My sons car wouldn t start. We needed it towed, they came to tow it but where it was broke down at was beside a very busy road, not the best place for it to happen but they got in place and had to block both lanes of traffic to get it loaded he was super fast but also very safe. Less than 5 minutes he had it on the truck then backed up in the parking spot where the car was to secure the car. Very friendly and nice. The insurance company dispatched them. Honestly I will recommend this company to anyone!! Thank you for the wonderful, kind and quick service also keeping me informed of everything.Service: Car towing

Broke down on the side of 160 with an overheating car. Called the roadside assistance offered through my car insurance. Said they'd send someone out. 15 minutes later they say I'm out of their network and to have a nice day.Quick Google and found this place. They had a tow truck out to me within the hour. Towed me back to their shop. Unfortunately they couldn't get the part (water pump) til the next day.They gave me a ride to and from the Comfort Inn nearby, as well as explained the situation and got me a later check out. Ended up needing a little extra work done, but all was at a super reasonable price. Car was done by early afternoon.Excellent service all around. Being stranded out of town was unpleasant but they made the process as easy as it could have been. Thank you!

We were having one of the worst days ever, trapped 7 hours from home after an ice storm. Jesse not only towed us, but made sure we were safely dropped off at a warm location in a town a little further away than the original repair shop was that our insurance company sent us to. He also took us to Elk Lick when we found out that our insurance company had sent us to a place that couldn t help us. They replaced our blown tire and rims and straightened out our tire rod all in under 24 hours. We were back on the road and able to go home the very next day. I wish they were closer to home (North Carolina) because they d have our business for the rest of our lives if we were local.Services: Tires, Car towing

I was in the area for a family reunion when my brakes went out. I called Elk Lick and was told to bring my car in and they would work me in. The had my car repaired the next day! I was driving from Cincinnati, OH to D.C. when my car's alternator went out just before exit 19 in Grantsville, MD. Brad was able to give me a tow through AAA. It was late in the evening and I was lucky enough to have him drop me off at exit 22 so I could stay the night at the Comfort Inn. They had my car ready to go the next afternoon and I made it to my destination just fine! I want to send a huge thanks to the team here. They were incredibly friendly in a stressful time.

Flexible appointments even when given short notice. Prompt reliable work, accurate estimates on repairs. They have been my go to mechanic for many years. I ve never been disappointed in their service.

Brad knows what he is doing and Tammy is on top of everything. Great service. Skilled mechanics. Good people. Plus they run tow trucks so they can be there to help you.

I had been going to Hill Top Auto and finally listened when my Dad told me to go here instead, and I believe it was the best decision I made. So many issues I was unaware of..and even damage done by Hill Top Auto, to my car... I'm glad I came here and will continue to take my business here.
