Jack and the crew in the mechanic shop are excellent! Will definitely be back! Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and only recommend what's needed!Cheapest prices I've paid at a dealership ever and most importantly they did not dirty up my truck while performing the work.Once my trusted mechanic closes up shop, I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle here for all services.

Wonderful experience as always. However , I am deeply disappointed with the excessive price increases that makes absolutely no sense . For example , they offered to replace my air filter for $88.00. I did it by myself and it only cost me $30.00 for 10 minutes of work .

People are great, service was quick once they figured out what was wrong. My truck still has a rattle so I'll have to come back.I THINK The rental car policy for GM is terrible and sets dealers up for failure. If the repair takes 6 hours, I don't feel I should take a vacation day for a repair that is covered under warranty and is essentially GM's fault.

My experience at Thomas Chevrolet has been excellent. I bought a used suburban several years ago. Since then my main contact has been with the service department for routine maintenance. They have the best service department that I have ever worked with. Right from the start I felt that they formed a partnership with the customer...they explained what was needed and where possible presented options. They are courteous, knowledgeable, respect the customer and enter into a dialog with the customer about what needs to be done.Based on my experience I would recommend Thomas Chevrolet as a first stop for anyone interested in a Chevrolet.

Moe was great. He showed me how to do everything and walked me though the whole thing. Amy, the GM, also made the process super smooth. I felt more like a friend there in a small way. Other places did not have that feel. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees. Everything was communicated. Other dealerships will also pressure you to use their financing. Thomas did not. Love my new Tahoe.

It was a great experience!. Friendly service People i dealt with today. Also they reminded me of my points and that help me save also. I am positive other dealers wouodnt say anything to you about it but they did and i real am thankful for it

I always have a great experience with Thomas Chevrolet. The only down side is with Chevy, I believe my last repair service should have been covered under the Restraint Warranty 6 years/72,000. My 2020 Traverse has 12,700 miles and the seat belt would not retract. Cause noted, Internal failure in the belt retractor, which to me is a defect with the part. I have filed a complaint with GM regarding this issue and hopefully will receive the $500.00 refund for this repair.

If you have your vehicle serviced make sure you take pictures. Called to report damage to my trucks rhim. Service writer said to email him. He also said he spoke to the tech who worked on my truck. Apparently it s his word against mine so really can t help me. But was told to send the email with a picture. Still have not gotten an email back. Sent an email to corporate so maybe that will help. When you pay a lot for a vehicle and there is damage one would think they would do there best to help. Oh and if your writer is out apparently no one can update you on the status of your vehicle.

I'm a little salty about having to have major engine failure at 29K miles in my Silverado. This problem was no fault of the Dealer and should not reflect negatively on them but my Truck was there for 2 months for the repair (waiting on parts and shot staffed mechanics who do this type of repair) and in the end I had to pay $5,944.00 AFTER GM kicked in a 30% discount. Parts were replaced with the same parts that had previously failed so my confidence level with the parts not failing again is low. Again, no fault of this Dealer but in the end they are also a part of GM. I was also stunned to find out this Dealership charges $180 an hour for repairs. In summary, 2 months without my primary vehicle was nothing short of a nightmare for me especially in the winter. my major engine failure is caused by a flawed design and poor quality components. This should have been fixed by GM's Engineering Team but instead has been passed onto Customers like myself. Look up GM Lifter Issues and you will see how widespread this problem is. At the end of the day the Dealership (actually really only the gentleman I worked with in Service) communicated well and once complete my Truck is running good again (not sure for how long but currently running good). I hope this does get published but likely will not.

This was the second car I purchased through Thomas Chevrolet within 5 months. Although I was completely pleased with my prior purchase [it was a 2019 Trax] I decided I wanted to go with a new vehicle, provided it was affordable. So, I called Moe Lugassy the sales person who had assisted me back in October. He was thorough, professional, courteous and provided me with all the information I needed to make a well informed decision. I'm very happy with my new Trax and the service I received at Thomas. Moe is an asset to your salesforce.

this is a dishonest dealership. they have cars up for sale and let dealership staff drive them and abuse them like rentals. i put in several inquiries for a vehicle and i found it odd that no one was contacting me about it, normally several staff members contact you immediately when you inquire about a vehicle. the carfax listing says theres a 2020 equinox with 16K miles for sale since september 2023, it turns out it has 25K miles on it because an employee has been using it as a rental since then. funny part is they kept the price the same. no wonder they wont contact me about the vehicle, they dont want to lose their free rental!

Consumers need to be given enough information to make an informed decision. I was told I needed a fuel pump for $1300 plus tax after the pump was installed I was told you need a secondary pump as well ($900 plus tax) and there s a chance you may need a cam shaft.I opted not to take a gamble and spend any more money. If I had been told upfront the complete scenario possibilities I would have never opted for the repairs in the first place, no one at the dealership would take ownership of this and when I asked for at least a discount off the labor I was told hey we already discounted the part for you unfortunately we can t do anything else unless you opt for the additional repairs which may still not get your vehicle back on the road.

Moe was excellent! I was greeted at the door and within minutes the car I was looking for was pulled up and waiting for me to test drive. He answered all of my questions and then some and made the process very smooth. I felt like I was out of the door in a new Suburban just like that! The other employees were very friendly and the dealership itself was very comfortable inside. I was offered coffee/water and never felt like I was waiting for a long period of time. Overall, excellent experience and I will definitely be recommending Thomas Chevrolet to my Family, Friends and Clients.Thanks again Moe!

I had an exceptional experience buying my new vehicle from Thomas Chevrolet. I did not feel pressured at any point which is rare when buying a new car or truck. Moe Lugassy was great to deal with, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased. Would definitely buy from Thomas again, especially if Moe is the sale person.

Brought our 2019 chevy colorado in for a couple issues.1- Trans slipping at 19k. Thomas Performed transmission tsb. Told me to drive it a couple hundred miles to get it will get better. Thomas chevy could not tell me if they replaced the filter or flushed the system.( which leads be to believe they contaminated the new trans fuid with the old fluid). Which is why its worse now than before. Truck slips up hill. Slams into second gear when accelerating from a stop. Still no problem found.2-All lights are lightly strobing headlights/ interior lights especially when dome light on interior is on. Service writer did not include all details on repair order complaint line to tech. I asked if they checked the operation of the lights in the dark. They said no. No common sense there. Again no problem found.3-Hvac control buttons illumination comes and goes randomly flickering. Video taped it while it was happening and emailed it to service writer. That problem is constant at this point.No problem found.4-Roaring noise coming from front left hub. I assumed it was the bearing considering the known problems chevy has had with the wheel bearings.Had the tires rotated and a 4 wheel alignment done elsewhere before we took it back for a second time. They keep saying it's the aggressive tires but the noise only comes from front left.You would think they would at least give something for an answer other than no problem found at this time. I was told to schedule with the service department if the problem(s) get worse. Is the 4x4, locking hub, frontaxles, is the alignment out? They had my truck for just under 2 weeks."Tech drove it home a couple times to find oddly find nothing wrong it."On top if it they left me with 11 miles till empty when I picked the vehicle up.I feel like i am being played because the vehicle is so close to being out of warranty. Thank God for wawa being right across the street.Poor communication and seriously lacking accountability here at Thomas Chevrolet in media Pa.It's dealers like this that give Chevrolet and General motors a bad reputation.I opted to NOT speak with management because everything I have endured through this process, in my professional opinion has been a direct reflection of Thomas Cheverolet management.

I came to Thomas Chevrolet about 10:00 p.m. at night because I hate the pressure of salesman. Sometimes I feel they do not let you leave until you buy a vehicle. I highly recommend going to look at vehicles when they are closed this way there is no pressure and you can take your time at least look at the outside of vehicle

Went in on Black Friday to look for a 2500 series work truck. Asked if they had any on the lot. First sales person handed us to another sales associate Moise Lugassy he showed the lonely new 2500 series on the lot. It was nice but wasn t so much a work truck for me doing concrete. He then showed us a trade in 2500 series high miles but well maintained but he didn t have all the info on it yet. My wife and I explained we would be paying cash and not taking a lone so we asked him to get the information and exact price. He said I can only do that if you give me 500 cash deposit first? Like you don t know the exact amount or details on the vehicle but you want me to give you guys cash? Well didn t hear back and decided to call back Tuesday no answer. Btw he said no mechanic would be able to evaluate the truck till Monday Tuesday after the holiday. Understandable called again Wednesday he said they sold it already lol like ok dude thought you were going to call me when you had the info. Bottom line they have nothing on lot not much to offer not much of a sales crew. And just a lazy bunch in whole. Went to Del Chevrolet and it was such a better experience now looking at a new Silverado 2500 Now. Go to Del!!!
