Picked up my Tesla Model Y today after being rear ended. It is back to original! They helped me when I got my estimate for repairs to keep the water out. During the repair, they kept me very well informed of the progress with texting. They got progressive over to see what else was damaged without my involvement. I felt like they cared. Furthermore, 100% painless even when they were not an in network shop for Progressive! Would recommend! Thank you!

I recently had my Model Y repaired by Carstar at Cramer s after hitting a deer. The process was easy, and honestly can t tell anything happened to the car. I was really impressed with the color match since red paint is notoriously hard to match. CARSTAR auto body repair experts in Middletown PA repaired my 1 month old 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 after my husband hit a deer. The truck looks as good as new! The paint matches perfectly, they were super communicative and the entire process took less than a week. The team worked directly with my insurance company (Erie) to handle the claim. They even sent me home with some extra touch up paint. Great job Tim & Val!

Staff couldn't have been nicer. The bumper was pushed in and the car was ready for pickup in 2.5 hours. Nice job, price as quoted. Staff even noticed a little something that needed attention on the body and took care of that. Beautiful, clean,shop,too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car was damaged on the side where my whole front end was taken off. Carstar did an amazing job with the body work its just that one side of my car lights and very bright and the other is very dull. Don't understand why the Company didn't do the other side to brighten the other light being the whole front of the car was off and they had repair the left light. They could have repaired both lights instead of making my car look off with one light bright and one light dull.Service: Body & Trim

Called today at 9am then at 10 then again 15 minutes later and no one picked up the phone. Finally at 11:40 a man picked the phone up and explained to me that they don t do online anything and the estimate I completed online was a complete waste of my time. He offered no apology or show of empathy for wasting a potential customer s time. I didn t give him any indication at this point that I was annoyed and began to ask how far out his appointments are booked. He told me a week typically and that was great news. At this point I m responding favorably and asked him to ballpark a respray on a bumper cover and provided a little details. He quoted me some kinda policy about having an appointment before giving an estimate. I responded by saying that I was not ready to bring it in as I was waiting for the state to process paperwork on the car first and told him I would not hold him to a ballpark price and he seemed almost offended at the idea of me asking him how much automotive paint work would cost. He gave me some explanation how my question was impossible to answer, like only an idiot would ask a place that only does body work to give a noncommittal ballpark figure for body work. I ended the call politely and called a shop a couple miles away and asked the same question. The other body shop (Nick s) said $200 if it s just a blend could be much more if they needed to pull it and repair the cover and it would not be more than $700 unless he s missing details I didn t share. Was that so hard Maaco guy? Maybe Maaco is short staffed, maybe they have more work than they need, I dunno but it was work just getting them to pick up the phone. After reading the other reviews I think it s gonna be a pass this time. A simple apology and a range for a bumper respray would have gone a long way but instead I was met with what I took as arrogance.

The shop is immaculate and the waiting room comfortable. I made an appointment for Ezra to do an estimate. When I arrived he was waiting for me. We went out to my vehicle and he did a thorough inspection. Quickly I had an estimate in hand which Ezra reviewed in detail. I was very impressed.

Excellent service. Lorie and Tim, you both were extremely helpful and promoted a customer friendly environment. Got the job done in just a few days. What more can I say? 5 stars, would recommend to anyone who needs a nice restoration.

My improved state of the art body shop and works at Maaco 1998 west Harrisburg pike is Outstanding. The staff and technicians are phenomenal, and very professional in e.very aspect of the word. Awful. So disappointed. They had my car for a week. I thought they did good until my AC stopped working. They took it back for 2 more days the next week. They wanted to charge me $155 to fix what they didn't do right the first time!! This week I found out you can't open the hood!!! It takes two people! I'm going to take it back again and hope they make it right. I call it poor workmanship and taking advantage of a single woman.

Macco did not complete the work which I had the car in for. They left paint or sanding residue in my car. Now I have to take my car somewhere else if I want to complete the work on my car. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT GO HERE! I was involved in a wreck where my wheel well was completely against my tire, the car was immobile and towed here. I got my car back and it started shaking terribly, and I called the shop to be informed the car was not aligned and the suspension wasn't even checked. Thus, having to get my car towed and taken to ANOTHER shop.
