I came in to see the 2024 models in person and didn't really see any that interested me personally, but I had my eye on the 2023 Ultra Limited Anniversary Edition for quite some time.JR made this happen and I couldn't be happier with the entire process.The entire staff at Hannum's is awesome and we felt very welcome here. Hannum's is my dealer now.

Had a great first motorcycle buying experience with JR! He answered all my questions with confidence. He got me on the simulator and showed me and explained everything in great detail. When I was able to pickup my bike he took the time to run me thru everything one more time. I would highly recommend Hannum's Harley-Davidson!

Absolutely the best. I ve purchased three motorcycles here, with this absolutely beautiful 2023 Road Glide Limited being my most recent two weeks ago. JR has always been great to work with, and this sale was smooth and easy. I set up a time to stop and see the bike, and Ed helped me out initially as JR was working with another customer. They already had the bike ready to go for a test drive. After a few miles on the road I came back and signed paperwork. The entire staff is friendly and great to talk to. I will continue to go to Hannums for everything. Thank you again for making this easy and enjoyable. It was great to ride home on another new bike . And if you re considering it, the Road Glide is an absolutely awesome machine.

I really can t say enough good things about my experience at Hannum s in Media. I saw a 2017 Breakout on their website (which is very organized and easy to navigate) and decided to stop in on my way home from work. I arrived around 6:20 (they close at 7) and was greeted by Ed Palmer. Even though it was close to their closing time Ed was more than accommodating showing me the bike. I decided to have them submit my credit to see what kind of financing they could offer. Within minutes I was greeted by Terry the General Sales Manager to discuss various finance options. It was an incredible experience and they secured me a low rate loan in no time. I decided to sleep on it and the next day I went in, met with Ed again who had the bike fully gassed and cleaned up by the time I arrived. I signed the paperwork with Michelle and shortly after I was Riding my Harley home!Top notch service guys! Thank you! Very happy customer here!

Bought my 2023 Softail Standard from Hannum's and very pleased with how the entire staff treated me especially Mike my salesman and Mark the sales manager.Will send any future buyers I can to Hannum's.

Paul Baum was an excellent and informative salesman. Paul was quick to answer all of my emails and any questions I had. John Chambers was also awesome as well. John led me on a test ride is busy Friday afternoon traffic as I was unfamiliar with the area. Every single person in the dealer, from the manager to the mechanics, are all super friendly. I highly recommend Hannum's.

Staff (Paul) and everyone else was there to help get the right Harley just for me. It's not brand new, but it's brand new to me.My four children are adults and on their own. Now I have a new baby...

Great experience purchasing my first Harley. I've been riding for over 35 years and decided to purchase a Harley Breakout 117.Paul at hannums was very knowledgable and great to work with.I highly recommend Hannums for your next Harley. I can't wait till spring now.

Hannum s has plenty of inventory coupled with a low-pressure sales team (Aaron and Mark), accompanied by Jimmy and Nathalie in Parts and Clothing and backed by Paul in Finance. They welcomed me like I was family and treated me with respect and professionalism. It s no wonder I drove 2 � hours to purchase my new Heritage Classic Anniversary Edition. I would give Hannum s 10 stars and would return for any additional Harley products. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service by Paul & the staff there! Just brought my second bike today (CVO Street Glide) from them. They worked with me to not only get a reasonable price, but all my added accessories I wanted with a discount.

Hannums are the best absolutely crushed stars and stripes pricing and customer service . This is the 2nd harley davidson I bought in the last 2 years ,Thanks to everyone who helped me with my brand new roadglide St,My 2 boys will be the next ones buying bikes. we will definitely be back in cpl yearsSee you guys at the next event Thanks, Merry Christmas

Great staff - especially Ed in sales and Barry in parts/service. They went above and beyond to take care of me through the purchase experience. I live 5 mins from Stars and Stripes Harley and they were so bad I happily drive almost 50 mins the Hannum s. Don t make any mistakes, go here first!

I dropped my bike at Hannum's for the first service today.The treatment received from everyone at the store was outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional assistance. They called to inform me when the bike was ready and provided detailed feedback on the findings and maintenance made.My best experience at any HD dealership ever.

Had a Awesome Buying Experience. My Salesman Ed was absolutely the best. I had been looking for months to find my Tri Glide. Due to national shortages I thought I was Doomed. Ed had me on a list. The day one came he was on the phone with me and The next day I was driving her home. The process was fast, pleasant and they made me feel like I was the only person there that mattered. A+++

5 Star is way too less ..Paul , Rachel and Lloyd - A Class ServiceThe moment I walked in I knew I was going out with the motorcycle .Thank You So Much for following up through the waiting period and getting me something I always wanted for a really sweet deal (MSRP) , unlike the buffoons at Stars and Stripes Harley Davidson that wanted to upcharge me by 15k for the motorcycle.

I wish their building and events were more frequent and much larger they're the only building actually that holds up the word promenade and built and updated correctly they're incorporating every year of life for men and women even music especially with COVID and integrating it in such a Fabolous way and it's the only thing that's truly brought a real life back since COVID and a safe one it took a stigma off something and brought a safety net for me and other residents here and the music is such a treat I wish you knew just how thankful not just myself but others here who I suggest to stop by and stop being bashful I adore seeing the women and the training. Id give anything to be finished and back to work to give my support somehow to show all of my grattitude for the feeling it gives now id love a couple tattoo additions it's a way for me to finally get the one i have wanted lol.But yes I wanted you to know just how much I appreciate it

Can't say enough positive about this shop. I dealt with Ron who worked on my restored 1974 Harley SX 175 Dirt bike. (Yes Harley made a dirt bike) He was amazing. Get out and ride~

Went their spur of the moment to grab some miscellaneous parts. Not only a clean and organized atmosphere. But every employee was polite and respectful. I had Jimmy help locate the parts and sure enough all of them were in stock. I will return to this location and suggest you do the same for all of your Harley needs! Fair! Honest and a pleasant experience !

Great, friendly staff. My dad frequents here a lot. Every one here is a pleasure to talk with and they take care of anyone who walks through the door. Highly recommend if you re looking for a bike, no matter how short or long you ve been riding. Stop in and see Paul and he will take care of you.

I shop and attend events at the Media and Chadds ford locations; both have friendly staff members that treat you like one of there own family members. Always a good time at Hannum's ! keeping my 2014 Ultra Classic looking good.

after purchasing my bike with 7600 miles for a 1999, i felt something was not right, so i did a carfax, and the results with the 7600 miles say that odometer was tampered with, i knew something was suspicion, but they got me and i am not a happy camper
