Carshop Glenn Mills provided me a wonderful buying experience. It was quick, easy, no hassle, and a great price on the car. I am 24 and this was my first car purchase from a dealership and I m so happy with the experience and the car months later. They make sure all of their cars are fairly priced, never been in an accident, and they provide all of the CarFax so you can see every service that has been performed on the car. Will Laird was my salesman and he was extremely forthcoming, pleasant to work with and took care of all of the background work so I didn t have to stress about anything. My Genesis was detailed TO THE MAX when I picked it up and I was very pleased at the time of pickup. Mike was quick and efficient with all of the paperwork at the time of signing. All in all, I highly recommend CarShop of Glenn Mills. The sales staff is great and their cars are top notch!

Just visited the Glen Mills location today and purchased a 2020 Pathfinder Rock Creek edition. My salesman was El and he truly was great. This was the best car buying experience I ve had in a very long time. I was in contact with El prior to visiting to schedule an appointment and upon revival there is a screen that welcomes you and other guest with your name so there is a nice personal touch. The facility is very nice and modern. El was a pleasure to work with. We didn t feel pressured at all. We test drove a few cars and ultimately chose the pathfinder. El got me what I thought was a great deal and worked really hard to get it for me. He got my payments way lower than I thought he would be able to. He made sure everything was taken care of and even filled up a tire that was low before we left. They have a great warranty on their certified cars so i definitely will be returning there for service. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend shopping here. Remember to ask for El Persons!!

Friendly and easy to deal with. Gave me a very fair offer on my trade in. Noticed. Possible rotor issue during test drive and they provided a we owe to bring it in to fix. Only downside was I think they only had 1 finance person working, took a little bit longer than expected. Jesse was very personable.

Evelyn at Car Shop was awesome. Very nice and easy to work with. Found the car we wanted at a fair price. No pressure over the month we took to make a decision as we looked at several different models. Would absolutely buy there again.Update 10/11 - just bought our 2nd car from Evelyn at Car Shop. If you are in the market you should call her. Good deal and no pressure.

Like the no haggle experience. Saw the car I wanted. CarShop had it brought down to my locationOvernight. My daughter needed to sign the paperwork and was in Pittsburgh. They brought the paperwork to Pittsburgh for her to sign and then it was sent back and we took a seamless delivery. Highly recommend CarShop

Referred to CarShop by friend who had nothing but great things to say about this car dealership after 3 separate purchases in the last 12 months. I was somewhat skeptical as I have dealt with just about every dealer within 25 miles more than once. I have a large family and a business and find myself making a purchase for one or the other every six months. So I had need of a comfortable and reliable used car as a 3rd vehicle. I contacted Tony Snyder in sales. He was a breath of fresh air. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, provided suggestions, then I outlined financing I was looking for ie..car price, interest rate, payment, and extended warranty. I did this all on the phone starting at 6pm on Monday. Tuesday midmorning Tony called to inform me they were able to meet all my request, even getting me a full percentage point less on loan than my credit unions. I accepted offer and paperwork was sent to me and signed electronically. They delivered the vehicle 34 miles to my home on Wednesday at 1pm. Everything was as discussed - no surprises. Tony was attentive, polite, and respectful. He kept me informed through the entire process by text. It was by far the best experience i have ever had with a dealership and I turned 64 years old a few days ago, so it s a very long time ! They have my highest recommendation and Tony has all my used car business from now on. I rate Tony 6 stars out of 5 and the dealership a solid 5. Frank Kifer Fairhill MD

I bought my first car here! I wasn t entirely planning on buying that day, but after test driving my new (to me) KIA I decided to just go for it. Since I wasn t expecting to buy that day, I was pretty ill-prepared. But thanks to the helpful staff, I was able to finish the transaction in just a few hours!Haggle-free pricing is great. As a first time buyer, I would have absolutely been taken advantage of at your average dealership. But Carshop has good cars at reasonable prices, and even gave me a sweet deal on my trade-in.Overall, my experience with Carshop was amazing. Loving my new car!

Highly highly recommend! Gage was wonderful! He has been so patient with us trying to find the exact car we wanted. Definitely not your typical car dealer experience at all! They were very professional and no haggling very honest. Go see Gage!

Buying a vehicle at this place is easy and there's no pressure that you will usually have with regular dealerships. I like the fact that you can test drive the vehicle without a salesperson breathing down your neck so you can really get a feel for the vehicle. The price is what it is that you see online, and you don't have to worry about all of the extra hidden fees most dealerships try to add later to try to rip you off. It's a great experience here and this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The only thing is that you can't haggle the price, but the prices are fairly reasonable. And the cars are kept in great condition and serviced. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the staff is very pleasant.

What a delightful car-buying experience! I usually grow weary of car shopping after the first day- but not this time! Everyone at Carshop was so helpful, and accommodating..and at no point did I ever feel pressured! I ended up with the car I have always wanted at a great price that was substantially below KBB!

Carshop in Glen Mills was absolutely amazing. I dealt primarily with Evelyn and she waa a delight! Very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I can't thank the entire team enough for making my experience buying a car so smooth and so easy. Evelyn helped explain anything I needed and they even helped me get a loan when my bank gave me a hard time. They're great people and I will always send anyone I can there to get a car.

I had the fastest, easiest car buying experience here. Within 30 hours of first stopping in, I walked out extremely satisfied and with a car. Jonathan was the associate we worked with, and I could tell he was trustworthy and made the process easy to understand. As a first time car buyer, I couldn t have gotten a better experience.

I am very pleased with the quality, condition and price of the 2020 Acura TLX I bought. The online portion of my experience with CarShop was pleasant, but there seemed to be a disconnect with the agents at the shop. My agent didn't seem to understand how the website worked. He wanted payment before I signed any paperwork, while the site said otherwise. I also had to follow up continually after I made a payment in order to get the contract to sign and delivery dates. As on all-online dealer, I'd expect the employees to be familiar with the site operations.That is what cost them a star. The crew that delivered was professional and went over the features I was interested in.All in all, not a bad experience! Love my car!

Seen a Ram 1500 from Car Shop Glen Mills online. I called to ask some questions and spoke with sales consultant Matt Riccobono. He answered all my questions, and told me the Ram was actually at another location. Matt had that Ram brought to his Car Shop that was 40 mins closer to me in one day. I then went through the entire process with Matt and it could not have been any easier. He is zero pressure. Very take your time, make sure it s what you want. The buying process was simple and smooth with Matt. I highly recommend him if you are interested in any of their vehicles. He came in on his day off since it was the only day I could get up there and re-arraigned his child care situation to do it.The rest of the staff at Glen Mills were also friendly and ready to assist.

I brought my vehicle to Carshop Glen Mills the week of 3/11/24 to sell. They quoted me one number and then the next time I returned on 3/14/24 they quoted me 2k less. I even had the offer in writing and it was not honored. Myself and family have done business with CarShop in the past, but never again.3/22/24 Update/Response:If the vehicle had a severe oil leak it should have been apparent to the person who appraised it. You coincidentally lowered the offer as soon as you knew that I wasn t going to purchase another vehicle from your dealership.

My experience at CarShop in Glen Mills was fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely efficient and friendly. The buying process was smooth and quick and browsing around the lot was fun. I d recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a vehicle!

Husband and I were going car shopping and selected a car from this location. Scheduled an appointment three days out and on the day we were supposed to go check the supposed car out there was a giant Miski communication. First we were told the car had a maintenance issue and that they d have to reschedule it. Then we were told that the maintenance issue was resolved, but it wasn t at this location. We had to go to the original location. Then we were told that the maintenance issue Wasn t Resolved we weren t allowed to road test it but we could drive it in the parking lot. Lots of red flags and a short amount of time, there needs to be better communication between locations and people. Hopefully they can get the kinks sorted out and someone has a better experience than we did, but would not recommend shopping here.

Mike was GREAT!! Honestly everyone in the building was. They brought the car I wanted from another shop in Jersey, and it drove great! They gave me a fair and honestly price for both my trade-in and the new car. Easy and pressure free. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your car buying needs.

I originally filled out a 100% online application and the process didn't seem to go anywhere. However, once I called the store and got things settled I was very pleased with everything. The team was helpful and pretty quick to respond. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop. I was originally supposed to get the vehicle delivered but it would have taken a few weeks so instead of having me wait around they offered to send me an Uber to come to the shop. I ended up driving myself but once I was there the I signed my paperwork, checked out the vehicle and drove off in my new Kia Seltos. Special thanks to Evelyn for everything.

Great experience. Make sure to go see Gage at the Concordville show room. Gave me multiple options in my price range, down to earth, no pushy tactics and got me what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Had a car from another CarShop dealer in the area in for me to look at within 2 hours that was exactly what I was looking for.

During my inspection in December 2023, it was recommended I have the vehicle brakes checked within a few months. Again, the on- line scheduling is convenient, I was however surprised by the 3 hour labor fee. Unfortunately, brakes are normal wear & tear and not covered under warranty.

Henry, the Car Shop Service Manager, made me feel like family and solved my problem. I woke up with a flat tire and Henry advised me how to use my inflatable kit to get me to CarShop safely. Henry then ordered me a tire and had it put on and balanced and I was good to go. Best experience I've had in a long time,I highly recommend CarShop Service Department and Henry.

Carshop is a great place to shop for and buy a vehicle. I was at the Glen Mills location and was taken care of by Anthony. He helped, and explained but didn't pressure in anyway. I was able to arrive at an informed decision a drove away in a 2019 Nissan Rogue. I was also given a very fair trade in allowance. This is a terrific place to do business. Even the bathrooms are clean.

The cars all looked nice. Nate was very straight forward. We told him what we were interested in seeing. He gathered cars for us to review. I like that there is no pressure. I was surprised another young man had us signing all the papers. However, Nate explained the coverage plus the two extra services you sell. I did purchase them as well. It was a good experience and Nate was helpful and very accommodating.
