The absolute best dealer to take your car to. Very kind people, amazing communication, and 5 star service. They get their work done fast and do it well. Kept me updated the entire time they had my car and I never felt out of the loop with what was going on. The service reps I dealt with truly want the best for their customers and are honest. They don t try to get over on customers for service that s not needed unlike other dealers I ve dealt with. Granite Run always gives me great deals and I will continue to return for future work. Customer Service at this location absolutely Amazing! You never know what to expect when you have a concern regarding a purchase, but I must say my issue was handled with such ease. From the Sales Professional Dennis, Service Professional James , Manager Alfie and Business Professional Michelle can't forget Ms. Arlene who was so pleasant with the various calls she received from me.This team went above and beyond to assure I was Happy and Satisfied with my New Purchase! This is the best car dealership me & my father have ever experienced. Jimmy was our salesman and he was fantastic!! I also had a great experience with the sales manager (can t remember his name). They were not pushy at all, didn t try to force me into anything I didn t want, and did everything they could to get me a great deal. I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted and my family will absolutely be returning when it s time for another car.

I have been a customer at Granite Run GMC and brought my daughter there to purchase a new vehicle. my most recent visit with sales person Dennis and the Manager George has been the best experience ever. They both listen to the customers expectations and deliver a no hassle deal with professional and genuine service. This place not only works like a well oiled machine, they're also one big family. The owner Ryan has assembled such a great management team, it's no wonder most of the staff have been there for years. That says a lot about a company. Everyone from service to sales is exceptional at their jobs. I unfortunately had to resign because of family issues but I really loved that place. Without knowing me whatsoever, Michelle from finance would take me halfway home so I wouldn't spend $100 a day on Ubers until I bought my car there which I love. Dave, Dennis, Patrick, and Jim are all great salesmen, I highly recommend you speak with any one of them when searching for your dream vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable and offer personalized, quality service. Frank and Jorge are the best managers ever and I'm sorry I won't be working there anymore. Love everyone there. I stopped by Granite Run with my husband. We were shopping around and not really set on a buying a new car just yet. We ended up working with Dennis and he was wonderful - extremely personable and very knowledgeable on all the different cars. We left sold on a new Terrain and I m absolutely in love with it! Dennis made the entire process so quick and easy - we ll definitely be returning here to buy my daughter a car in the summer before she goes to college. If you re looking for a great car, definitely stop in, and definitely ask for Dennis!

Just bought my first nice car for myself from granite run gmc and they ve completely changed my opinion on most dealerships. I ve had very bad experiences at almost every dealership i ve been to other than granite run. My salesman was Arkadiy Kichin and he was one of the nicest guys i ve ever met! He taught me a lot about credit and the levels to car buying and helped get me the price I needed to get in the car I wanted! Great service, great prices, great people.

When Sye introduced me to you, you were so welcoming and informative. You took your time and explained all the numbers, you broke it down so accurately, I didn't have any questions because you touched on everything that needed to be discussed. I'm so pleased and super excited to do business with you. You treated me and my mother with respect and for that I am grateful. Thank you for helping and getting things done even though my circumstance is a bit difficult, you made it happen. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish while ordering, waiting for the delivery of and purchasing my vehicle. I worked with Spiro and I believe it was his very first sale. Spiro always responded to my questions, and if he did not have the answers, he made sure to get them for me. Spiro was not able to finish up the sale due to a family emergency. However, he still reached out and made sure that I was very well taken care of. His partner did a great job stepping in to make sure the purchasing process was smooth and seamless. I would recommend this dealership for anyone and be sure to ask for Spiro and I believe his partner s name is Kevin. I feel so bad that I don t remember his name.

Granite Run Buick GMC has kept our 2010 LaCrosse in top shape since they sold it to us 14 years ago. I started bringing my 2011 Chevy truck to them about 10 years ago when I realized their level of quality and integrity was far superior to every other dealer I've ever bought any vehicle from in the past 40 years. They know that I'm not prepared to replace either one soon and always show great respect and care in keeping my old vehicles up to specifications. I've been to other places where it seemed they didn't want to work on older stuff - just sell new ones. Granite Run Buick GMC really treats everyone right, not just people looking for brand new vehicles. I like sedans and really don't want an SUV so I'm counting on them to keep our LaCrosse in good shape until General Motors brings back the Buick Park Avenue. It'll be a while, but I'm sure they can handle it! Outstanding service every time.

Sales rep. Jim Tatlow was excellent, well versed in the new vehicle I purchased, very attentive and a quick turn around on my delivery. People in the dealership are very friendly and appreciative of my business. This is not my first vehicle I have purchased at GR and it will not be my last. I have sent many friends to purchase vehicles at GR over the years. 10/10

Warning !! This dealer charges a 3% credit card surcharge on all repairs done to your car. My repair bill was $1,700 and they tacked on an additional $51 dollars because I used my credit card. They got an extra $51 from me this time but they will now lose thousands of dollars from me because after being a loyal customer for 8 years , I will never buy another car from them nor will I ever use their service dept. again. I guess this is what you call, "penny wise and pound foolish ".The term for this business practice is GREED! I called 6 car dealers in Delaware County and not one charges 3% for using a credit card. So guess where I'm going when my car needs repairs?

Great place. Our salesman Spiro was absolutely fantastic! Everyone we encountered at this dealership was friendly, informative (without being too pushy), and understanding. Would highly recommend this dealership, especially Spiro. They are all on my holiday cookie tray list now:)

I always like to send my Son here to buy trucks not all but some personal. Iwas on a CONFERENCE Phone call wine JEFF LEVINE CALLED MY SON HE WAS DISRESPECTFUL,and basically Crude, Rude and Impolite. He talked down to my Son and for what s its worth. I put it out here for everyone. Everyone knows our Family and Family Business were well respected. But for what it s worth I never buy a car off Jeff Levine, or anybody under him. And I want to stroke my son to do so accordingly.

I think this was the easiest experience i have literally ever had in my life. So friendly. Welcoming. Helpful. And pleasing.I wanted a small large car.. right And they took me by the hand and gave me things straight out.Opened to quick and carefree test drive.Accommodating to personal wants and needs.Was able to get financing on the spot.I didn't even spend a whole afternoon there.. and i left with my own personal new carUpdate 09/16/23:Service center is great.Update 03/27/24:Still coming back

I recently purchased a hard to find 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate at Granite Run GMC. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new car. As a typically intimidated female buyer, I was warmly guided and comfortably brought through this process lead by sales associate, Spiro, sales manager Jorge, and business manager, Michelle. Salesman Dave was extra patient with me, and helpful as we set up the tech portion required for this high tech vehicle via the GMC app. Special thanks to Spiro for making this a fun and exciting process for me! It felt like I was being walked through this with an old friend, instead of a car salesman :)This is the second family vehicle that we ve purchased there, and based on the excellent service received, will not be the last. Recently bought a Canyon and had very good experience at Granite Run GMC. Was expecting a bad experience based on past experiences buying a new car at other dealerships. But that wasn t the case here. Sales rep Spiro help us get the truck we wanted and he was easy to work with. Spiro was honest and upfront with my wife and me and that meant a lot to us. I left the dealership with my new truck feeling good and not beat up trying to get a fair price like I had in past at other dealerships. Thanks Spiro

We bought our GMC Acadia on Nov 10. December 21 we had a problem. Where we bought our Acadia would not treat us in any way. We took our Acadia to Granite Run Buick/ GMC dealer,we were greeted and treated with kindness and extremely friendly staff. We will absolutely buy our next car at Granite Run Buick.We only wish we had bought our Acadia from Granite Run Buick

This review is long overdue, but necessary. I've used GR Buick GMC to service my car since I purchased the '17 Buick Enclave in '20. I've had mixed experiences with the service department, but they were typically able to recover in the past. No longer.I dropped my car Sunday 11/12, for a Monday, 11/13 appt for the following:-Revisit thumping noise in suspension-Oil changeI was told I needed a power steering hose that would be covered under my extended warranty - great!11/13 - "I" had to call at 5 PM to determine my car would be returned. I was told the car needed to stay overnight. I explained it would have been nice to receive a call. The response was, "sorry for the miscommunication". My reply, "that's not miscommunication, that's NO communication."11/14 - I receive a "courtesy call" in the morning to tell me my car is being worked on. (Oookay). Later that day, I receive a call telling me the car will need to be kept overnight again. Cause: we want to make sure the steering hose is seated properly. That didn't make sense, but I figured I would give them the time to fix whatever was necessary. "I" then asked for a loaner. I was granted the loaner. I also asked them to investigate why two of my tires lose a pressure disproportionately. I had spoken to a GR Buick mechanic in the past and he made me aware that seals can go bad and they can take a looke when I bring it back. When I arrived to pick it the rental, everyone was very nice; too nice. The associate walked me out to the rental, opened the car door for me as if he was a bellman. Nice, but this does nothing for my car repair, whatever.11/15 - I get a call right before the shop closes that my car is ready. This is where this thing goes off the rails. The associate offers to review the repairs over the phone, since he's leaving for the night. He reviews the list of repairs as I listen. He concludes without mentioning the tire pressure issue. I said what about the tire pressure? Response: Oh yea, we checked all the tires and found no leaks. (Oh boy!)I arrive, retrieve my keys, make payment, and return the rental. Upon starting my car it was much louder than normal at idle...even after an oil change, this never happened in the past. I drive off. Immediately, I hear the knock in the suspension that was supposed to be resolved. I look at my tire pressure levels...all different. Instead of being hasty, I drove the car a couple days to see if any of the situations would improve, but it never happened.The worst parts of the story are:Now, my extended warranty is expired, so any repairs that would have been covered under the warranty will now be out of pocket.I still have the same issues present prior to taking the car in for repairs.Some things are actually worst, i.e. rough idle.Last, I called twice to address the situation and never received a call back. This dealership supposedly prides itself on service, but door holding, please and thank you's only go so far, at some point, the rubber needs to meet the road and you need to actually deliver on your words. I don't trust these people completed the requested repairs and quite confident, they are the source of additional repair concerns.#BuyerBeWare

If they said you won something, they're lying. They mail elaborate flyers to the elderly, claiming they've won thousands of dollars. Only to have them go into the dealership, steal their personal information under false pretenses, and pressure them into buying cars they can't afford. This crooked company even gives car dealers a bad name. Compared to them, Nigerian Prince scammers look like upstanding citizens. Don't buy cars or have anything to do with these bait and switch scammers.

I am so glad that I worked with the team at Granite Run, and I can't say enough good things about them! Jimmy, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely at ease during the entire car buying journey.Jimmy took the time to guide me through all my options, answering every question I had. Spiro was fantastic, he was friendly, professional and was able to find me the perfect car. Everyone was courteous and nice. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be finalized, I kept meeting people that had been using that dealership for years and were happy to come back, I thought that was a great sign. Will definitely recommend it.
