I've often wondered where this store was in town and finally went out to get some Sea Foam for getting the bikes ready for winter.The manager was really nice and helpful, answered questions, and offered suggestions.

I had a wiper blades issue early in the morning while travelling to work ( I commute from quite far) and a lovely guy, Mike ( he worked Tuesday morning this week), was not only helpful with making sure I had the right ones, but he also put them on the car for me while it was super cold outside. I truly appreciated it.

Best kept secret in Delco. Cause if you go to Pep Boys or AutoZone 9 out of 10 times they gonna give you the wrong part. But the older guy behind the desk kept looking to make sure I got the right part. I'll never go anywhere else.

The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. The item I needed was out of stock, but they were able to get it In a timely manner.They didn't mind answering questions and even took a heavy purchase out to my car for me.

Mike and the guys work extra hard making sure they have the right parts and go over and beyond their job to make sure that they cross reference every filter to make sure it's a guarantee fit. The guys you great work on are very knowledgeable on what they do.

The Manager Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful, he is right out there with the other counter people ready to wait on you. The other counter guys know what they are talking about also. If they don't have the part most times they will get it. if they cant get it usually means it discontinued 99% of the time. It makes life so much easier knowing they know what they are doing and you are getting the right part the first time. Most chain auto parts stores have a counter person that knows nothing about cars or trucks and only knows how to push buttons on a computer. Not here I heard them giving advice to customers. Great Sore.

Pulled into the parking lot at 245pm just to have one of the guys come out to tell me they were closed for the day! They closed at 3pm. Smh

Ordered starter on line for my truck. The starter did not fit. Returned the starter for a model that fit the truck. Installed the second starter. It would spin, but not engage the flywheel. Took it out and returned it for a third starter, which works. The store people were initially unhelpful, telling me that the starter had been redesigned, to go from three bolts to two, but the two don't align with any two of the three holes on the truck. I also thought they would offer some more assistance after three tries and all the travel and labor involved, but nothing was offered. I think I will try another auto supply house for my next repair.

I was driving through town I was having break problems I had a bad break hose the guy behind the counter at Napa went above and beyond to try to help me get get the truck going again I can't think that guy enough unfortunately I didn't catch his name but it was Is Saturday September 11th
