I usually do routine maintenance and repairs on my families fleet of vehicles. My usually reliable Pathfinder recently started running poorly. I couldn't figure out the problem and took it to a local shop. They experimented with the car for about a week only to return it to me in the same condition.I called Bowser and explained my situation to Jarrod. He expressed confidence that his team could diagnose the problem and I could decide about the repair.It was not an easy issue to figure out but the service team to their credit hung in there and diagnosed the problem. I opted to let them do the repair and they did a great job at a fair price.Thanks

Picked up our Infiniti EX-37 after a routine transmission service and for at least two weeks our transmission was slipping, especially after releasing the brake, first gear wouldn t engage until after the RPM s were above 4,000. Mike asked us to come in if the problem didn t go away after another week. After we brought it in, the service department called us to state they could not replicate the problem. BUT when you look at the service write-up, it says a mechanic added transmission fluid because it was 1-quart short. WHY would the mechanic know to check and add transmission fluid before test driving our vehicle? And why didn t Bowser Service admit to not completing the transmission service properly weeks ago? We will not be coming back to Bowser to have any of our vehicles serviced.

I've had my 2014 XTerra since she rolled off the assembly line! They take such great care of me here! I'm closing in on 100k miles & Brittany, my service expert, has taken such excellent care of us! Her team is amazing....I needed a bunch of different fixes & I was in & out fast plus some warranty coverage & very reasonable prices! Even though my warranty is expiring, I will STILL bring Big Blue here for her maintenance & any other necessary fixes...finally a service place I trust completely!

Go somewhere else. First visit, told items covered under warranty and they charged me full price. Second visit told item was not covered under warranty. Paid full price. Found out they don t accept my warranty and took me for as much money as they could.
