Weird guy at the counter tried to talk to my 1 year old about auras and spirits and told her she was going to do great things and waved his hands around and mumbled something and told her he had blessed her. The car service seemed good, but I won't be back purely because of this guy.

terrible customer service. guy ignored us most of the time & when he did have to talk to us he sent another customer to do it. by the time he got to my car there was no communication. just sighed and walked away, didn t say a word. super distasteful.Service: TiresService: Tires

My battery died while I was in the store. A technician named Richard helped me every step of the way. He explained my options, put a new battery in my car, and I even got a warranty with it! I was very impressed with the customer service I received and the quick service, as they were VERY busy that day. Thanks, Richard, and Walmart Auto Care Center!

I would give a 0 if it allowed me to. I arrived at the auto center at 0655. Waiting and waiting for them to open. 0720 I call to see if they are open. I am told they cant open until they have 2 techs. So, because one of their guys runs late it is okay for me who was prepared to arrive to my job late. Not once did someone come out to tell me why it wasn't opened. I was also told they did not have a manager available. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.

To Mr. Dale Connors.I suggest you maybe check yourself before accusing an innocent employee of such false actions. I have gotten my car done there many times and have never had anything medication or cash stolen from my car. Caleb was the one who helped me with my car and was absolutely excellent with helping me . So I would double check who you are going to falsely accuse.SincerelyOne happy auto customer.

Had the oil and filters I needed but their filter computer was broke. It turned off when you pressed a button to get info. Batteries probably dead. Had to Google the filter number instead. Not much choice of engine oil system cleaner. Only one brand on the shelf.

Fast and courteous but when they changed my oil they didn't wipe anything down and it was everywhere underside of car including exhaust

Do not take your car here ever!!! So they never removed the old oil filter they said they couldn't get it off and put the new synthetic oil right in and never even tried to drain the oil filter which I figured out because I hadn't sat long enough for them to possibly do so according to a highly trusted mechanic which is where I should have taken it to begin with. Honestly I heard horror stories about this particular wal marts practices before but I was overdue a change and figured why not IT'S JUST AN OIL CHANGE RIGHT? Well no not right because apparently it can cause a lot of damage and I overpaid them and still had to take it some where else to have it all fixed. Never again!!!

Ordered a tire and had to wait three extra days because they cancelled my order. Was told they had two call offs so they couldn't put it on that day. Tire was 138 online and it was sold to me at 166. This place sucks

Dont leave anything in the visors. I went in for an oil change and found I was missing a pain relief item after arriving home. Theifs. Caleb handled my vehicle.

Found some cheap GOODYEAR tires. Walmart is probably the best place to get tires. Always an easy process.

They fixed my tire pretty fast once it got in but took them 2 hours to get it in there they are definitely under staffed

Show up at 7am when they open and there only 2 guys working and they tell me theres a 2 hour wait ..... tipical Wal-Mart
