Dave and the guys are very down to earth. It's the one-on-one with the mechanics. They're going to do a good job for you and they're not going to beat you over the head with the price. they're going to be honest with you whether that's good news or bad news they are not going to try to rip you off. For me they've been very fair on several occasions that I went there. sometimes they're busy but I feel like that's the price you have to pay for someone who does honest work in the auto repair world these days.
