Bill's Happy Camper provided us with exceptional service, making us feel like part of the family. The staff is fantastic and the service is outstanding. They efficiently addressed any issues we had without disrupting our trip. With their commitment to overnighting parts and arranging local technicians for repairs, we didn't have to bring our rig back to the dealership, a major advantage in our decision-making process. Although we purchased our Riverstone 10 hours away from Bill's, the journey was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend them!

Things to consider when purchasing an RV is not just price, but also service. We found that Bill s Happy Camper satisfies both. Their pricing that includes destination fees, and dealers set up fees were the best we could find. On top of that, being a family Owned and staffed business means their livelihood depends on good customer satisfaction.They want you to call them for any issue 24/7 to help resolve, they are very family oriented and work to ensure you have the best experience buying your RV fromthem. I Highly, highly recommend you check them out. You will be impressed. When everything we buy seems to be going to mega big businesses, it s so nice to be able to deal with real caring folks in this day and age!

Picked up my 3rd travel trailer from Bill's today. Just like every new RV sold today, they are not perfect and will have some issues to be addressed. Bill's staff goes above and beyond any RV dealer I purchased from. After delivery of my new RV we spent the night camping and had items needing attention. The very next morning they asked us to come in to remedy all the items. They did exactly that! Everything was fixed in less than 3 hours and we were on our way back home feeling great about buying from Bill's Happy Camper. Will never set foot in a General RV or Camping World showroom every again.

This was my first rv experience and Bill and family made it a great one. It was a pleasure doing business with them and was a breath of fresh air being able to work with a mom and pop shop. I definitely will be coming back here for my next upgrade. Highly recommend to anyone! It was worth the drive. A++

Bill's is a pleasure to deal with. Spoke with Jordan, he was easy to deal with and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them when buying an RV. They are an honest, fair, family business.

Where to start? Billy s Happy Camper and the ENTIRE staff are nothing less than INCREDIBLE! I purchased a 2021 Riverstone Legacy 39FKTH (triple axle luxury toy hauler) from Bill last summer and the sale, delivery, registration etc. was the best experience I ve ever had in ANY type of purchase I ve ever done, from exotic cars, boats, houses etc! The team at Bill s is the best PERIOD! Bill, his wife, and Josh went above and beyond for us on the price, getting our RV delivered over 2000 miles away and taking my phone calls every time I called about anything (even on weekends and after hours). I had a couple of small issues with the RV and they had mobile techs on the phone with me the same day and at my house doing the warranty repair the next! 10 stars if allowed! Bill and Josh thanks so much for everything and hope to meet you all in person some day. I will refer anyone I know to Bill s for any RV. The customer service alone is worth buying long distance. Not a single dealer in my HUGE area can even compare by half of what Bill s does in my book!Wes K.

Bill at Bill s Happy Camper Sales in Mill Hall, PA is hands down, the BEST experience I have EVER had with purchasing ANYTHING!!!The customer service was exceptional. Bill and his whole crew went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied and understood everything about our 2022 Riverstone 39RKFB, and how to work all of the gadgets! We left there feeling like we were leaving our friends, not salesmen! We will never stop referring them!

Have always felt like family when we went down to Bills, until this week, they contacted us about a trade in they gotTalked to them several times about an trailer they had in stock, it was a trade in , told us they would save it for us till we arrived, weather permitting..we had to pick ours up they had worked on itDrove 4 hours ,Got there , spent two hours going over the used camper making sure everything was in working order, went to lunch and came back ready to seal the deal only to find out the camper had a contract on it from a week ago waisted 3 hours thinking we were gonna get this, only to be mislead

Bill & his staff go above & beyond for their customers. Yesterday we purchased our BRAND NEW 2020 Forest River Vengeance Rogue Armored 351 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. This is our second 5th wheel we have purchased & all we can say is that this experience was 100% better than our first. We have researched 5th wheels for over a year. After our first one we realized & learned a lot about options that we needed & we finally found the one that meet all of our expectations. Bill met with us on a Saturday by appointment the day after the camper arrived on sight & went over the details. Less than 2 weeks later, after Bill & his crew added the slide-out awnings & roof vent covers we picked up our new DREAM 5th Wheel & we couldn t be more excited & satisfied with our purchase. Mr. Bill and the staff were so welcoming. He even offered us lunch, which was such a sweet gesture after we drove 2 hours to pick up the RV. Of course we had already ate but nevertheless the intention was sweet. He did not let us leave until he gave us a walk through and tips on how to work the camper. They made sure we were ready to go, installed an item we needed, even fixed a fuse on our truck making sure all the lights on the camper were working. I pray prosperity and health over his company, his staff and their family!! Its rare to find a family owned business that are sincere and take care of their clients with patience and love. We had been shopping for an bunkhouse fifth wheel for some time and had seen one advertised on one of the RV sale sites but then noticed it was in PA (4 hours from where we live). We put it off for a couple weeks. Still looking decided to check it out again and noticed it was still there so spur of the moment we decided to call on a Fri afternoon and see if it was still available. Spoke to Bill himself. Explained that we lived in NY approx 4 hours away and wanted to make sure was still available and we wanted to drive out the next day to see it. He stated that he would make sure it was available for us to view and it would NOT be sold until after we decided if we wanted it or not. So the next day we made the 4 hour trip to see it. When we arrived we were welcomed by Bill himself and one of his sons. Very friendly and welcoming. We looked over the camper asked questions and at no time was there pressure tactics used. We decided to purchase. We were given the opportunity to do all paperwork via mail instead of making the drive again. We kept in touch thru the process. Bill even gave the option to store it at their location due to we live in NY and the weather was turning. So thank you for all your assistance and being so accommodating and we cannot wait to get our camper in the spring! Going to be a very long winter for us.......

We recently purchased our Apex Nano from Bill's Happy camper and have absolutely no regrets about making the three hour trip there to do so. They were very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. There were no hidden fees, financing gimmicks or pressure to buy extra accessories like you get at many of the big name dealers. Just a great experience over all!

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Everyone treats you so well I felt like I knew them for years. They truly see their customers as people, not just another sale. Bill went over every detail of my new RV. His generosity was unexpected and very much appreciated. They only problem is they need some Bill's Happy Camper merchandise. I'd love to have a Bill's Happy Camper hat or shirt! Thanks Bill!!!

This place is amazing! Don t ever doubt coming here for your purchase! This is a top notch quality run family business. Every person working here is kind, helpful, and talented. If there is ever a problem, rest assured their on it. We feel blessed to have chosen this business for our new purchase, and we honestly feel we have gained a family! Just purchased a 2023 Riverstone this past Friday. Was a 10 hr drive each way to get the unit. Was it worth it? Hands down the best buying experience we've had! Jordan was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Wouldn't think twice about doing it again! Josh, the service manager was also excellent! Unit was in perfect condition! If you anywhere near the area, don't hesitate to purchase from them!!

I was so excited to visit this local shop, having just moved to town.Unfortunately staff was not interested in speaking with me. Super disappointed that they couldn't be bothered. Maybe I didn't look like I was going to buy anything? Not sure, but we have a very nice Newmar that I love to outfit with cool stuff. Dissapppinted.

Sold a terrible product to my family and never answered back after they had issues. Sold a faulty product. Terrible place, never come here!Edit: They never helped my family out after reaching out to them multiple times. The camper was recently sold for parts after no help from this dealer and thousands of dollars lost. Bills Happy camper sold this product, it broke down very quickly and they never once helped them out. Took their money and ran. Very shady. And the word is being spread! I suggest you stay far away from Bills happy camper! Also notice they never answered this review even on here, or any bad reviews. They only answer the good reviews. Shady shameful place.Edit: Their claim they called us and tried to help did nothing. We reached out several times, no answer. Left this google review and they called us immediately. And the fact that they had to investigate who we were is even worse. We re customers, you should remember us. They did nothing to help to rectify the situation. In fact they just admitted to calling us once and that s all they did. Huge help thanks haha

Fantastic experience buying our new toy hauler at Bill s Happy Camper! Both Bill s are great people and they offered me a fair price for my trade. Drove 4 hours to get there and they had the new camper ready to go. Don t hesitate if you are buying a RV. Hopefully I won t need their service, but they assured me they will do whatever they can if we have any problems with the camper. Would definitely deal with again. Thanks for an easy and enjoyable experience.

All I can say is what an outstanding business and family. Bill and his sons went above and beyond our expectations. We have bought many travel trailers/motor homes throughout the years and have never been treated the way Bill and his family treated us. It was well worth the 2 hour drive. I am so glad we met you and your family. You will have a customer for life. I was delayed in writing this review because I was busy telling others about your wonderful business and family. They are THE most customer oriented business, I may have ever dealt with. Bill met with us while the dealership was closed, went over every detail thoroughly, and gave us a great trade in and purchase price. He then treated us very fairly on a few accessories we wanted installed, and did so in record time. We picked up or new Forest River Vengeance Rogue 351 yesterday and couldn't be happier. A HUGE Thank You to the entire staff and of course Bill on an easy and painless transaction ! You have a customer for life. Thank You again, And I recommend anyone looking for an RV to shop Bill's Happy Camper first, you will not be disappointed.

The best dealer you could buy your camper from period! So many good things to say about my salesman Jordan and the family I don't even know where to begin. Communication was fantastic, every email or phone call was answered and responded to immediately. I purchased from out of state and had no issues, and it everything was set and ready to go. You are treated like family here and they go above and beyond to make you welcome and a valued customer not just a number. Highly recommend them for your rv purchase.

I had the best experience at Bill's Happy Camper!! Bill was very friendly and true to every word he spoke! We were missing parts we needed to haul it home. Bill was completely prepared to hook us up with what we needed and didn't take advantage of the fact that we had to have it (He could have charged us any crazy amount because we HAD to have these parts to drive the 4 hrs home.) He did not do us wrong. We felt that he completely hooked us up If you want a smooth & honest experience buying a New RV We Highly recommend THIS Family business..
