I will never tire of this great place!Recently made our way into the West Mifflin location of discount tire. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.I absolutely love the contemporary design of the waiting area. There were some really cool, light fixtures, comfortable seating, near charging stations, a little kitchenette with coffee and water. The manager and other workers were very friendly and knowledgable.This location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping center and even a movie theater. If you are unable to stick around or would like to get some things done, this location is the one to go to.Make an appointment today!Wheelchair accessible parking lot entrance and restroom.Appointments are recommended for a speedier service. In store shopping pick-up.

This is my second visit here after purchasing 4 tires from them three months ago. I am here for a flat repair right now. I meant to leave a review the first time but forgot. I cannot say enough about how efficient and friendly their staff is here. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with car services anywhere. I hate to say it but being female and going to garages can be frustrating. This place will make you feel comfortable and reassured. The place is also super modern and immaculate. I have recommended Discount Tire to everyone I know. If you need tires make an appointment now. And be sure to download their app. This will be my go to for tires from now on.

Super friendly staff and got me fixed up right. I ordered these tires online and had them delivered to the shop. They came in a few days early so the guys were able to squeeze me in a bit earlier than expected. Very nice shop and all the guys were great to deal with. Thanks again.

As many others have visited a multitude of different garages, service centers, etc, I can firmly say I will never buy or go anywhere else but this location for new tires or general service.Eric in sales was efficient, personable, down to earth, and generally just very informative. I had a no frills replace 2 tires, but he made sure to put full attention to it.The whole job took maybe 20 min, and Joshthe mechanic came out after to explain what was performed, routine but explained thoroughly.Easiest car service experience I ve ever had, with such nice staff to boot. Thanks all!

Came in with a flat tire I removed from a relatives car. Jim came out and met me at my vehicle before I could even get in the door. They had multiple tire choices in stock. The Lobby was packed with customers. I asked if they could get it done same day. Jim said he could probably get in done within an hour. He got it done in 30 minutes and I put it back in the truck for me. One of the best experiences I ve had at any business all around. Thank you Jim.

Was told they could have my tire in two hours. This was at 1224 PM ET. Paid a $25 deposit for them to order the tire over the phone, and and then Drove over an hour to get to this place and waited until 430 PM ET. At 430, I go inquire about where the tire was because it was well over the two hour mark as promised. I was then told that I needed to wait an additional hour because the wrong tire was supposedly delivered, and they needed to send someone else out to pick up another tire. I had a very important event that I missed because of this place, and all I got was excuses about how this was out of their control. Absolutely ridiculous.

1/16/24: Excellent fast friendly service for a flat tire repair today! I unknowingly picked up screw yesterday. Flat tire in the morning. The technicians at discount tire provided fast friendly exceptional service! I highly recommend this location! I'll be back as vehicle service requires. Thank you!!!!

I used them today for the first time. No one had my tires in stock. Called first thing in the morning they found my tires had them in the afternoon and got me right in and installed them in less than an hour. The staff is very professional and very thorough. Great price and service highly recommend and I definitely recommend them.

I have never had a better car service experience in my life. I don't look forward to working on my vehicle. From the time I arrived they were ready for me. They have great prices and found me discounts on top of those prices. They were friendly and helpful to one another. Overall a great interaction. I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks Kayla!

Staff is very friendly and service was fast, efficient, and high quality. I was surprised by how fast the service was. They installed 4 tires on my vehicle within 30 minutes. It was very impressive with how efficient they are and everyone at their business is so friendly.

Discount tires staff went over and above with their service from my phone call with Josh to my check in with Jose both were courteous and attentive. Next I had Mike and Tyler performing my tire balance and it was like poetry in motion. They were fast and their communication was on point. They had four tires balanced in ten minutes and I was back on my way. Thanks again for everything.

Wanted to throw some new wheels on my Dad's old 97 , 2500 pickup. They didn't have anything in stock to fit but spent the time to find me some perfect old school American Racing wheels. I needed them in within the week, but they were honest in telling me that it was looking like they couldn't get all 4 in until like 9 days. They put a rush on it somehow and I ended up getting them slammed on in only 4 days. Let me tell you, I was able to surprise my Dad early and he is still doing triple, triple takes. Thanks Discount Tire!!! Not my first time and definitely won't be my last!! I have many vehicles for these guys to care for.

I was prepared to give Discount Tire five stars until I checked the tire pressure on the two tires that I just purchased. Car mfg calls for 32psi ..the tires were measured at 47psi!!! Am I expecting too much ..from a tire dealer no less ..that the tires be inflated properly!!Now I m questioning if the tires were torqued properly. Don t get me wrong .I ve experienced this at other tire dealers. I just expected more from such a first class operation.The store is immaculate with WiFi and charging stations. The shop is state of the art ..and clean! The whole buying/service process is top notch .(Juan gets 5 stars).Will I buy my tires there in the future ..absolutely!!! I ll just check tire pressures when I do.

Super quick installation. The man at the front desk (i apologize, i didn t catch his name), and Juan who serviced my car were both super personable and really nice! The tires were a good deal and i will definitely be coming back next time i need tires.

I looked around all day yesterday for new tire for my van. Called over 8 places. Luke at Discount Tire took such a good care of me. Great price and so fast. I highly recommend these guys!!!

Ordered new rims and tire online, was told the TPMS sensors would be programmed. They were not so I drove from Morgantown, WV to the West Mifflin store and they had me back on the road in 30 mins. Awesome customer service and highly recommend them for all your wheel and tire needs.

Quick and easy stop for tires! I was immediately met by Juan who got me set up with my new tires when I got there pretty quickly. I'm pretty sure my car was finished before the time I was given even though it seemed busy (great because I was waiting). Do recommend!

Discount has always been my favorite and the customer service is still top notch but the last couple experiences the actual work quality is lacking. I purchased new tires and my back passanger tires was getting low often so I called them and took car out then they said nothing wrong it was flat before getting the car home. They replaced the tire and again at my house the tire was flat. I called had them send the technician to my house and they put a new tire on next morning it was flat car didn t move. I took the car to Bobby Rahal and they said the rim inside wasn t clean and that was causing the seal not to be good. It s been a week now and no loss of air. So basically I paid for two warranty tires I didn t really need and had to pay Rahal another $100 to fix something not installed correctly. Not sure how this can happen.

So today, my "Check tire pressure" light came on. I immediately thought to myself, "Oh great, here goes $100+ out the window". Let me tell you! I stopped at discount tire in West Mifflin, and I left without paying a cent! Yes! They found a nail in my tire and patched it FOR FREE in under 25 minutes! Customer service was incredible! I could go on about just how grateful I am for them....but I suggest you just go see for yourself, you won't be disappointed! No doubt, I'm coming here in November to get snow tires put on! Thank you discount tire for making my day!

I was traveling and had gotten a flat tire it was literally closing time and they stayed open an extra 45 mins to make sure we got tires! I could not have been happier with the service I got from them!

I can't say enough good things. Kris and the rest of the staff did an awesome job. Kris was professional, friendly, and informative. My tires were installed on my work vehicle which is an older minivan with over 200,000 miles. They replaced my tires and mounted my spare and had everything done in just over an hour. Car rides perfect (as best as a 24 yr old car can). Great job guys!! And as usual Discount Tires never disappoints me.

Had a 9:15 appt for tire inspection and warranty on my Cadillac. This place was like a Nascar pit stop for me. Had a warranty issue with the tire manufacturer and Caleb and Juan took excellent care of me. They along with the tech (wish I knew their name to thank him/her) had me in and out in the fastest time I have ever been in a tire shop. Very professional crew here. Really hope the company acknowledges the good employees they have and fight to keep them. You don't find service like this anymore.
