I have gone to JBF a few times, and I've had a great experience with them. I usually sort of dread going to the mechanic, but I started going to JBF this year, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Andrew did a great job every time and I appreciate that he is friendly, courteous and not pushy at all. My alternator died on my way to work. I managed to get my truck to the parking lot across the street. I called JBF and spoke with Andrew. He was happy to help me out. Andrew had the alternator delivered and replaced in no time. His price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend JBF for any of your automotive needs. Quality work at a great price, friendly and trustworthy!

Andrew is an experienced mechanic and very professional, the bulk of the minimal turn around time was part procurement. Both times I ve needed his help he was very fair about pricing excellent turn around time and the issues he addressed have not resurfaced. Andrew was extremely professional, timely, and affordable.An honest mechanic is a hard thing to find. Andrew is great at communicating and even sends videos of your car's issues as he is diagnosing it. I've never had another mechanic do this but it definitely helps with seeing what is wrong, what he's doing, and knowing you aren't getting ripped off (even if you don't know anything about cars).He is willing to do the work on your car that YOU want and not what the service manager wants to do. He will take difficult and different jobs that other mechanics will price themselves out of. I still have my high mileage 05 Honda Element because Andrew was willing to work on it when Honda wouldn't even touch it! He even talked me out of costly repairs that I had believed would be necessary and saved me a ton of money.I've been using JBF for my business cars now for over a year and the experience has been far more professional than the stealerships who pride themselves on communication with automated texts, smoke and mirrors, and a coffee bar.Lastly, his shop rate is beyond competitive! As I said, an honest mechanic is hard to find, let alone at a good price.

We went to JBF after purchasing our son s first car. Andrew spent quality time and went over the car to ensure our son would be safe. We appreciate all the time and work he put into his car and will definitely be going back with all of our other vehicles.

i took my car in to get a new radiator and trans tubes and a flush as i had an internal leak in my radiator that was causing trans fluid to get into my radiator, andrew allowed me to drop my car off on a friday before a holiday weekend, diagnosed it and had it fixed within the week (i had another car to drive). he was very professional. kept me up to date on parts arriving, what issues were going on and future maintenance. if you want someone honest and accurate at their work, i 100% recommend andrew at JBF.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic
