So far I've had two cars to this place, and I like to think the prices are fair. Although the first one when I had that worked on had some loose lug nuts which I wasn't thrilled about- it was an easy fix on my end. Other than that they do the work quickly and contact you promptly. I would enjoy it if they had more detailed notes on their receipts of all that is looked at and done, but I have no complaints.

The Repair Shop is amazing! They always take so good care of me. When I bring my car in, they are always so polite, thorough and they only fix what you asked them to fix. They do not try to upsell you and they do not tell you that something needs fixed when it doesn t, therefore, they are very honest, hard-working people. my vehicle will always come to The Repair Shop when it needs to see the doctor. Thank you for all the amazing work you all do every day to keep us on the roads.

I was recently involved in a minor fender bender and was thrilled with the service, communication and promptness of service received from The Repair Shop! My vehicle looks amazing and the interior detail was pristine- it looked like the day I drove it off the car lot- THANK YOU! Highly recommend for anyone needing body work on their vehicle!

The Repair Shop has always gotten us scheduled quickly. No 4 to 6 week wait like other places. They always reach out with updates to the requested work and let you know if they see anything else while servicing your original request. I recommend them to anyone.

The staff at the repair shop are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Every time my car has been there, the repairs happen in a very timely manner. Their pricing is incredibly fair and honest, and they've never tried to push unnecessary repairs onto my bill as other shops have. I've called after hours when my car has needed towed thereand received a text from the owner letting me know they got my voicemail and will look at it asap! I will never take my car anywhere else! I've been extremely pleased with the service they provided, every single time!

The repair shop is simply excellent. I have taken my car to them on several occasions and always had a great experience. The work they do is at a high standard and at a reasonable price. They are also have the diagnostics for Porsche. So if you have an exotic this would be the place I would recommend.

The Repair Shop always does a great job. They call and give an estimate on price if work needs done for an inspection. Gave me a discount on labor when it exceeded the estimate even though it wasn t their fault.

Family run business. Great service. Honest - had an issue with a radiator fan not kicking on and damaging the head gasket in a newer vehicle. Instead of doing a costly repair, Joe recommended I contact the dealer in Harrisburg to see if it was still covered under warranty. To my surprise, there was one month remaining on the warranty. The cost of all parts and labor, for the repair, which exceeded 5K was covered and I did not pay a penny. I thank them for being so honest.

On multiple occasions, The Repair Shop has provided PA inspections and unplanned repairs for my high mileage vehicles. I am Extremely Satisfied with my overall service experience.I appreciate the ease of scheduling via text messaging and have always had prompt responsiveness and favorable appointment availability.When appropriate, their technicians make logical, safety & value based recommendations for proposed repairs.Lastly, I trust their service advisors. They share honest expectations for recommended work, without applying pressure. They truly advise providing pros/cons of a the situation, allowing me to make an educated decision for my vehicle.

The Repair Shop has always treated me with respect and shown sensitivity to what I need done vs what is manufacturer recommended. When I voice a vehicle performance concern they investigate the issue and often come back with simpler repairs than what I anticipate. I never feel pressured to make decisions and I feel the service is a great value. They don t price gouge but they don t undercut themselves either. I took my 2004 Buick LeSabre in for state inspection, and they noticed the waterpump was seeping which has a bad habit if turning into a gusher. I was very surprised and pleased with the repair charges.

I just have to say for me the service here is amazing they have helped not only to fix my truck but i am able to drive 2 hours to go see my family for Christmas i have been coming to the repair shop since the old shop and will continue to do business with them i also refer anyone who asks about car repair.
