The girl I spoke to about my car this afternoon was super nice and super informative! On her and Kim's customer service alone, I give a 5 star. They make sure your car is up and running the way it should be before they can say it's done. Customer service representatives are super. If you have any damage done to your vehicle, please take it here! They care to have your car done right. I just got my vehicle back temporarily for a while before they have it diagnosed in one area by Honda. The car looks like I just bought it. They did a magnificent job! I have already, through word of mouth, told others to take their cars there if they have a similar situation. Two thumbs up and 5 stars! They did a fantastic job!

After hitting a deer, only 5 days after making my first car payment, I could not have asked for a better experience.I hit the deer on a Tuesday, they had me an appointment to drop it off the very next Tuesday, and I had my car back, looking brand new, the following Tuesday.Choice was transparent with the estimates, worked with my insurance directly, and completed the repairs quickly. This is the second vehicle that they've repaired for me and they did an incredible job both times.

We were thrilled beyond thrilled at the quality of repairs they did on my 2019 dodge ram after an accident.Paperwork was ready for us, insurance communication was already done.They had everything set up .When parts were delayed, constant communication..Really didn't take long,maybe three weeks and in today world that's minor.You would not know that I was in an accident.There was substantial front end damage..We did the immediate footwork with our insurance company,asked for the best close referral they worked with..State farm recommend. The appraisal was done immediately..Office staff professional and relaxed,not like some places you call and an arrogant robot person answered .Choice collision choice staff had compassion,knowledge and all the good stuff.Most most important because they don't know what you are dealing with resulting from the accident.The workmanship was excellent..clean shop,talent no nonsense make it perfect work.Thank you for fixing my truck. TRIPLE AAAA

Good work but the interior of my car was full of dust from the body work. Also my car had no oil in it even though it was full when I dropped it off ??? Could have ruined my engine if I hadn t caught it right away.

They make your car look like the accident never happened!! They also offer vehicle cleaning, rentals while your vehicle is being repaired and towing. Over 30 years of serving the local community. The facility is cleaned every week to ensure the safest environment for your vehicle.

Choice Collision Center was amazing! Stacey and Derrick (I hope I spelled it correctly) were both so good to me! They knew I was still very stressed and emotional, but they were very professional and sweet at the same time while doing the estimate for my truck and they are always so nice even if you just call in there with a question about something. I highly recommend Choice Collision Center. Also if you just need a smile and nothing is wrong with your vehicle, you can stop by and Denny is sure to make ya smile! Thanks Choice! :)

Taking way too long to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. They have had it since June here it is the middle of Sept. And they keep "finding" things wrong. Tired of waiting. Will never use them again. Others have found their services good. Me? Nope.
