John's the BEST! Dropped off my 2005 Suzuki Boulevard S40. Tune up, brake pads, jet the carb, broken exhaust stud bolt, new tire, and state inspection. BIKE RUNS AND RIDES GREAT!!! Thanks again for all you do. Can't thank you enough.

I brought my rear wheel to get a tire mounted, fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up later due to the fact that the shop was busy. The owner did it while I waited which saved me time and a return trip. Thanks!!! P.s. Don't follow Google's directions. Once you turn on to Robert's lane, make an immediate left and follow the driveway to the shop.

I called John out of the blue to ask if I could store my bike in his shop for the weekend. Without hesitation he said yes. On my return trip, he went out of his way to come back ON A SATURDAY WHEN HE WAS CLOSED to open his shop so I could get my bike. He s a great guy, very accommodating and based on other reviews a really smart and capable mechanic.

TLDR: quality, listens, friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and seems like he can fix anything.Amazing experience. Friendly guy and helped me with 3 things and didn't even charge me for it. I got there 9:30ish and he replaced a nut i was missing in my battery terminal. I had bought a passenger seat online for my Honda Rebel and it was a bit too short to fit right. I had tried buying things online to extend the hole to fit the bolt, but i wasn't able to get the right part. I thought he might have another part or recommended something for me, but he just took it in the back of the shop and adjusted the hole (made it bigger) and it fit perfectly. I'm so happy about this. I've been wanting to get this seat on for so long. Then he gave me some good advice that I wanted to ask him regarding rust on my exhaust. Around 10am i left the shop. Next time something breaks or I need advice and I'm in the area I will definitely be going to him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and I would definitely trust him with my bike. Thank you!Btw if you want to double check on the hours mahbe call him or reach out on messenger. Right now I think he work 9-6, even though google says 8-5.

I can t say enough about John and Keystone Cycles. I d been through hell and back with another mechanic who overcharged me for work and parts. I later found this awful mechanic didn t even do the work he billed me for. John is kind and so knowledgeable. He fixed what the other guy messed up, then went above and beyond. Keystone pricing was fair & honest and John even followed up with a text to make sure my bike was running well and I was happy. I d give him 10 stars if I could!

I recently bought new tires for my mt-09 sport bike the mechanic was very nice and also charged a good price of 125$ to mount my tires on my bike. However he stated I would have to purchase Dyna beads (Tire balance bead) as that s how he says he balances the tires he installs on bikes I was very skeptical about this but I proceeded any how.The bike was done in a very timely manor even with him being backed up which I thought was good!that s about where the good ends.Back to the dynabeads I left the shop and all seemed well until up until highway speeds. I got all kinds of wobbles and I explained this to the mechanic and asked if he could balance the tires with traditional weights he stated the shop is not not equipped to balance tires with weights.(which does take more skill and money to purchase equipment but do it right!)and so now I have to bring the bike to another shop to have the job done properly and spend more money.a partial refund would have been nice. But, it is what it is . (Message to owner) set up your shop to static / balance with weights. And give people an option.Message to motorcycle riders ! do NOT agree to using Dynabeads or any kind of balance beads in your wheels/tires!! just stick with weights . If they really are better than regular weights than why does moto GP not use them?I won t be going back to this shop.
