The room was ok. I noticed there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. Luckily, I brought mine. They do, however, serve coffee in the officeRooms: If you are expecting updated and bright these are not. We didn't think the bed was comfy at all. We brought our pillows. The shower is ok. It seems bigger than a normal standing shower. The shower head is not movable . I wish it had been. The value is good. The carpets are clean as was the room. We felt safe. No food provided. The town of Milford is literally 2 min from the motel. Very nice- historic. I would recommend this motel I would just say it is no frills. Great value.

This is a recently renovated 1950 s motel that exceeded our expectations. Quaint, clean, comfortable. Includes fridge, new large tv, usb ports in lamp, windows that open for fresh air, new furniture and bath fixtures. Price was about a third of the cost at the chain motels nearby and well worth the money. The owner checked with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. All in all, a peaceful night stepping back in time.Safety: This motel is family operated and owner checks on visitors. New electronic door locks.

Called ahead to reserve. Asked if they were dog friendly. I was told yes - we take dogs. How big? I told her 50 lbs and she said oh that s fine . A three hour drive later and I walk in, state my name, she looks to find my reservation and grabs for her phone. Her exact words into the phone are there s a guy that reserved and he has a dog. How much do you want me to charge him? Really?? She said it always changes so she had to check. Huh?!? She blamed the owners who are Indian . Like that matters in the conversation unless it matters to you. And I m pretty sure they throttle the heat units. At least it was in room 21. 78 (I kept turning it up to test the theory), and it seemed pretty close to 68 and never carried. Lame rooms. Poor service. Pretty gross.

This is a roadside motel, so you have to be realistic about what to expect. That having been said, the staff is very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean, and the price is certainly right. This being Pennsylvania everyone smokes here so while I'm sure the staff tried to maintain a smoke-free environment in our room (it was designated "non-smoking"), we could smell the smoke as soon as we entered. If you're highly sensitive you may not want to stay here. My wife (who is very fussy about this) says "the pillows were great!"

I've stayed here several times midway between MD and western Mass. Handy location and well kept, I prefer older roadside motels, the big windows and lawn out front are welcoming, old fashioned shower is really nice.

Lady up front was nice. Had no clue what she was doing. Ice machine basically broken.Air-conditioning in room was a new window unit. We could not figure out how to make it work fan running all the time.Either fan would run or air conditioning would work but not both. Room was clean

Service was easy and available. Beds are not very comfortable but very nice pillows. Room was very clean, however cracks in shower, sink drain clogged, does not offer hand soap, heat was broken and, just as a personal offense, the lights in the room are terribly, terribly bright stark white lightbulbs and there is no desk lamp or way to dim overhead lights.

My room was cleaner than many rooms at other major hotels. No gross mystery spots in the carpet or anything. The entire room was very sanitary, no dust on any surfaces. The bathrooms were dated but in clean and excellent condition. You get more than you pay for in my opinion.

Better off staying at BEST Western or the other newer hotel next to its 4 years old and the give free breakfast, adds up to min.$20.00 for breakfast. Witch you wouldn't get here!!! But, you get yelled at, Paid to get abused!!Rocks in the pillow, they look worse than second-hand ones, Sheets, Pillowcases are dated@Best! Although, it looks cozy from the outside,I think you're better off going to the bigger ones down about a mile towards theTJ max. For $20 more($89) per night Newer and much cleaner!!They want your money but they really don't want you there! ... And in the morning God forbid, you stay past your time, and don't you dare ask for an hour more they're coming by your room pacing to make sure around 10:30 that you get the message and even knock on Their Door to leave

Extremely rude. No power, no heat and got extremely annoyed when I asked for a price reduction on the room being the circumstances. I was being very polite, calm and respectful when asking and I was met with instant aggression. No way to do business. Room also smelled weird and had a stain on my bed sheet. Way over priced for the quality of the motel.

Worst hotel of the 2017 travel season. Not worth the $100 they charged me. Room 21 was dirty. One bathroom wall had been poorly spackled and was unpainted and the threshold was broken in two and moved when stepped on. The bed was so hard that I do not believe there was a mattress. The pillows were also hard. It was so uncomfortable that I sleep very little. The air conditioner worked well but the TV did not. House keeping banged on my door at 9am even though the check out time was 11 AM .To post this I had to highlight one star but they do not deserve this. Shame on the owners on this property.

When I first arrived, the driveway was not plowed, a day and a half after a big snow storm. My car got stuck while driving in. A random kind stranger, helped me out, while the hotel staff watched from a distance. The plow guy was just getting there. The owner tried to joke with me later about getting stuck, and asked who the gentleman was who helped me. I said I was clearly from out of state, and I did not know the man who had helped he was just a kind stranger, the owner just look bemused and walked on. The room had an odd odor, and was very basic. Lamp lighting or more pillows would have helped. I have stayed in the area before, I suggest you pay the extra $ and stay across the street at the Meyer Motel, the owners are nice and rooms are good.

We stayed here last night. The room was very clean. The area was quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here not just for what I mentioned above, but the management was so kind and helpful. Our car had trouble starting and the owner himself gave us a jump as well as jumper cables. He saved our family a lot of headache. This is the ONLY place I will stay!

horrible, horrible, horrible, the only good thing about this hotel was the hot water in the shower, was overpriced, was given a full size bed when told I was getting a queen, smelled of mold. Bed is probally 20 years old, just a dingy gross nasty place, you need to do some serious upgrading. we listened to the family who (I guess) owed or lives there move about during the night. Couldn't wait to get home and throw our stuff in the washer I hope we did not bring any bugs home with us, because that's exactly how I felt when we left BUGGY. never again or will we recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good, inexpensive place to stay. They offer free tea and coffee, WiFi, free on site parking, A.C., and include microwave, fridge and outdoor grill. Very happy with all they offer. No complaints. Clean and tidy inside. Location is nice too considering they are near shopping plazas with restaurants. Good enough to stay more than once.

Nice little rooms, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean.....my only complaint is the shower heads are too low....but at 6'3" every hotel I have stayed at in my life (54 years old) they're ALL too low!! Pay attention to events during summer and fall in Milford as all the hotels fill up fast for those weekends.

The maid Christine is HORRIBLE and the owners praise this girl like she's a god she's very argumentative, I heard her threaten she was gonna just slap someone and was screaming on her phone saying she's working right outside my door, WHEN I was sleeping and had a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UP. Fyi: don't ask her for for anything extra SHE'LL TELL YOU GO TO WAL-MART and if your staying an extra night you'll get bare minimal service and just a wipe, she never vacumed my floor and folded my dirty towels. After asking the owner her name and was going to complain I then realised they praise this ghetto chic who treats the customers poorly. They should be ashamed of themselves and just an fyi what motel can't spare extra shampoo or toilet paper? If I were them I would find a new maid and one who wants to do there job and likes it. My husband stays frequently this was my 3rd time NEVER AGAIN!!Not only should christine learn some respect but the owners need to listen to there customers. Christine is going to run this motel in the ground! She doesn't care about anybody and then I heard her on her phone again LOUDLY saying we weren't going to tip. We do tip and we're good ones at that usually $10 a for our stay and never again will I waste another penny on her nor this place.

Loved it. Modest-true but perfectly comfortable and very clean. Slept like a log and will stay again if passing through this area again.

Room was pretty scuffed, divots in walls, curtains hanging rail broken off on one side, ECT. but everything was clean. Would give a higher rating but I felt like the Google info was misleading. The Inn is not dog friendly. If you call ahead and if the owner likes you, you can have a dog. If you don't look "like a decent person" (paraphrasing, but that in so many words) it is no dogs. So, call ahead and shave I guess. If not for the misleading dog bit, 4 Stars.

The owner/manager is an EDI. He called room@10:45am & ask why am I still there. ( out is at 11am) Had to do nebulizer in car, couldn't breathe. I called the following day because my ring was left behind. He won't let me talk to house keeping to see if they found it. I don't know what to do about this. He also said disturbing things to my daughter the night I stayed there. I want my ring back. Any suggestions?

The worst....even if it's cheaper not worth aggravation of money grabbing owner charged 20 bucks extra for my dog ..never explained policy for pets....never gave me an answer to a direct question. The rooms were in need of much repairs...holes in walls broken light fixtures and damage doors but the rude and disrespectful owner should be avoided...go across the highway to Myers Motel ...quite clean nice peopleWon't go back to the Milford dump on a bet.
