Bob like sports, talk much about sports, 100 acres and Honey, many other things Pooh-Bear. From Steelers to Baseball to driving bus in one breath, wear me out, listening on hold. Me just want battery terminal tighten. Me no hammer on starter, new battery, terminal lead, over tightened, cracked now loose, no start. 3 bourbon 1 scotch, no beer.

They took care of my vehicle and as I waited for them to be done. The lobby was comfortable and air conditioning was keeping the heat outside away from me. As I watched television cable , before I realized it my vehicle was done. The tires I brought from Goodyear from the eagle line improved the ride substantially. I am satisfied with the tires and the customer service was great too. Very polite and knowledgeable about all things tire related.

We were on a driving holiday to Pittsburgh from Toronto when we had a front brake caliper on our minivan seize on us near downtown early last Saturday afternoon and start overheating and smoking. We knew we had only minimal driving left before we would become stranded, and after a couple of false leads as to a possible facility that might (1) actually be open and (2) be able to squeeze us in for diagnosis asap we lucked upon this business. The service manager (Kendal) was calm and utterly professional and his mechanics did the "impossible" for us in assessing what the problem was, what was needed, and sourcing and accessing the needed parts for the unfolding repair before they closed so that we could indeed be back on our way. Nothing but the highest of accolades for the entire experience - including the nicely appointed waiting area, and totally fair pricing for the parts and labor provided. Kudos to all involved.

I was working on my grandmothers vehicle she needed an alignment so she took her vehicle to this goodyear and the mechanic that worked on her vehicle stole my personal tools out of the vehicle when i called to ask them about it the person on the phone said the mechanic seen the tool placed it to the side and then somehow it ended up in his personal bag in at his house, and that he would bring it back. My ? Is why was it removed from the vehicle in the first place and why didnt he put it back if he had to move it which he shouldn t have had to move it to do what he needed to do. Don t leave personal items in your vehicle if you come here you might not have them when you leave

This is the only place in the area that I trust with my car. Every issue that I had with my car, they were able to fix and they re always able to get me in for service. Bob at the front desk is especially awesome. Always smiling and always has a great attitude.

Awesome experience these guys really took care of me at the last minute! I will definitely buy tires from them next time because they fixed my tire it had a small leak and all they did was tell me to have a great evening. I know that may not seem like a lot to many people but the quality of service and experience it was matters to me. I think everyone should go see Bob and the boys at Goodyear and tell them Al sent you. I never leave feedback only when it deserves to be left.....

Was in a predicament with a flat tire and service was not available for a week, in addition to tires specific for the vehicle not available. Personnel at Goodyear got the tires shipped in same day, and fit my vehicle in for service needs. Great job everybody, greatly appreciated. Will definately return.

Update: Continues to provide great customer service. Techs take the time to show you what's wrong. They will work with you to get your car fixed as well as provide the best tires. Prices are reasonable. Does exactly what is requested. Work done well and quickly. Shout out to Bob and the young man who gave us a ride to and from our house!

Took my car to changed tire, and Explained them to take out Front bottom Engine cover hanging ( plastic) on road while driving and make irritated noises. After finishing I looked but they just hiding or hang only .Not fixed the problem. When I m home it s same noise and hanging.They need only money don t know how to do their jobs, next day I went and requested the front desk guy he is so rude talking to me saying that I can take others places or drop the car all day so I walked out, so nasty and rude to talked to customers. I don t recommend anyone my friends and families to go there .

What can I say except that these people are the best!! I have used this business for many years. No complaints. I have a crazy schedule, but Bob is always very accommodating to make a way to get needed service done. Everyone is very professional and kind. All work is done correctly and in a timely fashion. Thank you Bob and team! Much appreciated!

I had a terrible experience on 1/3/23. I ordered online a basic oil change, synthetic blend. When I get there I tell the young man I want synthetic blend. He said rav 4 only takes full synthetic, I swear I thought he was joking, once again I asked for synthetic blend . Strike 2 here, I asked to inspect a slow leak tire, said he couldn t repair,I accept that but then he told me My rav 4 would need 4 new tires because it s all wheel drive. It s not ,it s 4 wheel drive mind you the tires have 6000 miles on ! Telling me all wheel drive means you should replace all 4. But I repeat it s 4 wheel drive!I hear him and the manager maybe owner ?talking about his corvette,hummer 35 gallon tank,67 muscle car ,brand new truck that gets 250 miles on half a tankand the guy who ripped me off has a baby on the way and a possible bathroom remodel upcoming I knew I was in trouble. I m 52 disabled and walk with a cane , easy person to get over on. Thank God I worked at a reputable repair and body shop so I have some knowledge At least the manager offered to comp the difference,I paid 70 instead of 40 and left. Rav 4 ONLY takes full synthetic, what a blatant lie. And to upsell after I told you synthetic blend and lie again with the all wheel drive. Young guy is even a fireman all the fireman I know are nothing like him.

I've been using this location for many years for tires and inspection and am always happy with the speed and quality of service. This year was the first time I got tires on my new vehicle. They drive great, and, once again, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient as usual! Thank you to a great team!

Bob was extremely kind and accommodating.Left my car at the Goodyear Auto Service Center in the early morning. He called me later in the morning to explain everything that was to be done with my car prior to doing the work. The car was ready for me by mid afternoon! Absolutely great service!

The counterman was very pleasant and professional! The mechanics were very quick to do my brakes/rotors and kept me informed as to what needed done and any other future potential problems they noticed while under my car. Everyone there kept me comfortable and confident that I came to the right place! You can trust these guys!

I go to this Goodyear for 2 reasons. First, Chris the lead mechanic always does the best work to ensure my vehicles are safe and road worthy, plus always goes above and beyond to ensure things I did not even go in for are made aware to me. Second, for the level of service Bob provides as the service manager who always makes sure I'm getting exactly what I need. I always go to this Goodyear and only when I know Chris will work on my cars.

They have known about my appointment for 3 days and called me the morning of to tell me the tires would not be in in time for my appointment. Also before ever seeing my car they told me they are going to have to put 4 tires on and not the 2 that I put in online. It's company policy that they have to put 4 on and not 2.

Great service and fair pricing too. Bob and Kendal made my trip easy with drop off service. Absolutely phenomenal customer service by both of these guys. I will absolutely be back for any of my other car needs. These guys rock!

I've been having my cars serviced with Goodyear for the last few years, and I've never had an issue with them. In fact, they were able to correct a problem after I brought it to the dealership twice without getting a permanent fix. Most recently, had a slow leak in a tire that turned out to be a leaking valve stem - they fixed it in under an hour at no charge. Absolutely recommended!

On Saturday April 16, 2022. I was in a desperate and immediate need for auto service. I called the Goodyear at 2055 Lebanon Church Road in West Mifflin, Pa. Bob, the manager answered the phone and I told him my situation. He was friendly, and very professional. He was able to fit me in for service. I am so thankful for this experience and I thank Bob and his staff for a job well done! Thanks so much!

Great service! I took a car that I haven't driven for a few months in for state inspection. They were good about letting me know exactly what needed done and how long it would take. Good price as well. I will be going back for my car's next service.

I have been going here for about 10 years and no place else I will take our cars. Bob the owner is great he tells you what you need done upfront, suggest other things if your car may need it and the final price before they start anything. The mechanics are great they do the work and your car is taken car of like it was their own! Honest, great work and reasonable place best place in the south hills.

They got me in at quitting time for them. Bob at the desk was wonderful he was willing to stay to get my car done. The mechanic was willing to stay also to get my car done since one of my sensors on my tire wasn't working. Wonderful commitment to there customers. I will be going back.

They book appointments they know they can't keep up with. It's nothing but a cash grab. Staff is rude. Go somewhere else unless you have all day to wait (and possibly the next day too).

I recommend this Goodyear to family & friends. My husband & I have been going here for all auto needs for 7 years. Extremely friendly, very professional & knowledgeable mechanics. Price is more than fair. Nobody likes having to take their vehicle to the shop but w Bobby & his crew it makes it much easier, no stress atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my service at Goodyear for my inspection. Bob was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He had constant communication about my car and what it needed. I would absolutely recommend getting your car needs done there.

I was recently in at Goodyear for a State Inspection. I m always greeted by Bob who asks me how school is going. The technician explains any of his recommendations and I trust their judgement. I highly recommend taking your car or truck here for any services as they will not mislead you like other shops.

Contacted Goodyear about warranty service on factory Goodyear tires from a new car purchase.Goodyear manufacturing was wonderful and they helped me measurably!!I was referred to Bob at West Mifflin who discarded and did not care about my behalf or my concerns.He did not want to talk to me when I attempted to go to the store he tried to shrug me off and push me to another day. I explained to him that it was a warranty issue and I had a claim number from the factory.After strong encouragement he did review my car.I contacted the factory a second time in which they were definitely helpful and they contacted Bob at west mifflin .He told the factory representative that he would prefer me to go to a different Goodyear location.I am certainly going to a different location, but from this point forward I would highly recommend that buyers / Customers be cautious of this location.I really don't like to leave a negative review for anyone.I am certain Bob as a long-term employee and everyone can have a bad day.Well I don't look for a call from the store nor will I accept one ,Robert there are better ways to handle customers!!!!

I had a great experience with Goodyear and they were so helpful with helping me get all of my car needs met before I took it on vacation. My appointment was at 12 and I waited for my car to be done, and Bob was very friendly and talked to me when he could. Would highly recommend.
