So I desperately needed a vehicle and looked everywhere and nobody could help me out. My job requires me to drive a lot and without a car I had no job. So I got a hold of this dealership and they were super friendly and super helpful, that same day I drove off with a new car! Without them I probably would have my job. soo...I'm super grateful and thankful for them. And would like to say thank you guys so much!

I purchased my car from this location a little over a year ago now, this was the first car that I had purchased at a dealer and was nervous, but the owner treated me great. Got me a great deal on my car, told me he had JUST DONE a full workup on the car and that it should be in great shape. Test drove it, drove fine. I now know why I got such a great deal on it. I got my car, and less than 24 hours later began to experience multiple issues. My car began to leak from the interior during the rain. I called, a different guy besides the owner answered, and he sounded absolutely unbothered and annoyed by my phone call. "I guess you can bring it in and we can take a look at it" were his exact words. That problem got solved thanks to the guy in the garage. I would like to add before I continue that this car did come with a warranty from the dealership. About 2 hours later I had been running some errands and was on my way home. I got a notification that my cars engine was dangerously close to overheating and to pull over. I'm not stranded, over 20 minutes drive from home. I once again call the dealership and the same guy answers my call, again. Once again, completely unbothered and annoyed. I told him what was going on, and I asked him what could be done to help me. The words out of his mouth made me so furious I won't lie, I flew off the handle with him. "Well, we don't know what you've done with the car in this period, and if you caused this we can't do anything with it." I was furious. He offered no solution, didn't offer to call a tow to take it to the garage to get it checked, offered nothing. When I asked him about my warranty he continued to reiterate that "We don't know what you've done to the car in this period." I had driven this car a total of 3 times at this point, and had no accidents, didn't even so much as hit a pothole a little too hard. This reviews getting to be long, but needless to say I took it to a ford garage and got it checked out while some recalls were getting taken care of, and multiple issues were identified. I will never be going back to this place. Terrible service, terrible employees, flakes on their words.

Bought a vehicle from them which I thought was going to be reliable...after driving it a week noticed a loud sound coming from front end...contacted salesman...he said they were aware of what was causing sound..but was purely cosmetic...WASN T. He offered to fix it and kept putting me on back burner with various excuses.. Never fixed problem or stayed in contact, thought they would get rid of me if they kept delaying fixing problem that they hid from me. Beware of buying from them.

I bought several vehicles here. But the one I got bout a year ago. Sales man agreed to fix issues. Which he did. Jus went back last week and had something fixed but when i went to pay an pick up my vehicle I had an issue with new sales guy. I left in tears. My sister wants to buy a car soon but i dont think i will take her here.

Nothing like driving down a major highway and the vehicle we bought shut off while driving. We almost got smashed by tractor trailers on several occasions. Last I checked we had 30 day warranty on the vehicle and on day number 4 we called for the 2nd time about a check engine light and was told If car dealers fixed every check engine light they wouldn t have a business. If anyone in my family gets hurt in this car I ll be sure they won t have a business.

If you own a BMW in Snyder or surrounding counties, this is your place for service. Len and his team are fans and experts of the brand and go above and beyond every time they service my car. Highly recommend!

My salesman was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They had a nice selection of vehicles. They also dont hound you like other car lots.

They helped me out by fitting in a trailer inspection with very short notice. The friendly mechanic was very helpful, and the repair costs were very reasonable.

I purchased a vehicle from here and we have had nothing but trouble with it...Took it back to them twice to fix it well it's still has not been fixed...I also took it to other garages it will work for a little then the same thing goes wrong...The power steering keeps going out..This car lot sells nothing but lemons and does not stand behind their mechanical work...i will never recommend anyone t o buy a vehicle from here...I had even asked the one salesman if he could buy it back or do something because I am making payments on a car that I can never drive ...maybe I should contact a lawyer to see if I can get my money back or have them pay to fix it properly with the GMC dealer.

Wouldn t recommend if you want anything even remotely reasonable for trade in value. Expect to get about half of what your vehicle is worth.
