My first experience with Gibbons was perfect, from the quick appointment date to the speedy completion of the service. I had an appt for 8:00 am and dropped my car off at 4:30 the evening before . I was surprised when I received a text that my car was ready by 8:30 am!! Inspection and oil change . Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant and the pricing was great. Just moved to the area and am extremely pleased!! Thank you!

This was my second time using Gibbons. this time I was there for an inspection and oil change. My care ended up needing additional work and they were just as good as the first time I went. My son uses them for his car and suggested I go there. I was very impressed with how they treated me and their work. They were very fair in their pricing, not overcharging me for things. I dealt with Archie who was so nice, helpful and really listened to me.They will definitely be my go to place from now onServices: General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation

Took my car in for a ticking noise in engine. They were able to diagnose a broken camshaft quickly sending a picture and communicated all various solutions I could take. Chose to replace camshaft, rockers and lifters. The work was done fast and they even called on the weekend when they were closed just to keep me informed on progress. Great shop that looks out for their customers.Service: Engine repair

They suck. I had only a question to ask them and the gentleman at the front desk had the personality of a wet noodle. Not friendly. Would never have my car service there I own a Porsche. I get my car serviced by mainline Porsche, so I don t need their services. I only had a question. He was rude unfriendly and not helpful. Terrible customer service

Been using Gibbons for years after a recommendation from a friend local to the area. They are more expensive than your drive-thru oil change and tire change shops but it's worth having the same family-owned business keep track of your car. They've caught things other shops won't, they explain what they find well, taking pictures to show damage, and give honest appraisals for doing the job right. If you don't care about your car, go somewhere else to save a buck. If you care about the longevity of your vehicle, come to gibbons.

The sun visor in my 2015 Honda Accord was broken, the dealership in the area does not have the part and the charge can be high for a job like this! I remember I got excellent service from the Gibbons Automotive ten years ago (I actually didn't recall the shop name but I remember the location very well) so I decided to try my luck and drove here today. It turns out they are as extraordinary as I remembered! Archie and Mike came to my rescue, they carefully examined the broken one and worked together to replace it to my complete satisfaction (the mechanism of this sun visor is not the usual user-friendly type you found in other cars, I must mention, otherwise either of them could have done it in minutes). The best part of it is they did it for FREE! I just couldn't believe my ears. Archie and Mike have hearts of gold. It is obvious they care about their customers deeply, which is such an invaluable and hard-to-find virtue nowadays. If you need any car service I would strongly recommend this auto shop. I would go back without any hesitation if my car needs any service. Thank you for the A++ customer service Archie and Mike!! You are the best!

I feel work performed goes well beyond what is actually required. For example brake pads turns into rotors, calpers, and even hoses. Impossible to believe car was functioning if every part is needing replacement. Similar a blower which only functions on high speed ends up both the control and the entire blower. Other surprise is charges of 142 to diagnose replacing A/C and another 142 to diagnose the blower. 284 dollars to determine replace everything?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

This will be my preferred automotive shop from now on.Both and Mike will do everything they can to get you back on the road. They are honest and hard working and make sure that you know what is going on at all times.If you want your vehicle fixed properly take it to Gibbons.

I had to go on a last minute travel (560 miles one way) for work and needed new tires, a battery and other work done. With how busy they were they got it done in a day. It was great to feel safe during my travel thanks to Gibbons automotive! There s guys care about their customers. Gibbons is great! There's nothing worse than finding out that your water pump is leaking on a Sunday night. A quick drop off to Gibbons and Chuck was working on my car by Monday morning. It was a big job but by Wednesday I had my little red Forester back again. She's as good as new and Gibbons has been keeping my 04 Subaru on the road safely for many many years. We were fortunate enough to break down right near Gibbons. Although they weren't open, they got our car out of the street, checked it out, and made sure that we were set before we got on our way. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and generous. I'll be bringing my business here. Recommended for sure!

I own an automotive repair shop in another town. My wife had a tire that needed repair & it was leaking too fast for her to make it to me. We called Gibbons & asked if she could come in. They took her right in & repaired the tire within 20 minutes. We greatly appreciate you helping us out. We understand it's tough to drop everything to take care of an unscheduled repair.

I intended to use this shop though my extended warranty company Auto Assure/Edurance, would not cover the fuel pump that was needed. Even though my floater gage isn t working, they said because my fuel pump works, and it s an assembly they re not responsible to cover the fuel pump repair! Sounds like my pump isn t working efficiently? Nevertheless this repair shop was prompt, helpful, very professional and I would recommend them to my family & friends! Thanks again Archy!

Fantastic Service! I have been going to Gibbons for inspections for about 5 years now. They have always been fast, friendly, and fair. They never tried to charge me for work I did not need and are the only shop I trust with my vehicle. Mike is a true "car guy" and comes off that way when you speak to him. It is incredibly hard to find honest shops, but this one makes the grade every time!

One of the best auto mechanic experiences�I've ever had. I recently moved to Media, PA and purchased a used BMW 528i. Mike, Beth and the team did an excellent job evaluating the car, identifying potential issues and upcoming repairs. As a new BMW owner, I had many questions. Their mechanic (Mark) was generous with his time and knowledge, helping explain each part of the process to us and providing recommendations without being pushy. TLDR: Gibbons Auto and their staff are trusted, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. They re honest and took the time to explain to me the issues my car was having in a way that I could understand. The price was reasonable. They got me an appt quickly and got my car in and out without any surprised. They actually noticed my inspection was about to expire and called to see if I wanted that completed...and that still got it finished in 1 day. They are by far the most thorough inspection site I ve ever experienced. They don t just inspect, they give you info including pics of what repairs your car needs and why.
