Absolutely horrible customer service. I stopped by the get two tires replaced on my car. After waiting 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged the group of customers standing at the desk area. When I was finally waited on I told the associate that I just needed two tires on the rear of my car. He instructed me to pull my car in front of the tire bay and another associate would be out with a tablet to help me. Fair enough. So I pull my car up to the bay and begin to wait. There was an associate checking in a oil change customers soni figured either him or someone would be with me shortly. So I continue to wait patiently for about 25 minutes, realizing the world doesn't revolve around me. I then decide to go inside to politely see what's up and the guy that instructed me to pull my car around was helping another customer (one who wasn't part of of the original crew waiting) with their tire order. I'm writing this as I'm standing in line still waiting to speak with someone. I got here 4:45 it's now 5:30. There are a total of 3 customers including me. The dude with the oil change and the guy who was waited on while I sat outside.

This rating since I can t give half a star is due to the nightmare I ve been going through with Walmart auto center for trying to balancing my truck tires they mounted. My truck drove straight and smooth till I got my tires mounted and balanced, now I can t even go the posted highway speeds without my truck violently shaking. Hopefully going back to them for the third time is the charm for them to balance them correctly. I highly recommend anyone getting tires here either to pick them up and have someone else mountain and balance them or go elsewhere.

Bought tires and had them �nstalled. Wait was 3 hrs due to a problem with the balance machine otherwise great service center. Helpful staff

I called this location yesterday to verify they had my tire size and was told yup . I asked if I needed an appointment and was told you can either make an appointment or just show up it ll take about an hour usually. Now today, the next day, I drive an hour after trying to call the auto care center for four hours with no response, and when I get here, they show me several tires On their tablet. Then they go inside come back out and tell us they have none in stock. Absolutely nothing to fit our vehicle. They try to order them and can t get them delivered and neither the store manager nor the auto care manager can answer why I was told to come. They offer no resolution. Other than to say sorry. I don t recommend anyone use this location ever. This is the third time I ve tried to use them. The first time was the second time there was A similar issue and I had to come back the next day and now this time wasted trip. Do not use Walmart Matamoras for auto care.

I waited about an hour and a half to have 4 tires balanced and installed..and they were busy. That's not bad in my book. The guys and girl worked hard. The only downfall was when i went to purchase the tires. This Walmart couldn't get the tires that the Walmart online had. I had to laugh and shake my head at that point. I ordered the tires online..had them delivered to my house..and then brought them to this Walmart for installation. Somewhere somehow Walmart dropped the ball there.

The worst place I when for my new tires .I make the appointment at 2:00 PM 3/2/24 after 11/2 they told me they can't remove my old tires because they don't have skills so I when to 1 Miles from them Jack and Williams Tire Mill Ford PA and 1/2 hour I have my new four tires installed so I recommend do not go to Walmart tire center because mechanic there they don't care and don't have the skills

Had appointment scheduled for 12pm for tires , mounted and balanced. I live 1 hr away and showed up 15 min early No cars in bays , just my car and another for tires. After complaining after 2 hrs nothing done and other cars coming in ,a manager needed to be involved and both were finished in a hour. 3 hrs total.

Normally your in and out without an appointment. This last time I went for. A.tire change it took over 2 hours and the tool.needed for.said.oil change wasn't able to be located so the mechanic (very nice attentive,alert and knowledgeable) young man had difficulty finding dept.manager to get tool off store.room.shelf .Omce found and approved the manager struggled w trying to open the ratchet set. Normally like.I said it Normally goes without a hitch

LUIS, MILES, RONALD (I THINK).Absolutely saved me from losing my patience and ruining someone's day. Had a nail in my tire. 2 of the shops wanted 140.00 for a tire for a nissan sentra. (Ya, inflation lol).LUIS must have seen that I was ready to blow. But the entire staff was outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Helped me and had me out in 30 min. The staff turned every single tire to find one for me. Thank you all and enjoy the pizza! Will be back!!!!Jf

I had to get all of my tires replaced because I have an all wheel drive car . The selection was slim for my needs. Customer service was horrible. I returned to my car that was parked in the back when I got done shopping .. turned on my car and suddenly had a check engine light on . I questioned it and they were dumb founded . A couple days later I realized they didn t put one of my wheel locks back on either . I didn t even bother to go back . I was the only car there . Went for an emergency, tire was going flat with kids in the back. I pulled up an hour before posted closing explained my situation and they came out and said they were closed.

This is the worst place to get tire services. I got my new snow tires installed at this location and one of them started loose the air 5-6 psi per week right after due to their lack of workmanship. I went back there to get it repaired but they charged me a flat repair fee! The stuffs working there are un-professional and have no respect for the customers. I'll never go back to this place.Service: Tires

OK let's face it it's cheaper here then most places. The wait is brutal 3.5 hours waited to get tires on. If I heard 20 more min one more time I was going to stuff the guy in my tailpipe. So if your in a hurry not the place. If you want to wait then go here.

Great customer service. Had a flat tire and the gentleman wouldn't let me leave due to safety concerns. Worked out a deal so I could afford both tires I needed to prepare for Winter. Has EVERYTHING you need for your car!

Got the tires I needed in fairview, tenn walmart . ,balanced and tested at 90 mph smooth as butter. Improved handing of suv. I followed advice posted on there walls and replaced all four tires. Manager very helpful.

I called and got a confusing answer that I needed to have an appointment. However when I went there they said no appointment was necessary and they replaced two tires in about 45 minutes. Very grateful they were open on a Sunday. I had a blown out tire on the highway and it's not for them I would never have made it home 150 miles away until the following day. Thank you Walmart

I went a few days ago. After sitting in a hot car for half hour. A guy pulled up hunted down the employee who seemed to be right inside. She went to him first and then came to me and the other person that had been waiting. Shopped for a long time. Paid up front. Had to wait a long time in the back for someone to come over and give me my keys. they were hanging behind the counter. Then as i drive away i noticed how hard it was to turn the car. Then it started smoking. I went right back. Apparently there was a seal that was tightened to much so it broke. Oil was spilling out. Took a while to fix. So three hours later we got to leave. Don t go to Walmart for an oil change.Service: Oil change

Nice people but extremely pricey. Even if you find a decent set of tires for your vehicle you get slapped with another $12 for mounting the tire, another $10 to balance the tire and then another fee for disposal of the old tire. Before you know it, you're over $100 extra for putting the tires on the rim. You're much better off going to a real tire place where they balance and mount it for free with the purchase of the tires... It will save you a lot of money.

Save some headache and don't ever go here. I went in for a simple oil change. I brought the oil and oil filter from NAPA and made sure this was a simple job. The vehicle asks for 5.8 quarts of oil. They started the vehicle right after filling up the oil and the engine makes an awful grinding noise. Manager Buck come over says there is nothing wrong and I am all set to go. The time they started the vehicle the engine could have been damaged as this is a 2015 vehicle. Once I tried to file for a claim; Manager Buck refused. Save some time they are suppose to be certified, but honestly they probably went through a 5 minute course. The oil change took an hour and I asked not to do anything else to the vehicle like vacuum or clean the windshield. Highly don't recommend. They are awful and the customer service is horrible. This probably one of the worst experiences in my entire life.

Was gifted are card to get new tries... didn't have them ordered online. After three hours for install the car is now making a strange sound when turning. Probably anywhere else is better.

Called twice, first time it rang until I was hung up on, second time it rang for over 4 minutes straight. Nobody cares at this walmart, go to Mavis right down the road, they picked up the phone after 2 rings and an appointment for this afternoon.

First time going to Walmart for any type of auto service. They had the best price not only the Goodyear Reliant tires, but also the install. Not sure about the other services, but will definitely go back for tires.

I stopped in there this morning for an oil change. The technician came out to my car and told me there were 5 ahead of me and it would be a long wait. I asked how long and he told me 4 hours. An oil change should take 20 mins tops and they have 2 bays. Only Walmart would hire people who take 40 mins to do a 20 minute job. They just lost me and my 3 cars.

I have nothing except good things to say about the staff at the Wal Mart auto care center in Milford.I especially recommend Tom, who helped me today with a flat tire and was courteous, went the extra mile and completed the repair quickly. I will be coming back again.Thanks!

Staff are rude and thiefs. I counted 13 cigarettes in my pack and after my oil change I counted 12. I brought it up to the manager Buck who was very understanding and polite about the situation. Later he called to inform me he did not see anything on the cameras. I'm not an idiot though. I do know how to count. I don't care if it was a penny or a pencil. I trust you enough to leave my car in your hands expecting not to be robbed. Tom who serviced my car was very nice but Jerry was an ass and I'm 100% positive the person who stole from MY car. If you can't afford cigarettes get a better job D-Bag.

If I could give no stars I would. I called this store for 3 days straight to try to get pricing on car tires, the women who answered the phone were very polite but not so helpful. They put me through to auto and there was never any answer. I call back and they said it was possible that they were on break. But for real...I called at all different times each day. The phone rang and rang..no machine. Very unfortunate because they lost my business and I would never recommend them.

The Last time I got my oil changed here. They did not change the oil filter. I know because I marked it. I do not recommend. Not my first Issue with this Walmarts auto service.

I called the main number and the automotive number and nobody in this building answers. How am I supposed to bring them business when I can't get in touch with anybody to find out if they even have what I need in stock? And I've been trying for 3 days now. 3 days!

Never a problem in the automotive end. Have had Tire's mounted, Oil changes. Have been coming here for years. Very happy with the service!!! Keep up the good work.
