Just bought a 2017 Ford Focus, has only the simple issue of needing it s AC amped up. I ve have it only 3 weeks and I called to have them fix it as they said they would in a reasonable amount of time if something went wrong. To me 3 weeks is pretty reasonable! When I called they said they were too busy

Was looking to buy a car for my daughter. Found a nice Ford Fiesta.....really nice looking car but it had 99000 + miles, an R-title with no warranty. I called the bank and they wouldn t give me what they wanted....approx $1100 less then asking. So I called and talked to Hal, the salesman, and I told him the bank won t give me what you want but if you take what would have been $995 off the asking price we will take it. He then called his boss and he called me back said they would do that but they couldn t do anything extra. Anything extra?? I asked how much money he needed to hold it so I could get money around at the bank...he told me $300. Ok! Then I ask if there was any kind of diagnostic tests done at the garage prior. He got very nasty and said mam I told you we wouldn t do anything extra. At $4000 It s a steal! REALLY! It has an R-title and high miles!Well buddy maybe you should have been nicer because now I m not buying it for $4000 and it can sit on your lot until it rusts!

Way expensive for high miles vehicle and wont work with you.. I called for a vehicle and the person who answered the phone was very rude none helping at all
