feel like family.Would like to single out the team that worked directly with us.Joe R. made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Not what you stereotypically think of about a salesman. He listened to us, had our interests first, and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend seeing him. He is awesome!We finished up with Jeff R. finance and he was equally incredible. Made that part of the process easy.Thank you for making us feel like family!

Absolutely great experience at David Dodge. Couldn t have asked for better service from Josh who kept me informed, made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions while building my charger and kept me informed and answered all of my questions while we waited for my new car to arrive. Chris who supported me with the financial side was awesome as well! Always a little nervous as a young female in car dealerships but Josh and Chris were trustworthy and a great team to work with for such a big purchase!

First class organization all the way through! David Jeep and Bob Wiebe, went out of their way to get me into my 2024 grand Cherokee 4xE. I this is my 5th grand Cherokee in 15 years and have to say the commercials are true I have found my Jeep Dealership. If you are wondering why such a rave review? I was a repeat customer at the other Jeep dealership in Jeff Downingtown. Worked on the deal for a few weeks, day of the sale it was apparent I received lip service and zero work was done. Made a call over to David Jeep and was speaking with Bob Wiebe, just to keep the other dealership honest. Well Bob asked for the opportunity to try and help. the entire team at David Jeep, handled my purchase with white glove service as if I was a VIP (I m not). I just want to that Bob for his honesty and communication and the rest of those that helped get into my new Jeep! Thank you Bob & David Jeep!!!

Everyone treated me like family and actually showed that they cared and weren t just going through the steps to make a sale. I got the exact car I was looking for at the exact price I wanted. Austin was very professional and personable. The issue with my experience here at David Dodge was when I received the estimate for an annual inspection. It was extremely over-priced and I got the work completed for more than half the cost at another place. Moving forward, I will take my business elsewhere.

As someone who has worked in customer service majority of my career; I truly hold companies to a very high standard. I expect every company to deliver at least at 90% of what I would provide to my customers. Now, my company is a considered a top leader in customer service and I work along side several world class performers in customer service. With that being said; I can be a "tough" customer to truly WOW! me enough for me to leave a review.I can honestly say David Dodge has won that WOW! From the start, I was blown away with the honesty and professionalism offered by David Dodge. I scheduled my appointment and Ryan was kind enough to stay in touch with John and myself leading up to our appointment. I was skeptical that they would be able to "check all of my boxes". I wanted something AFFORDABLE, safe, reliable, with a warranty & preferably under 80k miles. Knowing I did not have the best credit; I was not shooting for the stars and went in understanding I may not get the newest or fanciest.When we first arrived, Ryan immediately greeted us and remembered our story and introduced us to Bob. Bob listened to our concerns and what exactly we were looking for. I had a VERY strict budget and a strict list of "needs" vs. "wants". I made a joke to my husband "could you imagine if we got a renegade!?" I laughed as my husband reminded me "manifest it baby".Within our first hour there; Ryan said "I think I checked all boxes" he whispered something to Bob and about 5 min later Bob said "go look out front".IT WAS A JEEP RENEGADE!!!! I was shocked. I immediately turned to my husband and said there is NO WAY! My husband looked back and said "happy wife; happy life. Manifest it!!!" Of course we went back in and I reminded Bob of our budget. He smiled so nicely and said "well, I already know that BUT do you like it!?" . Of course I loved this 2020 Renegade with less that 40k miles... but there was NO WAY!!!! Ryan came back & said "YUP! ITS ALL DONE. However; the car isn't even listed on our website yet it was just traded in last night so we want to make sure its perfect and an oil change."My husband smiled and said "Its OURS!!!" To say I was in disbelief is the understatement of the year. But it got better.After we confirmed our WARRANTY UNTIL 2027 WITH GAP COVERAGE ALL STILL IN MY ORIGINAL BUDGET!!!!Bob informed us that they wanted to put new tires on the car and give her a full detail. Since the tires weren't in stock; he offered for me to come back on Monday or Tuesday for the new tires & full detail. Of course! I was nervous about the price of new tires... NOPE THEY WERE INCLUDED!!!We just left from our detail and new tires and we are still just blown away. The waiting room was stocked with snacks, fresh coffee and water. Absolutely every staff member was so kind to us and our 8yr old daughter. We truly felt like we were just hanging out with family.When our car was done, Josh from service was kind enough to go over my oil change details and the packages they offer. I was SHOCKED to find out the oil changes will be $60 LESS than my previous car and previous shops! And even cheaper with their package. Not only did they welcome us back, Bob kept us informed the entire time and even remembered my husband wasnt feeling well and continued to check in and make sure we knew he was there if we needed anything. My husband and I are so grateful for David Dodge! Especially; Bob!!! & Ryan for going above and beyond for us.Also HUGE thank you to my incredible husband getting us my DREAM car!!!! And Harlee finally has her jeep all thanks to daddy!!

Service is terrible, I have a gasket leak on a brand new 2024 Jeep Willy. I been waiting over 6 weeks to get this fixed. They found it on a routine oil change. Let me leave with the Jeep and scheduled me 4 weeks out to get fixed. I gave a bad survey to Jeep. I got a call from the service manager, she admitted the Jeep should have never left the dealership becuase they have "stand by" appointments for situations like this. I bring it in, they tell me they do not have the part and it will be another 3 weeks to get it in. At this time i asked for the service manager. The girl flung the papers at me. The service manager told me 2 weeks ago she will call me when the part comes in. I called this Saturday 4/6 for an update. The part came in Tuesday 4/2. I never received a call. Less than 10k miles on a brand new jeep. This has been nothing but a nightmare. Do not buy from this dealership

The only place to buy a car! Excellent customer service and great throughout the whole process. There are no games here, everything is on the up and up and very straightforward. Gary and Jan were the nicest and most honest people I've ever dealt with purchasing a car. 11/10 recommend.

Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here EVER! Like most franchise dealerships this dealership and service shop runs on malicious and shady practices. As you can confirm with other reviews, other people have had the same or similar issues happen with their cars over the course of them using this dealership. My girlfriend came here to get diagnostics check on her Chrysler Pacifica. They found that a previous repair on some wiring was done incorrectly and a new AGS and AGS connector were required. $1600 job. I have a mechanic I trust and use, so we declined stating that she needed her car and could not have it kept overnight. Days later her car started smoking from under the hood. The coolant tank was EMPTY and a crack was found in the radiator. There was a hole made. Go through the other reviews and you will see that others have had the same thing happen. They damaged her car, and it could have caused irreversible damage, potentially totaling her car, if she had been on the road. Not to mention the amount of danger she would have been in with an overheating car. Multiple reviewers have also stated that they are now regular customers here because whenever one thing is fixed, soon after another thing needs fixing. These people put my girlfriend's life in danger, cost us extra money all because we did not want to have them fix the car. Scumbags. Please find a trusted mechanic no matter what type of vehicle you have. I will be contacting the BBB. If you care about money, business etiquette, your car's well-being, and your safety, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I had a bunch of major engine issues with this car that were taken care of in such a timely in organized manner that I will come here for any car issue I have in the future. I've been to many mechanics and dealerships but never was the service this generous and honest with consistent updates. The ability for everyone in the shop to stick on their schedule so perfectly is amazing, if they tell you something is going to be done by this day going to be finished by that day, no problem, no questions asked. I had Tyler and Ian as my technicians and I would recommend any customer who comes through to request them because they did perfectly

Brad is the guy to go see!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a positive experience buying a car ! Brad got me into the jeep I wanted with no b/s back and forth . I have been to the service department at least monthly since I purchased my car in November 2023. My certified pre-owned is not so certified. The vehicle was damaged on the underside and has had nothing but problems since I bought it. They keep trying to tell me the rattling noise is normal. Now it's squealing when I back up, slamming into gears, has a dash light that fades in and out, trim that is loose around the rear window and around the gear shift. Every time I get it back from the dealer I find something else wrong. If you find yourself looking at a car here, RUN! They will sell you damaged goods then blame you for the damage when you find it.

Kyle is a great, knowledgeable salesman. He went over vehicle in detail, answered our questions. Trade in was a smooth process. Chris did our financing and found us the best deal. Both Kyle and Chris had great personalities too which helps during the car buying process!

I hate dealing with car dealerships, especially with their service departments. David Dodge IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION in my opinion. This dealership is 40 minutes away from me. I have a Jeep dealership 5 minutes from my house and they do the best they can. Compared to David Dodge Jeep though, it s night and day. A huge thank you to this service team for keeping me informed about my vehicle at all times during the process through text. Even paying remotely so my pick up is quick, is a great touch to the level of service. Not only will I continue to get my wife s Grand Cherokee serviced here, I will also purchase her next Jeep here.

Very great experience as usual with Mike McVeigh! I told him what I wanted and my timeline and he made it happen. My wife and I are very happy with the vehicle and the process. Mike even offered to deliver the Jeep but I was going that way anyway. There are other dealers that are closer to me but I will continue going to David and dealing with Mike.

Had my jeep towed here for service. They say we wont service it if it wasn t bought here leaving me with nowhere to go. You re a Jeep dealership and you want to be petty and not serve customers because they bought it elsewhere?? Unreal. Leaving me with no where to go with my jeep and having to pay hundreds to tow company to get it back to the dealership it was purchased from. Unbelievable. Wouldn t even let the tow driver drop it, and allow it to be picked back up on Monday. I will never ever do any business with David dealerships. They are just as bad as reedman toll if not worse. Go elsewhere. These people are not worth your money

Best dealership ever!Our salesman Ken Gray has worked with us to lease several cars and trucks now. We are always VERY happy.Rarely is there a problem, but when there is, the whole team at David Dodge(including the owner!) will work hard for you to get it worked out, to your satisfaction.Honestly, I can t say enough good things. I am loving and having so much fun driving, my new Dodge Hornet!

Have serviced my Jeep here few times before with a pleasant experience. Started having Jeep steering and vehicle shaking, typical of "death wobble". Talked to other Jeep owner friends. Some of them had the same issue and they said it was fixed with a steering damper. They had it fixed at David's at no cost as it was covered under extended warranty.Scheduled appointment. They arranged Lyft drop-off and pick-up which was quite nice. Advisor greeted me and asked about the issues. He explained me that death wobble is not uncommon, and most of them are fixed with a steering damper. It is covered under extended warranty.Later in the day, technician Dave called me - "You need steering damper, track bar and ball joints. Cost $1200"Me - "My understanding is most death wobble issues are fixed by damper and it is covered under extended warranty. Can you confirm?"Dave - "Let me check". 5 min later, "Good news. Damper is covered. Your cost $700"Me - "Did you troubleshoot and confirm I need to replace all three parts? " Asked him more questions about troubleshooting steps.Dave - "Let me ask".I could hear him talking to someone for a few minutes. 5 min later, "You are right, you just need damper for now. We can try this and if the issue still persists, we can look at other parts. Your cost $0"So, from $1200 to $0, just because I asked the right questions. Gives me an impression that Dave is not the subject matter expert I thought he was, and didn't do his homework before calling me with a sticker shock. Imagine if I hadn't asked the questions. Not an experience I would expect from David's service department.

Great service, right up until I go to pick up my car and wait 25 minutes for someone to bring it around. They ask what time I will arrive so they can bring it up, then I still wait.6 people behind the service desk who were willing to call someone on their walked talkie to get it and then avoid eye contact with me! They were not on the phone or with other customers after the initial 5 minute rush.Thankfully the girl who checked me out got tired of waiting too, got my keys and did it herself!I don t usually complain publicly but the text and emails asking for a review just kept on coming.

Service with a Smile I showed up to David Dodge with a nail in my tire and they greeted me with smiles and made me feel like I was in the right place. Tyler got me in and out in less than 20 minutes!
