Great service and staff. I always thought that the dealerships charged more, I was mistaken. I do utilize the coupons they mail me. I would recommend this service department to everyone, even if you purchased the vehicle elsewhere.

Painless transaction. LOVE my new truck However.... It could have been cleaned up. I DID say something while there, they DID take it back and "clean " it again. It was the end of day, so I'm sure they wanted to get home. However, they knew I was coming that evening... Figured it would have been cleaned and ready. The next day, I saw it was not cleaned. There was still sand and seashells, and the sticky candy on the seat I pointed out, still there. It was pretty disappointing to be honest.Not the end of the world... I really do love this truck.

This was my first time servicing my vehicle at Milford Chrysler and the service was absolutely amazing! My service advisor even took the time to introduce me to their new service manager, Joe, and he was a pleasure to meet. All around great experience and I look forward to servicing my vehicle there in the future.

Very pleased, customer service was wonderful. I went for an oil change and tirebrotation, brakes check. They went above and beyond. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and extremely pleased. I was very impressed! My husband also recently purchased a car here, and they were just wonderful from start to finish with every step. Thank you so much. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Milford Chrysler that we still own. I purchased another jeep wrangler unlimited from an individual that unfortunately ended up needing new heads. I usually do all my own mechanical work but had no time to do this project. Milford Chrysler gave me the best price to do the work and I had it towed in for the work which they confirmed it needed heads. This was not a cheap fix by any stretch. The jeep was good for a little while after I picked it up. Then started having same issues engine getting to hot hearing water rushing through the dash on startup. All the same issues I had before. I took it back several times and was told the computer did not read any high temps but then why does my water temp come up a little past normal and my engine fan never shut off once the temp comes up. Then also the coolant tank fills up to top when running and does not go back into radiator when it cools down. I was told there was air in the system that had to work out after I first mechanic said there was nothing wrong. The sound of the air in the system was confirmed by the service manager on a different occasions. On one occasion I was smelling coolant I was told when I bought for this complaint that it needed a water pump gasket. This is something I can do myself but since Milford did the head work I had them do the work also not cheap. It had been back several more times still same issue saying it's air. Finally had enough of refilling radiator 2 times a day from the over flow brought it back. It sat for a week again and was told it was looked at by a class a mechanic that they now have and the it needs a new motor. They gave me a price of $10,000 to replace the motor and that was with a discount on labor of half price because they felt bad. Are you kidding me. Charging me list price on the motor and still making a mint on labor. This is completely unacceptable. I will never buy any vehicles or have any service done by Milford Chrysler. We still have free oil changes to use on the new vehicle we got and we will not be using that either. I will be purchasing a new engine and installing it myself. Unfortunately I can't give a 0 as a rating but that what it deserves.

I usually get great service from MILFORD Chrysler. However, they ve changed their hours and no longer have Saturday hours and find it a challenge to get my vehicle serviced unless I take a day off that s the only downside Casey gives great service always always upfront and honest

Don t shop with Milford Chrysler if you want good customer service.I reached out after the purchase of a car to talk about the fact I was told one thing but the paperwork shows something different.After being hung up on when I called the first time, I was told the finance manager would have to call me back.After 24 hours when I had not gotten a call I then called back and asked for the finance manager. I was basically told sorry nothing I can do you should have read the paperwork better. I can leave a message with the GM who will be in tomorrow to call you. I waited to hear from the GM, and waited and am still waiting almost 2 weeks later. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because of the holiday but after sending multiple emails and leaving multiple messages I ve decided there s no way other than to go public in hopes to get a response.I do not dispute my hand in not fully going line by line but after being there for 4 hours and getting a call while I was waiting about a family member who is declining. I was handed paperwork and told sign here no one went over everything with me and no one communicated the full numbers with me.I am still hoping to get some communication and response to the issues at hand and did everything I could to not have to go public with it, but some times it s the only thing that gets an answer.

I don't have anything against the dealership, however Tina in their BDC is UNHINGED.I made the mistake of clicking on some ad they had on Fb and she proceeded to call 9 times. Each voicemail got increasingly more neurotic than the previous call. 6 of those calls were in less than the first 5 hours because of 1 click. Yikes."do you need our address.. ""are you coming today.. ""I thought you were interested...""you live close, why aren't you here..."

Came in for service. Everyone was friendly and my service went well. I've read some other reviews but did not have their issues. This will be my regular service station for my family's vehicles. Was nice to see they had a small area for children to play.So I went from just service to purchasing a new truck through this dealership. They have been extraordinary!! If you have questions they have the answers. Need a vehicle? This is the only place to trust and

Right out of the gate, the salesman tried to use the "four square" presentation, which is generally used to try to trick and confuse the average car buyer. (Google it if you don't know.) He also tried to convince us that the car was "on sale" because they were willing to sell it at MSRP. Then, he kept writing the trade-in "tax savings" on his fancy four square piece of paper as if that was actual cash we were getting from the dealer. Then, the "manager" came out and tried to convince us that buying a car was somehow related to the current housing market. These two were trying to play games to sell a car. We walked out. To top it off, they signed me up for text and email marketing before we were even out of the building.

If I could give negative stars, I would. First, they told me there was no part, so I had to replace the transmission. Then, they charged me additional money for the diagnostic when the invoice was clear. They did not give an itemized receipt. Then, when my wife went to get the car, they called the cops because she did not have the money on her. I called and paid. Hideous.

A dealership so nice, we had to buy twice! It is extremely rare to find a dealership that will NOT use the term "these vehicles sell themselves" as soon as they start speaking to you and appreciate educated buyers. Milford Jeep is & always will be our first & only choice for vehicles.When you want the best customer service experience, ask for Gil Rosado, who I only have two words to describe him with.... THEEE man.

Did not get the results that was promised 1 ,300 dollars later double charges quoted 300.00 called was never called back now have a vehicle with check engine light that won't go off.thanks for nothing. The reason you can't find any record is under the misspelling of my last name look up hozak

John Costa was the salesman I had. Walked in just looking to see what the payments would be and what my trade in was worth. Wound up walking out that night with my new truck. Gave me plenty of options and every question or concern I had was answered with no beating around the bush. Taking a test drive was smooth and gave me the opportunity to look at it at my own pace. I did not feel pressured to buy, they just wanted to make sure I was happy in the end. Being that it was late in the night I got approved but they were not happy with the rate I first got. They asked if they can work on it and got it lower the next day after they made some more calls to the banks. They were friendly and courteous the entire time and got a truck reasonably priced from them. Super happy with them as I also found out that right now every sale a portion goes to local first responder organizations. Way to support the people around you!

I have called probably around a dozen times and asked to be taken off their mailing list because it's addressed to my ex wife. Not the worst thing in the world to have an issue with but with the amount of times I've asked a simple request it's tiresome. Every time I am told a message will be left for Joey and it will be taken care of. This annoyed me worse then when I traded my vehicle in at Milford Chrysler and they forgot to make the payment to pay it off and I got dinged on my credit report for a delinquent payment.

I have to "opt out" from you sending me junk mail twice a week??? Really?? When did I ever "opt IN" ??? How about you just stop sending me your garbage so I don't have to return it to you by dumping it on your desk ???1/21/24 - To Ramon Roedan- I have been receiving your junk mail every week sometimes twice a week for over 1 year now. I have sent emails, made phone calls and written "return to sender" on the mail and had it sent back to. You have made such a nuisance of your self that i will NEVER spend even 50 cents at Milford Chrysler. I won't sell you my truck, I won't by a new or used vehicle from your company. I will stop getting service there and buying parts there as well. You have chased away a decent customer by being a lazy, un-inventive salesman. The laziest and least creative way of advertising is just sending out letters every week to the same people over and over. If my truck brakes down in front of your dealership, I would rather push it to Honesdale by hand rather than spend $1 in your dealership. Even after you quit or hopefully get fired I still will not come there because evidently, your manager must condone this type of harrassing behavior. You might as well take my name out of your computer because I will NEVER step foot in that building again.Call in the morning for service and hold on 8 minutes. Call again at 2pm and hold on 8 minutes. Call at 4:50 and hold on 12 minutes. Now service dept is closed. Had to call back again to find out they close at 5pm. Maybe I should stay on the line until 8am when they open up. Tried to make an appointment on line and that feature doesn't work either.
