I have gone to plenty auto shops in my time. Singh Automotive has been by far the best experience. Mike Canfield was the mechanic that fixed my car. He installed new shocks, a PCV valve, an intake and some other odds and ends. He showed me pictures of the mess. He walked me through the process and he was always respectful. They even took 100 dollars off my bill since the work didn't take as long as he predicted! They are fast and efficient. I highly recommend this garage!

Awesome owner and staff. Super friendly, super knowledgeable and very fair pricing. They will get the work done right the first time. Don t hesitate to bring your vehicles by for anything. A family owned business who are local and give back to its community as well.

Couldn t be happier with my experience! I called early in the morning and spoke with the owner. I explained my situation and let him know I had a 7-hour drive the following day. Even though it was a holiday weekend and he technically didn t have any availability, he squeezed me in, resolved the issue, and was extremely friendly/pleasant the entire time.Professional, knowledgeable, gracious, accommodating, fairly-priced, and went above and beyond. I had taken my vehicle to a different (unrelated) shop for inspection. They called with a laundry list of items it needed - some of which I expected - however, the quoted price seemed absurd. I called Singh, explained the situation and asked for an estimate for the list. They called me back VERY quickly with a total cost of less than half of the original estimate. I took the car over 2 days later to have the work completed. They called me later the same day to inform me that one of the items on the list DID NOT need done. The other garage claimed I had a damaged bushing that would require changing to pass inspection - at a cost of over $700, by the way. Singh thoroughly inspected the bushing, even going so far as to pull the wheel on the other side to ensure that I hadn't given him incorrect info on which side needed replace, and alas, the bushings were fine. I ultimately paid about one third of what the first garage quoted me. I appreciate the timely, courteous and ethical service. Absolutely loved my experience with Singh today!! They are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, transparent, and amazing at communicating. Jim called me with every update to let me know what they needed to do, the cost, and how long it could take. Best part was they even finished earlier than initially expected! I was worried trusting mechanics out here in Pennsylvania(I am from Maryland). I only trust my mechanic back home. Singh and his employees did a great job had me in and out. And helped me fix my car up. My check engine light is off now, my car is running smooth. I am surprised to see so many great reviews because I am very disappointed with their work. After I left my daughter's vehicle for state inspection at Singh's we started to hear a clunking noise from the driver side front tire. We discovered that the tire lugnuts were not tighten on that tire and also the lugnuts were not the original lugnuts. Even the tire valve caps were not the original ones. I believe that this was a serious oversight on their part.

I found myself in a difficult situation with a flat tire and a flat spare, and this business helped me when I needed it most. The gentleman at the shop not only helped me change my tire but also check it for leaks, and taught me to never put a spare on a front wheel. This business is run by kind, good Samaritans. I m so lucky I ended up where and when I did.

The men who work at this shop are the best. They worked me in because I had another appointment. They worked quickly on the oil change. Left my car clean and did it all with a friendly smile. Oh the price was great, too! They charged me only for the oil. No labor cost. I come here about once a month for something. I m so glad I found this shop.Service: Oil change

My husband and I had been bringing our vehicles here for oil changes, inspections, ect on our 2 vehicles for over a year. I went in today for an inspection and oil change that I had schedule three weeks ago. At the time I scheduled the appointment they never mentioned anything about registration or insurance cards having to be printed. When I arrived they told me I needed my ins and registration (understandable) but I only had a paper copy of the registration, my ins card was on my phone. When I tried to get them to let me email it, etc they said they couldn't because the boss wasn't there and that I had to have paper copies, and refused to help me at all. Basically the employees didn't want to work or help me out in anyway. 0/10 they just lost 2 customers.Service: Auto maintenance

Easily one of the best Mechanic Shops I have ever been to. Immediately they were genuinely concerned with the issue that I was having and noticed that it was impacting my immediate day. With out hesitation they stepped to the plate and not only quickly resolved the issue, but delivered the best customer service alongside it the whole time. Every single member of the team (4), that were there, interacted with me, and continued to help and ensure the issue was quickly resolved. I am beyond grateful to have found a new local service provider who know how to get the job done right. Very thorough, prompt, and very honest mechanics. You get everything you pay for, and nothing that gets pushed to you that you don't. They call you first with the diagnosis, then work with how you go from there. You get an estimate, and if the work takes less time or effort, your charge is adjusted lower. How often do you get that from your mechanic. Jim and all of the crew are awesome. 10/10 would recommend any day!

Jay at Singh Automotive was wonderful!! Their customer service skills are excellent and they were very professional. I was thrilled with my experience there and Mike the mechanic was fair and trustworthy. I ll definitely be back and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto repair shop. I would suggest this place to anyone! My car was making weird noises and so I decided to find a car shop near me and this is the first place that came up. The owner Jay was really nice and we had a good conversation! The rates were really good and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get my issue fixed. This shop is amazing! I went in thinking that I had a leaky air line but it turns out the last place that checked my oil never put the cap back on and caused oil to leak every where and caused me to be driving around with no oil in my car for a week. The mechanic at the shop told me that he would put the oil in my car and cleaned engine for me (he even went over to the car wash next door to spray water on it). He informed me that they were not going to charge me for the detail of the engine and they were going to call the place that messed up to pay for it because it was not my fault. Highly recommend going here if you need any service on your car!! Everyone is so nice

Stopped by the shop one day and asked what was possible for custom exhaust work on my BMW. They were super friendly, talked me through my options, and had my car in and out within a couple days! I decided to give Singh Automotive a try after having exhaust problems! I had been to using another (competitor) garage in town but, they where un-able to locate and fix my problem. So I stopped in and talked with Jim at Singh who he was nice and very helpful to me. After they looked at me truck I was told it needed a new catalytic converter. They where very helpful though and directed me to a local shop that specializes in just exhaust systems! So my first impression is they are very professional and looking out for the customer needs! I also had another issue with my truck and Jim has taken the time to research it so when I go back in they'll be ready. Over all a very professional business that is honest and highly recommended!Service: Exhaust

The service here was beyond incredible! I had a bad battery, and needed other things to pass inspection. The guys here worked with me on everything and made me feel comfortable. They communicated every detail and I dropped my car off in the afternoon and had it by the evening. Asked them to take a look at my car before I took a long road trip. They were very professional and punctual. We live close by, so we dropped the car off and walked home. My daughter's scooter wasn't functioning properly when we tried to leave- the owner and his staff went out of their way to fix it for her...so nice of them! I came in today for an inspection. First, the new renovations on the inside are incredible and the place looks great. The new owner is an incredibly professional, nice and honest guy. I knew going in that work needed to be done in order to get my car to pass. They replaced my rear brakes SAME DAY and at an incredible cost. Scott, the mechanic who did the work, is an great mechanic and a very upfront and honest guy. He was totally upfront and honest with me. Drove away today with new breaks and my new inspection stickers extremely happy. I highly reccomend you get your work done here even if you dont live in Millersville.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

If you're looking for a great mechanic, this is it!!! These guys stayed late to help me with an emergency situation with my windows not rolling up. They worked and worked on it until they found the problem. They are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else but here.
