Concordville Nissan Staff are the Best! Ryan the general manager knew for a few years just what I was looking for in a newer Armada (color had to be Black).So I just purchased my 3rd Nissan Armada from Concordville Nissan. They are the best! The Team of employees and service workers have always took care of me. The process of buying a newer used vehicle in my case was so easy and fast. Jenn atConcordville Nissan was extremely helpful. They kept an eye out for what I wanted to purchased. I am a reoccurring, happy customer they treat me like family! I highly recommend if you re looking for a vehicle go down to Concordville Nissan and ask for JENN.

We purchased a Nissan Rouge at Concordville Nissan this weekend. What an amazing experience. From the moment we entered the doors until the moment we left, we were greeted, welcomed and assisted. Jennifer B., our sales associate, took so much time to explain all the features of the car and answered all my questions. She was pleasant, friendly and professional. She put me at ease and I felt so appreciative to have her as my sales rep. Dave, who covered finances, was reassuring, positive and so so helpful. John in Finance completed our paperwork quickly and and had everything completed efficiently. This dealership goes above and beyond and the car buying process becomes fun and relaxing. If you are in the market, I highly recommend Concordville Nissan. As we left, everyone congratulated us, from the gentleman who detailed the car to the top manager. Wonderful place to buy a car!

Brittney was extremely helpful picking out two cars for my children. Her calm and kind demeanor immediately put me at ease and I knew that I could trust her. It truly was a stress free experience. I needed a car quickly because mine got totaled. I was facing outrageous rental fees to get back and forth to work. So, I did an internet search for vehicles and found Concordville Nissan had what I was looking for.I went to check the place out and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and made the buying experience quick and easy. They made sure the car was ready to go and even got me better interest rates, which was an excellent bonus.I enjoyed dealing with multiple people named Brian, two great guys Dave and Ryan, the finance guy Craig was awesome, as was the salesperson, Brittany!I got the car today and it was a pleasure driving it home after work.Thanks to the team!

By far best experience buying a car. We hit some snags which Kenny O and his team resolved quickly for me. Went to look at cars Friday and purchased one Monday seamlessly! Kenny O is the best in the biz. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and the team over there. Warm welcoming and transparent. He moved mountains to make this deal happen for me. Overall good, bordering on great, experience. Service advisor was great, only thing stopping experience from being a 10/10, was the people answering the phone. It sounded like i was bothering them for calling in, from the initial call in to a few follow up calls when checking on my vehicle. Sounded like they were very unhappy, unwelcoming. But, great work on my vehicle and I ll deal with unhappy people to have a working perfectly car.

I came into the dealership today to trade in my car. Jennifer Bedrick was the most detailed, knowledgeable car consultant I ve ever experienced. She went through each feature of the car with me, showed me how to access it all from the vehicle, gave me break down, detailed information through the whole process and I couldn t have asked for a better experience! She helped me get into a new vehicle seamlessly and so comfortably. Everyone else I encountered was friendly and you can tell it s a close knit family environment amongst the staff. They helped me get into a new car with a budget that works for me. I highly recommend buying your next car with Concordville Nissan, but especially with Jennifer Bedrick!

When I purchased my vehicle I was given 2 additional oil changes , so I cam in to use my last one. I advised Pat the associate that helped me about a possible clogged waterline from my sun roof...he was able to have it looked at and cleared for me. I waited and it was completed within the 2 hour time frame I was given. Also I was working while waiting and forgot my charging cable, my salesman Brett was a lifesaver with his charging cable. Great bunch of guys! The mechanic who worked on my car did a great job too! My car ran so much smoother after its oil change!

I had a wonderful experience with Concordville Nissan from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Brian & Jennifer. I was without transportation so Jennifer came to scoop me up. Jennifer was the phenomenal and the sales manager too. And to top it off I wasn't there more than 3 hrs. Very happy camper !

Lauren Scannapiecco who coordinated the service of my Nissan Rogue and my husband s Nissan Rogue is exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me gather the documents I needed for the state inspection of my vehicle. She maintained excellent communication with us while our cars were being serviced. She has wonderful customer service skills and we look forward to her coordinating our future vehicle service needs.

Great car buying experience. Kenny Oppel went above and beyond to help me with my recent purchase. He worked hard to find my the best price for my financial situation. I was deciding that maybe I should hold off on trading in my car due to home buying savings. He went to work and found me an option that allowed me to get into a newer SUV from a tiny Honda fit all while still being able to achieve my personal financial goals. He even had some great suggestions for credit repair and shared his own recent home buying experience. Because I was cutting back on my initial costs I figured I would settle for something that was reliable. I was WRONG. My 2020 Nissan Rouge is immaculate, runs great and he even found it in a color that I love! Mechanic Bobby Killian is also very knowledgeable and took the time to show me all of the features of my new car. :)10/10 recommend Kenny Bobby and the Concordville Nissan team for any vehicle purchase.

On March 25, 2024, We went to the dealership to check out their inventory & to trade in my car. Mark Dawson (sales consultant) greeted us as soon as we walked in door - asking how he could help. Me - being so indecisive !!!...he didn't know what he had coming, however he learned quickly! lol. He was very Humble & Patient while assisting with searching and test driving cars - answering all my questions with Grace and giving me advice that fit my budget needs. We finally found a 2023 Nissan Altima. I totally Appreciate you - Mr. Dawson!!! Next, it was " cruching #s time," and that's where we met - Zac Milleer (sales manager). His only direct question & objective was - how can I assist with getting you driving your new car home today. His " Mathematician" skills left us very well Pleased!!! Thank You - Mr Milleer!!!...& off - we were...driving in my 2023 Nissan Altima. I'd definitely recommend this team for your next car purchase!

Zac was the sales manager that made picking out my new car a breeze. He was nice and down to earth. Jose was also awesome, walked me through overview on how to use my new pathfinder. He has checked in and is willing to help even after I drove the car off the lot! I would ask for both Zac and Jose when you decide to look for a new car

I had a great experience finding my first car. I was greeted warmly by the general manager as soon as I entered the store and then Deneen took over who was helpful and fun to work with! She listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car. She answered all of my questions honestly which helped me make the right decision. Greg was also super helpful making sure I got the right deal. As a first time car buyer/leaser, it can be a stressful process, but everyone at Nissan made sure I had all the right information. Overall, it was a very smooth process. I love my new Altima!

I was in the market for a specific car for about 30 days. I did a ton of research and knew exactly what I wanted. I had also picked a back vehicle in case they couldn t get the numbers to where I needed them. No other dealerships listened to what I wanted in the way this team did. Molly, Jen, and Zac provided me with exceptional service, and more importantly helped me leave with the car I wanted at a reasonable cost. The whole experience was top tier.

I was in a jam with my previous lease ending soon, and my cousin reached out to Jos� to see if he could help me. I spoke to Jos� on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for later that week. I came in thinking that I would be leaving with the car I drove in, but like promised on the phone, Jos� took great care of me! I was able to get the car that I wanted with all the features that I was looking for. After 10 years of being a customer of another Nissan dealership I can honestly say I have a new family with Concordville Nissan!!!

Very pleased with the whole buying experience. Everyone was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the process, from vehicle selection to financing to vehicle operation. Jose Roman was particularly helpful and patient when explaining and demonstrating all the vehicle features and comforts, especially regarding the tech package programming and operation.

Kenney O was a pleasure to work with. Extremely efficient, transparent, and helpful, he made buying a new car effortless. I went to look at a few cars on a Saturday and by Tuesday, I was driving away with my new car. The peace of mind I have driving a new car and the knowledge that Concordville Nissan will be there if I need any assistance is more than anyone can ask for. They go above and beyond to make the customer feel at home and comfortable with their choice without being too pushy. If I could, I would give them a 10 star rating!

Brought the vehicle in due to the ABS and traction lights coming on sporadically and causing engine starting issues. Tried to upsell things I know my car doesn't need but I know it's a business. Prices are pretty crazy to diagnose and replace a sensor. Overall experience was good. Communicative and pleasant. Always take my vehicle here to be serviced!

To be completely honest, I did not have a good experience here. Before going in, I spoke to Greg and gave him all my information. I did this because I live about an hour away and wanted to make sure I was not wasting my time. I came straight from work and had an appointment at 6pm. What should ve have been a hour drive turned into a hour and a half because of rush hour.I arrived and Greg introduced himself and I was told to drive up the street to the other location because there was more inventory there. Strike one. I then followed him to the other location and met Bill. Bill was very nice and was willing to help me. He started to ask me questions that I already answered with Greg. So this started to make me feel like there was no communication as to what was going on. He then called Greg to see if he had all my information, which he did, so I had to drive back down the road. Strike two.I then arrive to the original location at 6:40 now. Almost an hour of my appointment wasted. They closed at 8, so now I m being double tagged and rushed to pick a car. I was only shown one can when I was told there was multiple that would work for me. Strike three.I didn t trade my car in because the note was not in the range I needed to be. I was told someone will reach out when there is more inventory that fits my need. Honestly, after that experience I m not looking forward to, nor am I planning to go back there. I was told by Greg the day before I can tell you re a busy woman and I want to make sure we do not waste your time , and that s exactly what they did.-Aliya
