Beyond exceeded my expectations! I had been in two back to back accidents within the past few months, one of which I was rear ended and nobody would take my vehicle in without making me wait months on end to get seen. Not only did they take me within two weeks a few days before Christmas but they made sure they fixed the car immediately for me including things that weren t even caused by the accident like new wiper blade, the pin stripe on the entire right side and organized my messy trunk from Christmas gifts stored and waxed/washed the car for me with no extra charge! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a service that takes pride in perfection and the care of their customers especially in an immensely stressful time! Thank you guys again so much, beyond appreciative!!!

I wish I could give no stars. After dealing with associate, Dave.... and then reading all the negative reviews with mentioning of Dave, I don t see how he still works there. My husband called several times to make an appointment, they told him just come in... no appointment needed. When he drove the 40 minutes to the station, old friendly Dave (sarcastic about friendly) just laughed in his face and said we have no time to even look, we are busy. How do you conduct a business? How are you guys still in business? Our money works everywhere, so we will be spending and telling everyone else to go else where. So unprofessional.

Dave is the best around for antiques, collectable cars and trucks. Our family has been buying cool cars from Dave for over 30 years. He really knows his stuff, and we hope that you have a chance to enjoy time with him. Friendly and will go the extra mile.

Worst customer service ever! I've never written a review before, but was so compelled to after the terrible experience I had. Dave was so nasty and rude! Several times he cancelled on me without notice, so I would show up and then was told he didnt have time. The last time, I called an hour beforehand to make sure we were good. I get there, he said he's too busy (I only needed a couple screws put it, would take 5 min). I ask very nicely to put something on the books and he yells "no! If you dont like it, get out!" I was shocked by this, but chose the high road. Even though I should be furious he refused service so many times and spoke to me like that. Just left and said he was very rude, while he's still yelling at me for no reason. Very confusing and uncomfortable situation.

I recently moved to Milford from North Carolina with a car I mutilated with the truck I rented. The real estate agent I dealt with recommended Helms. I saw work they had done on her car and felt confident. When I stopped in for an estimate whoever the old coot was who looked at my car began by telling me, we re backed up for a month. I told him Allstate s appraisal figure. It s going to be a lot more. He advised me to email the estimate to his wife? Daughter? So I did. Weeks later, no response.I was made to feel as if I were an inconvenience. I ve obviously been blown off. Maybe if I were driving a 1946 Packard I d have gotten a better reception. Meanwhile a few miles up the road Milford Auto Body couldn t have been friendlier or more professional. Helms? Thanks for nothing.

Dave is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He has a lot of really old cars he gets running and cleans them up then sells them some cars you may have never seen or heard of before from the early 1900's and if you have a question about it he gladly answer it for you. A very knowledgeable guy. He also fixes modern day cars and sells gas.

Moved here two months ago from MN and already hit a deer. I was amazed at how well my CRV held up but still had extensive damage. Helms came highly recommended to me for repair and I couldn't have been. Happier. They took fantastic care of me and did a quality thorough repair on my 2017 CRV and have it looking brand new again. Even though they are an extremely busy place they never made me feel rushed or that mine wasn't the only car there!

Very fair and does great collision repair work. As long as they are open there is someone there to pump your gas as well.

I love coming here to get my gas, they pump it for you and if you need air in your tires that do that for you also!!! This is where i go when im in town.
