While on a weekend trip to Milford my tire decided to pick up a screw and deflate right before it was time to take the 3 hour drive back home.As luck would have it all of the tire shops were closed on Sunday except Jack Williams.Thank god for Jack Williams because there s no way anyone else would have had the amazing staff and provided the exceptional service I received that (very early) morning.Highly recommend everyone support the staff at Jack Williams.

Thank you Alyssa for taking extra precautions to make sure we are safe on the road. Along story short, another tire center did not remove the nail and just wanted me to purchase new tires instead. In fact,they claimed the re was nothing in it. You and your crew took the time to find & correct the damage.

Brought my car here months ago for 4 new tires. The customer service at the front desk was great. Skip forward to the present, I go to remove my wheels for a brake change and notice that one of the lug nuts was different than the rest (slightly more dull) and had been cross threaded on, destroying the stud. Nobody had said anything to me when I was at the store after paying for the tires, and nobody has touched the vehicle other than myself. The fact that my property was damaged and half way fixed as a cover up, other than notifying me of an issue and properly rectifying it, is mind blowing to me. My appt was for 9am on a Saturday. they had more than enough time to rectify the issue and chose not to. I will never be visiting this location again, or any other Mavis owned location from here on out. Save yourself the money and a headache, choose an independent shop instead.

I took my car to get an inspection done here. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by with a " Good Morning How can I help you"? . Which I appreciated. Julie and Jeremy both helped me and were very nice and professional. The shop was clean and organized. I was very pleased with them .

I have spent thousands of dollars in Milford Jack Williams and what I got the other day was disappointing. I bought 4 new tires , mounted and balanced and spent around $800. Then when I got in the car the four tire pressures were 31, 32,35and 36psi and two valve stems were missing. Really? Then when I went back to get a price on tires for my other car I explained to the woman behind the desk about my experience and not even an apology. Nothing! Doesn t anyone take pride in their work any more? Not that they care but they just lost a loyal customer.

I would never recommend anyone to come here and I will never be going back. I made an appointment early in the morning for 4pm And was told my FINAL total was 301.67. That was everything. When I got there the woman at the desk saw me walk in and she walked away and had me standing there for over 10 minutes. not only did I have to wait an hour to get my car in the shop when I reserved a spot but by the time they had my keys they told me after tax and replacing all of my stems and the disposal fee my total was $370. The old bait and switch. The woman charged me to replace my valve stems that THEY NEVER REPLACED! And then told me that they d do an alignment for free but when it came time for the alignment, she said it wasn t free. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and they re flat out liars. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Incredible customer service. I spoke mainly to a man named mike. He walked me through all the services they provided, as well as all the services I needed and explained them to me in great detail. It was by far the best experience I ve ever had buying tires and more. If you ever read this mike. Know you re appreciated and you ll be seeing a lot more of me anytime any of my vehicles need ANYTHING.

This Jack Williams location has always provided excellent service. This morning I found a leak in my tire; I called and they were able to take me within a few minutes. They found the nail, patched it, and had me on my way within 30 minutes, and they didn't even charge me. Definitely recommended.

I didn't know what to expect as it seems these kinds of places just want to push a sale and talk you into repairs that you didn't go there for. But Tom took care of us. He was friendly and took his time to explain things to us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all. I will definitely be sending my kids and friends there. This will be my go to garage for future needs as well

I made this appointment on Thursday 14th 2024. Thinking that is was still Jack Williams. It was only after I saw the sign I realized it was not.I bought in my 2023 Subaru Premium for state inspection. I still had my snow tires on without sensors. Just over 10000 miles. The first time my car did not pass the inspection because I had a piece of tint on the top of my windshield, and my tire sensor light was on. After I ripped the pieces if tint off... It passed the state inspection even though the tire pressure light was still on. That same day I bought in my husbands 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and his tire pressure light was on as well because his vehicle also had snow tires on. Same milage as the Subaru. The car failed the state inspection the first time. I had to drive home and get the tires that the car was bought in. The manager said as she was filling her vape that it's the law in PA. Most snow tires do not come with sensors. I was back and forth from about 10:30 am to about 4:30 pm. Needless to say I am never going back there. The manager called to see why I rated them 1 star.... Zero was not an option.

Not really a car guy so I was glad to find a place I can trust to get things done so close to home. Rick and the rest of the guys there are knowledgeable about what they do and really know how to take care of you.

I had an amazing experience!! I went in for an oil change and I was in and out! The staff was super friendly and Tiffany helped me out a lot. I definitely recommend anyone who s in town for their auto needs 10/10!!!

We had a great experience here. We had a flat tire that needed to be fixed asap. We called around, ultimately this place not only came in at the best price but was able to service us today. We re so grateful for small shops. Everyone was helpful, polite and made you feel welcome. Service should not only be about the product your buying, but also the knowledge being provided. Safety is important to me as we hull around this country with my most precious positions, kids and dogs. I was happy to feel it was to them as well. They walked us through what we needed, and didn t. I was happy to have results when I needed them. Thanks guys! Blessings Beyond from the Big Bus team!

This place was more than a pleasure. Communication was A1 and very kind front desk workers. Bernadette was very helpful and understanding and I couldn t be more appreciative and satisfied. Do NOT take your car for an inspection here. I came for an inspection in early October and failed for the front tires being worn and a fog light being out, which was fair. On the spot he tried to sell me 2 tires and a fog light for $400, after which I said I could get for cheaper elsewhere and suddenly he dropped it down to $300, which I also turned down. It turned out that the fog light was only loose and worked fine, which I took care of, and I replaced the front two tires. When I brought the car back for reinspection, I'm told that the rear passenger tire was worn, even though nobody made any mention of it the first time I came, which would have encouraged me toreplace all 4 tires for cheaper than what they tried to push at Jack Williams/Mavis. After coming multiple times it's very clear that helping the customer isn't the first priority of the staff, so I can't recommend coming here as compared to a local, honest mechanic.

Needed a slow leaking tire repaired on Friday afternoon. Four other shops were unable to help. But I called Jack Williams and they said come on down. Plugged it and didn t even charge me. I gave them a $10 tip and a five star review.

On a Sunday afternoon, on our way to vacationing in upstate NY, we got a flat tire. We were a good distance from home and having a hard time getting a tow, they recommended a tow company and said they would fix the tire for us as long as we arrived before they closed. We finally got there at 5 minutes before they were to close. They were the nicest people and stayed late to fix our car. It was a hot day in August and we were traveling with our dog. They allowed our dog to come into the a/c and even offered him a cold drink. I can't say enough nice things about this place, from the receptionist to the mechanics that fixed the tire, everyone was so kind and understanding of our situation.
