I will say dealing with the guys at Bigreds was one of the best experience I have had in a long time dealing with a bike shop. They not only are some of the nicest guy you could meet. They have a passion and a love for motorcycles,the owner Troy and his mechanic are vary knowledgeable.Troy is very reasonable in there pricing.When I picked up my bike it was clean and not all hogged up like some shop will do. I drove a hour from my house and now I would not have a problem driving three or four hours to get them to work on my bikes. I will recommend them to any one that wants quality work. I would give them 10 stars if I could !!!!!

This guy charged me over $1000.00 to change signal light lenses and do general maintenance . Basically an oil change. $300.00 to tow the bikes from Danville to Mifflinburg and back. After spending over $1000.00 none of the bikes run. Look at his invoices. Are you joking. Because I refused to sign any papers he wouldn't give me a receipt for my money. BEQARE BROTHERS. This guy is a thief.I have another shop coming to pick up the bike. They have agreed to go over the work that was performed by Big red and have offered to prepare an honest and professional evaluation. I will seek legal advise if necessary. I will keep you all posted as to what happens. We don't have to sit for this. All he has to offerc is a big mouth once he takes our hard earned cash. He's just a hillbilly thief driving around conning people.

5 stars! Not enough good things to say about the crew at Bigred customsStopped to have my 2020 Street glide inspected. While I was there I noticed a bar display in the show room and asked Troy about different bars for my bike as the stock ones are not comfortable. Troy finished out my stop in inspection (as he has a shop full of bikes and other customers waiting) he proceeded to spend every ounce of time I needed to explain different handle bar heights and show me where they would be on my bike.We put it in a order for the handle bars and he told me to bring my bike back in a week for the handle bar installation as well as a complete service. I dropped my bike off the evening before so he could start in the morning. My bike was done by 2pm the day he said it was going to be.The job itself is absolutely incredible! I m probably the most OCD person you ll come across and this job is fantastic. You can t even tell the bike was disassembled and reassembled all the way down to zero tool markings in the torques head screws and the fairing pieces are back together prefect!Troy is absolutely a professional in every aspect of his craft from workmanship to customer interactions. I can t say enough good things about my experience and can t wait to send my bike back for more!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Troy was fantastic to work with, on both my and my partner s bikes. He s super friendly, responsive to questions, and best of all extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does, and excels at it! Definitely the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic. The crew at BigRed Customs and Bike Repair are amazing. Troy manages the shop in style. Very friendly and a great sense of humor. They build incredible custom bikes. The mechanic Danny that worked on my motorcycle is very knowledgeable and had my bike ready the same day. They put you the customer first, their custom and Customer relations is top grade. Pricing is very reasonable and they offer a discount to first time Customers. I am impressed by their custom designs that are truly works of art. You won't be sorry working with this shop. If you need work done to your bike, this is the place. I stopped a few times and spoke to Troy and he always took the time to talk to me, even with how busy he is. His pricing is great. Time frames for work are completely realistic and fair. I'm so fortunate to have found a motorcycle mechanic as amazing and knowledgeable as him so close to home. Go talk to him. You won't be disappointed!UPDATE: They're officially a drag specialties dealer now! Also, they're doing inspections as well. Complete one stop shop and the guys are amazing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This business took 2 years to fix my bike, charged me $500 more than agreed on, and didn t even fix the bike well enough for the 20 minute ride home. Now he won t even respond to my messages about the money. Go to Martins in Middleburg if you don t want your money stolen and your bike still broken.

Nothing but great things to say ..Big red customs knocked it out of the park with my 21 street glide special upgrade thundermax tuner and cobra pro chamber head pipes...if you want upgrades this is the place to go!!!! Thanks again Troy!! Will definitely be back for the cam upgrade!!!

Red is a awesome guy he knows his way around a bike and what it needs he can make them run he is currently building my bike I have no worries of my bike being there he takes good care of them like his own you want your bike built to run he's the guy
