I've been a customer of New Image Detailing for over a decade.The work that they do on my vehicles always results in perfection! Doesn't matter if it's just a wash, interior detail, tint, or ceramic coating, their results are always top notch.I just purchased a 2024 BMW M2 and delivered it to Joe and Josh with just 47mi on it for the works...Xpel XR Plus tint, PPF, Xpel Fusion Plus ceramic coating and some body decals.The job they did on my M2 is by far the best I've ever seen. The attention to detail they put into my car is ridiculous.They were able to deal with my indecision on some details and offered the best solutions to fit my wants and needs.I have the upmost respect for the work they do and recommend anyone who loves their vehicles and wants to protect them as much as they can to visit New Image Detailing, speak with Joe or Josh, and see what they can do for you and your vehicle.Pictures don't to it justice, but I had to show the results. I brought my new car in for paint protection film and a ceramic coat. Joe and Josh are superfantastic personally and professionally in what they do. Because there was no template for the rear bumper, Joe custom cut a piece of paint protection film and all was installed flawlessly. To take your car to the next level see the team at New Image.

New Image Detailing did a full interior and exterior detail on my truck about a month ago and all I can say is wow - these guys made the truck feel absolutely brand new inside and out. They were able to get me in for a detail within a week of calling, had great pricing, and were very professional in communication. My truck had pretty extensive water spotting from an unfortunate parking spot I have but they were able to clear it right up. I'd recommend New Image Detailing to anyone who is selective about who they get to work on their cars as I felt like my truck was in good hands the entire time. Brought my car in for window tint. Everyone was friendly and professional. The facility is beautiful and clean. I was shown a variety of tints and was able to choose what worked for me. After reading several reviews about auto detailing shops, I took my car to New Image and was blown away by the results. My car looks brand new again! I mean this will no exaggeration whatsoever, as you will see from the photos I just took.The seats, floor mats, trunk and the rest of the interior looks like it did when I purchased this car 4 years ago, brand new, and the exterior is unbelievable. I had some scratches on the back of the car that they were able to completely buff out for me. I mean, the scratches are completely gone.My brother stopped by to see the car after I told him about it and asked where I took it. He even said he hasn t seen detailing like this. He said he s taking his Escalade to these guys from now on, just as I am.The guys here are very friendly and professional as well! Five stars overall!Service: Auto detailing

Great tinting, but over 225.00 for a detail plus tip and they didn t clean the wheels past the outer rim, did not clean door jambs or the trunk jamb. My wheel barrels still have salt and dirt all over. Not the usual service that I had in the past.

I recently had a ceramic coating applied to my 2022 Camry at New Image Detailing in Clifton Heights (now located in Media). The results were outstanding. The car looks better than it did the day I bought it. Joe and Josh did a terrific job. They were friendly and answered every question I had. The work was done on schedule. If you are thinking about having any detailing work done on your vehicle, New Image is the place to go. Complete satisfaction.

Showed up for my appointment at 11, they turned me away and said i needed to be there at 9. Ok. I rescheduled for later in the week. Got my car there at 9 am and went to work. Gave them a call at 3pm to see the eta. Havent started it should be done by 7 well shoot thanks a lot guys. Go to pick my car up the next day and the charged me 295$. 110$ more than the already expensive agred upon detail price. Use yout money elsewhere.

Josh are Joe were so nice and honest! They did amazing work, at a fraction of the price vs competitors in the area. I d highly recommend them to anyone! I've never experienced such perfection in detailing as this business, I've been so happy with the services that they Have provided multiple times and they've always exceeded. My expectations would never consider going anywhere else, do yourself a favor get the ceramic glaze. I have a white car, it's the bomb.Thanks again!!!

I originally stopped in for a quote, but with fair pricing and an open schedule I was able to have my windows tinted same day. My original intent was for all 4 windows; however, the owner let me know the front two were the only ones that needed tinting to reach the desired darkness, so to reduce the scope of the work. I appreciate this honesty in pricing, turnaround time, quality of work, and excellent customer service. I look forward to returning for future services.Service: Window tinting

Had a friend who used to get his car detailed here. He advised me that I should look somewhere else, as he felt they never did a spectacular job. Well, I didn't listen.Took my newly purchased truck there to have the brow tinted. I specifically asked to have the brow low, and was told they would. Came to pick up the truck later, and the front windshield was tinted exactly how I explicitly asked for it NOT to be tinted. Otherwise quality and workmanship was fine.Shrugged it off, and later brought my truck back to have it detailed. Came back to pick it up later, and it barely looked like the truck was touched. The interior was cleaned, but not very well. The exterior was also cleaned, but there were still bugs and such all over the front end.I asked for someone to come take a look, which they did, and were very apologetic. He then cleaned it by hand, which I appreciated, but still didn't get everything.Overall not horrible experiences, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Stunning! Extra, extra appreciation that they made the interior spic and span without any scented products, by special request. Scents give me migraines, but folks often look at me sideways when I ask. Even the trunk was gorgeous. I am IN LOVE with the work I had done at New Image. I needed a sun shade on my 2020 honda passport and some carbon tint on the front windows and a wash/detail. Josh was absolutely gracious and helped me through the tint selection and did an amazing detail. I highly recommend New Image for car detailing. They are true professionals and great customer service. The interior of my 2011 Acura TSX looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I had my car tinted about 2 years ago maybe a little longer the job they did was extremely good but I asked for 5% all around and my front windows are a little lighter than the back how ever I do not have my receipt as my ex had paid for it and she had the receipt but the work order was in my name. But like I said they did a very good job on the actual tinting and price is very fair I would use again but would like to get what I paid for. But why is the back darker than the front on my Dodge Dart? To the owner I just saw your response and I do still have the car. I rescind my last rating of 3 stars to a 5 because the actual tint job was and still is amazing almost 4 years later still no bubbles the cuts are so precise it really is great and I always recommend new image when anyone asks to get tint done.

For everything I was promised and for the cost $ 350.00, I feel like they did not do nothing. Yeah my tires shined, but I was told clay bar would remove scratches, miner paint imperfections. The staff and owner of New Image are incredibly knowledgeable and my interactions with them felt genuine as compared to other places where it feels like I m seen as a dollar amount. Had my car detailed, my windows tinted and got a ceramic finish. They completed the work in a timely matter and gave me informative explanations about the products they were using. Now it feels like I m driving a brand new car with how clean and shiny it is plus with the ceramic finish I avoid wasting time and money waxing my car every other week. Thanks New Image! I highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide!

What a great experience. The guys matched the back tint perfectly to the driver and passenger side windows. My only regret I should have gotten my SUV detailed. The other vehicles on the lot looked amazing. I highly recommend New Image Detailing!

I've been using New Image to tint my vehicles for 10 years now. They have tinted 8 different cars & trucks for me and I've never had to bring a single one back with any issues. The cuts along the top of the window are always even and follow the edge perfectly. My work truck was done 5 years ago and the tint still looks great with no discoloration. Having the lifetime warranty is great but what's even better is not having to use it. I am very particular about my car and have always done my own detailing. Recently for the first time I decided to have someone else do the detailing for me. I was so happy with the results that I am getting ready to set up a appointment for them to do my Moms SUV. The price is very fair and well worth it, especially when it saves me from spending the entire day in the driveway with the clay bar, polish, wax, etc. Needles to say I highly recommend using these guys.

I've had three cars tinted over the past 8 years or so. Currently, I'm waiting on the 4th car tinting. I have always been satisfied with the results... Especially since they started offering the higher grade, carbon based tint. Because they offer a lifetime guarantee with the receipt, you know you're covered should something happen with the application of the tint... It's been nearly 9 years for the 1st car, and there have been no issues. Definitely recommended.

I've had two cars tinted here, my Jeep detailed after my friend hit it and now my Subaru fixed after a kid keyed it. I will not go anywhere else, they do amazing work. Thank you for fixing my car, it looks brand new!
