Fantastic, friendly customer service; even when I neglected to drop off my car the night before as I originally agreed. I went down in morning, explained my situation and they offered to do mine next if I wanted to hang out. An hour later I had my inspection and the maintenance I requested. Cost less than I was expecting too! They have a bit of a wait list so I recommend calling for an appointment at least 2-3 weeks ahead. Worth the wait.

Excellent example of quality small business. This place gives mechanics a good name. They are family owned and operated and they treat their customers like family. If they say something needs fixedon your car, you can trust it's a safety issue or required by our "beloved" state.

Mike, the mechanic who runs the place, is a good mechanic who works on all makes and models. He's honest and doesn't pad the bill. All mechanic work is expensive these days, but he doesn't try to sell you work you don't need. And he stands behind his work. A battery he installed died after almost a year. He replaced it for free because he said it should have lasted longer. Joan, who runs the office is great to deal with. They are very organized.

Always excellent service. Secretaries have always beenhelpful, great dispositions, always helped to get the job done. Mechanics are very knowledgeable about car repair.

What a crook. This man does not have the skills or ability to diagnose problems, he uses the internet for hints on what to "try" and charges a full shop rate for everything, and lies about what he knows and/or is sure of. It's one thing if a problem is hard to diagnose or find, but it's completely another to be lied to like I'm an idiot. Someone should report him, if he did this to me how many other people are getting ripped off every week there who don't have a clue? I have not been ripped off this bad since an emergency transmission problem on my car in Newark NJ 14 years ago.

Officially my new mechanic. What I thought would costs hundreds of dollars to fix they did for under $50. I'm so impressed I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommend.

They are consistently helpful and available and don't try to sell you windshield wipers and filters each time I get work done. All of our company vehicles are serviced here.
