My car was in the shop for 3 weeks after hitting a deer. Thank you to Claudia from the Peach Street Erie location for taking good care of me and for Ben at the Grove City location where my car was picked up from the body shop.

I called and was reserved a vehicle for a week total $348.00 got a call from the one at Grove City outlets, that car is not available however they have a smaller car but the price for that one totaled $1,000.00 for the week beware of this company. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and lodging a complaint

Always a pleasure using Enterprise. They are quick, efficient and always have great rental vehicles. My insurance uses Enterprise, and I've needed a rental twice in the last couple years. They deliver the car right to the service garage for me. I appreciate the service they provide. Whenever I take a road trip, I use Enterprise and have never been disappointed. It's affordable and keeps the mileage off my car.

Prices have jumped way up. It was easy to get a car but the location in Grove City isn t open on the weekends and won t accept after hours returns. So instead of a 1 night rental I had to get a 4 day rental. Poor service for the small town people. Plus I ve rented many cars and they almost always smell like cigarette smoke.

Professional service both times I was here. Needed to rent a car because a tree limb fell on my car. They were able to provide me with a rental in a fairly decent amount of time. The second car was a 2019 Toyota Camry. E second was a 2019 Nissan Ventra.

I drove a beautiful 4-Runner for about a month through Enterprise. It was easy to extend it and the guys were super helpful. I also needed to return it to a different city and they accommodated me easily. Extremely pleased. Thank you

Absolutely terrified of Heather. Called me while I was pulling into the lot to inform me they did not have a car, gave me the run around for a couple hours making me miss my appointments. It s truly so pathetic when a customer has to ask why the insurance information wasn t taken, as she wasn t performing her job proficiently. Asking me to come back into the building after I was sitting in the car waiting to go. Questioning how long she s been there, four months she replied. Wow truly amazing. Trying to falsify information on who owns the parking lot and the building enterprise rents from. Just happy to see she s sleeping with the district manager Brian. It was truly convoluting how she met Enterprises standards of personal honesty and integrity.

This is the 3rd time Grove City Enterprise left me in a lurch! They take the reservation but when you get there, no cars!! I need a car for a trip to PGH Monday. Because they are not open on the weekends, I would have had to rent it on Friday. Which means paying for 3 days while it sits in my driveway. And price? OMG....$200 deposit, $315 rental cost, and $100 for the extra insurance. That's right, $615 plus tax plus gas. No thanks. THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS!!! Also, they DON'T pick you up anymore!!!!!!!And no AAA or AARP discounts! Bye bye, Enterprise.

Our car broke down an hour from our destination to Pittsburgh on the highway. We were driving from Canada with our two small children and it was a very scary experience. A wonderful state trooper drove us to the nearest enterprise and we were so blessed to have met Heather, the representative at enterprise who took care of us. She was kind, helpful and very understanding to our situation. She managed to get us a car rental even though it was a Friday long weekend and there was nothing available. We were so grateful to have been dropped off at this enterprise location as Heather and her colleague julianna were both so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Although it was a stressful situation, we were met with kind people like Heather and are grateful that she was there that day to attend to us. Thank you again Heather for everything!

Booked online. Reservation for a rental car. Called to confirm . Was told they didn't have anything available they were putting tires on the cars. Said she could have one tomorrow. Needed it today cause my car was going in the shop. Told her to cancel she didn't I canceled online. Frustrating.

Took a couple days for them to even have a car available. Rented two cars back to back and each one was filthy inside. Second car even had burn holes in the seats and smelled like smoke. Staff at this office need to develop a bit more integrity when it comes to vehicle care. That's kind of their main avenue of customer service.

UPDATED 5/20/21 - Enterprise responded to my review. They issued a refund to my credit card for the amount of the one-way rental. This was what I had asked for in the first place, but the agent at the location said he was not able to do that. Anyway, thank you Enterprise, for doing the right thing! You have restored my faith in your company. I changed my review from one star to four.I was supposed to pick the car up at 10:00 AM. A few days before, I called and told the agent that I might be later but I would be there before noon. He said that would be fine. I arrived at 11:00 AM. The building was locked and there was nobody around. After several attempts I was able to reach the agent by phone. He said that they had to pick up a car and they would be back in 25 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, they finally arrived. I asked for a discount for having to wait outdoors for over an hour. He told me I didn't have to refill the gas tank. Since I was only going about 50 miles this amounted to about a $6.00 discount. I asked if he could eliminate the $75 one-way drop-off fee. He said that he was not able to do that. It didn't seem like he really cared that I had to wait outside for an hour. I have loyally rented from Enterprise for years and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Next time I will probably look for a different company.

Great location with excellent accessibility. Staff is friendly and courteous. Branch manager Brock Bowser is it professional that exemplifies the management role. This location has are served our family for 7 years and has always accommodated our needs. As a disabled veteran their service means a lot to me.

Wonderful folks. They are friendly, helpful and courteous. I have rented a car 3 times in the past few months for work. Once it was snowing, and they were able to get me into an SUV for the trip, which was fantastic. Everyone is really nice and the cars have been in excellent shape.

I required use of Enterprise services when my car was in the autobody shop for several days after someone backed into me. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning, 10/27/2020, and the gentlemen from Enterprise were there not two minutes later. They were waiting on me, not me for them to arrive. They gave me a upgraded car to drive ( I drive a Toyota Corolla and they gave me a Chevy Equinox) and had me on my way. When I went to pick up my repaired vehicle on Monday, 11/2/2020, I simply left the Chevy at the autobody shop and the keys with the owner. Enterprise made the process about as easy and seamless as possible, without nearly any inconvenience to me! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of the two employees that assisted me, but they were very helpful!

I am a huge fan of Enterprise after my recent switch from being a frequent Avis user. Not a great experience at this location of my favorite car rental company though. First, i was given a lower class car than what i booked for my reservation and was still charged the same amount. The lady in charge seemed very frantic and puzzled at her busy situation. Sara Shinsky was great though, too bad she wasn't the one running the show because her customer service skills are impeccable. Thanks for your professionalism Sara, i hope you get a promotion to run that location by yourself soon because they need it there. I'll have to just use a different location when in the Grove City area again.

My husband and I were in a serious crash on the I79 near Grove City Pa. on August 19. We were ran sported by ambulance to Grove City Medical Hospital. After 5 1/2 hours they discharged us. We were Ok , with no disabling injuries. The problem was we had no car, it was towed away, and we could not get to the Comfort Inn were we reserved a room. In Grove City Pa. everything closes at 9:00 pm, It was 9:15 pm. We could drive but had no car. My son, who was 11 hours away was able to reserve a car for using with on-line reservations at Enterprise. The problem we had was they were closed. One of the hospital staff noticed we were stranded. She gratously offered to take us to the Comfort Inn. This was on a Friday. On Saturday morning the manager of Enterise called us around 9:00am. She saw the reservation and asked when we would pick up the car. I told her the situation and she said that normally Enterprise does not pick up for car rental on Saturday, but with this situation due to the accident she would have someone come get me. She was very gracious when I got their. She sensed my concern and told me not to worry she had everything taken care of. She even saw that our car insurance was not going pay for the car rental but she was able to apply the insurance discount. We drove home without incident, two and a half hours, and kept the car for twenty four days. Our insurance took that long to process things and they still are working on the car issue. Home healing and finally have a new car. Thank you to the manager at Enterprise Grove City, Pa.

This enterprise is full of great staff but horrible hours. I had to trade my vehicle out twice because of engine issues but found myself navigating their hours. My final return occurred on a Saturday at 5:38am and there wasn't a soul to be found. The return area was so full of cars I had to leave the vehicle outside the gate. The key return slot is broken and dozens of vehicle keys are exposed, simply sitting there with no accountability.

The guys out front were fantastic, got me in a car, same day, in time for work, last minute. They hustled to get me in & out in 5 min. It was spectacular customer service.I highly recommend using this location if you need a rental.

I can't say this about every car rental place I've used across the globe (and I've used many)... I'm pleased to report that my local rental place is wonderful. The staff is competent, kind, and will go to lengths to accommodate my needs with ease when renting both professionally (for my work) or personally (for me)! I really enjoy working with these people, they are great and I have never had a bad experience! I do have a few issues with Enterprise overall (as a national/nationwide/worldwide company), nothing horrible, mainly the hours of my local shop semi-stink...they close at 6PM on weekdays, earlier on Saturdays and are not open at all on Sundays. For me, the hours are pretty alright and I can work with them, but for many traveling who become stranded in the area (which happens frequently as we have two major interstates here and a huge, awesome Prime Outlet shopping mall that people drive across several states, and US boarders to visit), it is quite a pain to have to drive to Cranberry Township's rental office, or end up staying the night in a hotel until the local shop is open the next morning. I hear this often as I am in the travel/transportation industry and this is a small town, so FYI Enterprise, if you expanded your hours in the Grove City shop, people would love it! Another issue..when renting, if you have a VIP membership, best to rent on-line and know that the office staff can not assist in the process (company policy and they don't really know all the ins and outs of how it works)..so if you are not super good on the internet, or do not have access, or don't 'get it' with all the rental points options, you will be out of luck working with the actual place where you get the vehicle...however, you may call the nationwide line and someone can talk you through it. So...this means that I had to learn how to use their on-line booking system, didn't kill me, did take a few tries, but mission accomplished. Now back to the local shop...several times when I needed a van from the Grove City/Mercer shop and they didn't have one on site they were either willing (if able, with available staff) to go to the Butler shop to get me one, or asked the Butler shop stay late until I could get there - nice touch, again, very accommodating. Finally, so knowing that Enterprise and National are the same company..or owned by the same company but you can't rent a National car at an Enterprise or vice versa...yeah, not loving that at all!!! It's confusing, I have VIP memberships to both, but can't swap points etc. I have to drive all the way to Pittsburgh to get a National rental...when I would love to be able to get it in my local Enterprise. Plus when I do that, I have to return it in Pittsburgh and can't just return it to my local shop. Highly hideous. So...overall for the Grove City shop...10, great, nice people! Overall for Enterprise as a whole company....they need to work on a few things...but still, I'm happy.

When I first made my reservation the lady was really nice(this why I have 2 stars). Today I called to (very poor customer service) change my reservation to say I didn t need the car on the 27 of June 2019 just the 28th and 29th of June 2019 and the guy who answered phone didn t ask me if I could hold but just said to hold. I was on hold for over 50minutes with NO ONE coming back online to check on me and the office closed and they left me hanging on hold and never answered my call. Not very happy at all. I hope I have better service when I go to pick up the car on June 28, 2019. I will try to call again on Monday. I have lowered my score because everyone who reaches out to me tells me to count at someone else via phone or email which I have done and NOT one person has offered compensation for everything that I m dealing with. I have spoken with a total 7 different people. If I could score 0 I would. Will NEVER use them again!!!!!

Mitch and his partner were absolutely amazing in helping me out of a touch situation. They both went above and beyond to help me get back on the road when they were faced with a limited stock of the vehicle that I needed. These guys literally saved me. Highly recommend this local office!

I have never had any issues renting a car from enterprise. The grove city location was another story all together. We do not have a major credit card. We have always used our debit card. The girl running the show or just the rental was ridiculous. She made us jump threw hoops to prove we had credit and lived where she picked us up at. "Because we do not do credit checks" Then after we did that she ended up making us pay for the WHOLE 5 day rental. I wasn't sure what she was doing with my card she proceeded to tell me she was running it. (For the $50.00 deposit) which we wanted to pay cash for. She then said it was declined. I said yah. She said I needed to have all the money at time of rental on card. I've never had to have all the money on my card the day of the rental. When my husband called he spoke to a different girl who told him he just needed the deposit which is how it's been any other time we have rented. I wanted taken home but my already late husband had to go to work. We ended up having to go to country fair and get a money order. I do not appreciate the way she acted. She drug out a long process to an even longer process. I understand being thorough but she took it to another level. I have always been happy with enterprise but I've never used grove city location. I always use Seneca location but since our move grove city is closer. There was also a problem with my id matching my drivers license . (I forgot my yellow card at home) She then stated something rude about it. And tell me something or another. Another gentleman just looked it up on dmv website. He didn't act like it was a big deal. I didn't know I was renting the car I thought my husband was. It was too much for him so I got stuck doing it.This girl needs taught customer service and the meaning of words she uses. You really never know who your dealing with. She talked down to us threw out the rental process. She wasn't real happy to pick us up the attitude start the moment we got in the car.By the end I was in back seat before I said or did something to get myself in trouble. And I was to that point.

Our van died while we were visiting family in the area. Kenny was able to not only get us a rental, but get my family of five into a van at the last minute. Great service, prompt, and very friendly! Thanks Kenny!

6 weeks ago I made a reservation with Enterprise in Grove City, PA and 15 minutes before we picked up our rental they called to tell us they did not have a car because they filled other reservations at another store an HOUR away and it was OUR responsibility to find a new car or we could sit & wait around all day for them to maybe find us a car but it was unlikely that our RESERVATION would be fufilled. We spent an extra $200 on a last minute rental car (thanks to Hertz!) When I called the cancel my reservation with Enterprise they hung up on me in MID Sentence. It is unfortunate that Enterprise is at such a poor quality of customer service.

Adrianne at Enterprise was so kind and helpful. Someone had hit my car, and it was in the shop getting fixed so I was stranded without a car and needed to get to work for that week. A customer said they were going to have the car back by 5:30 pm as she was supposed to and therefore, releasing the car to me as my insurance had scheduled. She did not show up by that time, so Adrianne waited with me until after 6:00 pm. She did not show up that night, and I was very worried but Adrianne kept reassuring me that if I came back the next morning she would have it ready for me. As she said, when I came back when Enterprise first opened the next morning, the car was ready! I was very upset and had to miss some work due to this. It was not Enterprise's fault, but was a huge inconvenience. Adrianne went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was taken care of as best as possible considering the situation.

I had a great experience with this branch of Enterprise! The staff were friendly and courteous...they worked with me when I needed to keep the car longer than anticipated as well! I highly recommend using this branch office if the need for a rental car arises!

If you're going to be paying with a money order or debit card, call ahead and confirm their debit card policy. If the insurance company tells you to set up a rental with them, call ahead and confirm your reservation. If you need a specialty vehicle, call ahead and confirm availability. Lastly, if you have an issue, please bring it to the managers attention.
