great service!!! My husband and I had a very bad day, stress. We pulled into the TA and wanted to take a shower, but when we got out we realized that we forgot the keys inside the truck and the door was already locked. It was the first time in our lives when we forgot the keys and it happened on a bad day for us . We were upset and went to look for a set of tools with which you can open the door. We found a small set, wanted to buy, but the man at the checkout asked what happened and went with us. It was very cold outside and in order not to freeze to the end, I decided to buy hot chocolate. When I wanted to pay, the BEAUTIFUL woman at the checkout gave it to me for free (she saw what happened). As a result, they helped us very quickly and for free! We are extremely grateful to these guys for their kindness and responsiveness!!! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Would be great if the store was where the shop is , and the shop where the store is. The employees are very nice.

So far so good just small but found a place to park for free at 8pm it seems to be small a small store that needs a little pick me up. TA shop always a good shop at a price. Usually understaffed with a help wanted sign posted in the convenience store. Truckers are messy and have a lack of respect so I know it is tough to keep it clean all the time with a limited staff.

Intimate truck stop where the people shine.I stopped at this TA Express and was pleasantly surprised by the it's intimate nature and the friendly genuineness of it's staff. The manager Trish immediately made me feel welcome as she helped me find a little nook where I could settle in for a few hours while I completed paperwork and recharged.Parking: Was ample and much easier than the Loves across the street.Dining: There is a Little Cesar's Express station which has a selection of about five items.Showers: 2Laundry: 1 washer and 1 dryer

I travel fulltime in my RV and noticed my rear inner dually tire was not holding air.Trying to get air in your RV tires is a difficult experience and rather stressful. Often gas stations don t have pumps that can handle this high of a PSI, or when they do, they are in the truck lane, which sometimes takes hours to get in to or worse, they are broken (very common I m finding out).As I was about to get back on the highway, after staying at a local state park, I saw this place had tire service so I did a U-Turn and pulled in to see if they could help. They had me pull in to the bay right away and started working on the RV within minutes. After pulling off the inner tire, they were unable to locate the source of the leak. I asked if they were willing to swap the spare tire out for it and so they did. They put it on, aired it up, and my kids and I were back on the road within an hour.My only complaint is the technician didn t know how to remove the hubcap and accidentally pulled off some of the decorative lug nut covers. I have not been able to get them back on right. But, I can t really fault them because I couldn t remember which ones did come off (apparently there are two that screw on/off and the rest are just pretty ).Since they were unable to locate the leak, they didn t charge me.We were able to get back on the road and make it to NH safely without losing a whole day of travel time.Thank you for the speed and care!

Needs an entrance from the shop to the actual store. The shop has a small store but not much there. They also need a soda fountain

We had a very positive experience with Lex, who was the mobile mechanic who helped us as we were stranded in our RV (traveling home to Michigan). He was very prompt once our Good Sams Roadside Assistance rep referred him to us. He was able to make a quick diagnosis (fried starter). But he was not able to help us, as works primarily on semi trucks. So he referred us to company that would help. He said there would be no charge for his time (per his boss), as they couldn t help us out. That is something we hardly ever hear these days. Thanks so much. We did have a positive experience with Valley Truck. It was the starter (which was quickly ordered and delivered). New one installed and we were promptly on the road by 9:30 the next morning.

Bf parks his truck here when he is home with no problems. The restaurant is a go to for us as we enjoy their food. Service can be iffy depending on the waitress but most are nice. Always clean. Ladies at the store part are always welcoming as well. Hope they bring back the salad bar some day.

Decent, would stay again. Walking distance to Walmart and several convenience stores, and restaurants. A little dated not quite fresh, but good place to stay for sure.

Ta is fine my message is for ups. Do your switching somewhere else people are trying to sleep. Try like switching at your own yard . If your going to be doing it then I think the silent approach works well. No speech required with loud voices.

Very pleasant people. I had the Grand Sampler 2 eggs,2,bacon,2 sausage links and 2 pieces of ham plus hashbrowns. I substituted the pancakes for toast. For $10 it's a great breakfast !The restaurant was nice and clean as was the restrooms.

Food was awesome but all kitchen help had their masks below their noses. I told the waitress as a senior, in a place where a lot of other people visit, I think they should comply with state law. One worker pulled their mask up, the cook just glared at me. It's a shame some people don't care about others.

Not awful, not great. Yes, many paid parking spots, but freebies if there early enough, or weekends. Fully open restaurant, but as TA/Petro are going now, using covid as the bs excuse, no more soup& salad bar, or buffet. Friendly waitresses though. Not bad. Quiet area to park. Hotel with bar right beside it.

Folks working here were friendly enough, but how do you have a truck stop with 2 convenience store but NEITHER has a soda / ice machine. Thankfully the restaurant waitress was nice enough to fill my cup with ice. The cashier directed me to go to subway...which according to the TA sign was on their property....NOT SO...its next door to the TA at the shell station

I live near this TA, so it's often my Go To when I need emergency repairs, and, unless they're busy, they've usually been able to get me back on the road quickly. They've always done their best to take care of me regardless.

Menu is a little pricey. Service wasn't bad.Food quality was ok.Our group of 5 at lunch had a bill average of about $12. The buffet is what they're trying to push so the direct from menu items are a little pricey to influence that it seems

I went in just to buy a candy bar and was met by one of the rudest employees I ve ever encountered. I m usually pretty upbeat and personable. I said Good Evening! How are you tonight? To which I received a blink. I then said I woke up and wanted a candy bar. That got a verbal response of So? She then graciously told me that my mask was not needed in the store anymore and that people who still wore them were doing more harm by scaring people. I politely put my candy bar down and said You have a good night. And left.
