Would never recommend. Called for a service appointment, asked one question explaining the solenoid valve and when it can be done, and the employee started to raise the voice stating that each dealership has its own rules and regulations so they have to have it inspected themselves again. One question about your car repair and its schedule and the worker is already disrespectful. How can you trust them with your car?

Took my work van in for an inspection and was told it needed shocks to pass. They told me they needed to order them and I would need to come back. Waited a week and no call. The part was there but I had to call them to find that out. Made another appointment for shocks to be done. Dropped off the van on Thursday for Friday morning appointment. Didnt get a call at all Friday and had to call them on Saturday morning to find out it wouldnt be done until Monday at noon. Called Monday morning to find out after all this the van needed to be sent to a sister location for the inspection to be completed which wouldnt be until end of day. I told them at the beginning of all this I needed it for work by Monday. Stay away from this place.

Great service, great professionalism, and honest! I've had two recent service visits at Concordville Nissan, and both trips exceeded my expectations. My first experience was to have a state safety and emissions inspection completed. My vehicle is now 3 years old, so I expected it to need a few routine things - brakes, tires, wiper blades, filters, bulbs, etc. - but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it did not. Bob Bollinger and his team checked my vehicle thoroughly, and he shared the details of the inspection before I left. It's confidence inspiring to know that you can share any vehicle concerns with this team without it changing the bill.My second visit involved having a routine oil change completed, and the price was definitely better than any other dealer I've visited! My vehicle also had a check engine light come on unexpectedly while traveling. Bob and the team and Concordville Nissan diagnosed the repair and determined that my powertrain warranty would cover the issue. Once again, I was impressed by the honest advice and great service. I'll definitely be back with my future service needs.

They ran my credit with out my authorization or consent . I have my lawyer looking into this to make sure my info wasn t sold .
